Service R us USA

I bought a car that was used 6 months ago. Sadly, the prior owner did not leave the fob for keyless entry. Service R Us USA came into my home shortly after I contacted them. It did cost a bit ($300)because they had to plan a brand-new key, but I found that this cost to be comparable or cheaper than other companies.
Fast forward 6 months (today)....the fob started to come apart and after several attempts of super glueing, I predicted Service R Us USA. They replaced the key to FREE!!! and came out I love a company that's prepared and prompt to help out!

I had an experience with this company. So I gave them a telephone number, they had a few of their lowest prices in my area. The locksmith arrived five minutes early, which has been a surprise. He knew exactly what he was doing and was polite through the process. I couldn't be more happy with the experience. Would 100% recommend.

This company is not legit, they're an advertising firm for sub contractors. I had the locksmith after I gave full detail of my issue to him, come to my vehicle and he explained in detail of the extensive work he needed to do and this was the reasoning for its fee. He got to nothing and my automobile he said that he charged me that fee and did. I asked for the advice to the company he gives me a customer support number and when I called them only to submit a complaint because in this time I know that a partial refund wouldn't be honored even though the technician didn't do what he said to mepersonally, the supervisor who replied began probing for advice and wouldn't allow me to file a complaint or even give me the advice to contact the proprietor. He had no customer support and did not attempt to ease my frustration. It is not like I had been asking for a refund the builder deserves to get paid I asked was charged correctly not price gouged and because what is right is right. So if you are looking for a locksmith these aren't the people to utilize. No customer support no empathy and undoubtedly liars, glad I have listed from the start of the job in addition to the time the card has been billed. Need to quit taking advantage of individuals although I never seek help.
