Called 3 locksmiths, and Danny with Smart Locks was the only one and he was at my home within 25 minutes! I needed the deadbolt on my front door replaced.
Requested to make an additional crucial for my Lexus and not the made key/remote does not do the job, but mine does not do the job. The doors ALL were locking/unlocking fine minutes prior to Danny. None of the doors are locking or unlocking. He left taking the made crucial saying he will not charge me. 3 hours later and not only didn't get service, but also have to have the locks repaired. Called Customer services. They make false claims and will waste your time. STAY AWAY please.
I can't be pleased enough. I locked my keys inside my car. I was told that they can't get there until about an hour later, after calling several firms. I was in a panic. I discovered Smart Locks through a search and to my surprisethey were friendly and helpful. They showed up and unlocked my car. I was please with professionalist, service and prices!
