When he presented me with a"bill" that was 3 times his first quotation! I had been shocked, and tried to get him to explain the charges. He tried to hurry me to signal. Regrettably with a credit card I did and paid against my instincts.
Do not trust these aholes. And don't trust their site, or is it websites? Multiple websites, multiple phone numbers, guys hat appear in cars! . None of the websites give any quotes, which ought to have been questionable enough for me personally, once I'm locked out, but how do I go online?
They didn't quote me anything over the phone. When man showed up within an hour after, in an unmarked car (initially I didn't believe this man pulling up was a locksmith), he stated they charge $350 for home lockouts. I believed that was somewhat steep for a lockout, but didn't complain, I needed to go back to work, since by that time it was a couple hours since being hammered out, and that I really needed to visit the toilet!
One star is too many.
After exploring, it seems like I've fallen for the Locksmith scam. I am in the process of reversing the charge and have cancelled the card.

As if my day wasn't bad with locking my keys in my car and I have to find work. These guys are rude and so unprofessional. Please explain to my why quotes can't be given prior to coming? Wth make model year plus vehicle information could be made. That way that I do not waste me money and you do not waste your time. Not everyones insurance covers these kinds of emergencies. But these things do occur. people do not give your company to people such as this, although I understand how it is In a company to generate money. If there were a 0 star choice I would give it for this place.
