I'm quite happy with the quality of support which I received from Shield Lock Security. I had to substitute 3 lock sets complete with door knobs/ handle. I was seeing my girlfriend for our one-year and since we were leaving the restaurant, I don't exactly what happened, but we couldn't find the car keys. We had our server check back at our desk and couldn't find it. Because we found parking near the restaurant, we did not do valet. A romantic day with a little spice is exactly what it was. Thus, we predicted Shield and Lisa had helped us get assistance right away. She was so nice on the phone and had made sure we were taken care right away. We all laughed at our situation and he laughed about it and told us that we would be surprised, if Jim got to us. Everyone was not friendly, but certainly knew the way to make light of this situation. Fantastic support!
