I text them a picture of this lock and it was handled professionally and correctly. All I had was a door knob, not a whole lock. They do not sell you what is not necessary. I will certainly use them for all my lock requirements.
Because the door knob on the door kept falling off I called them.
These guys are the best! Most companies post their hours, but how many keep them When's the last time you got someplace which was likely to be available until 7 and registers and gates are down by 6:50? I called these guys at 6:45pm, I got there by 6:55pm and didn't even have to look for parking because I was outside the door with two brand new cut keys by 6:58! In this day and age, nice to have a business in the neighborhood with old school principles. Thank you again.
