Excellent service and super fair. Later I predicted carlos came out 12 hours. My garage door wouldn't close on a day using -10° wind chill and Carlos had it back working in no time. This is an excellent business!

A new bracket was installed by the repairman. He reviewed the mechanics and performed maintenance. He did not recognize any additional repairs. Along with the doorway works!
I trust treatment and the diagnosis by the supplier who had to complete the job started by Star Solutions. Even with all the 70 refund, the doorway repair cost more than it should have since I had to enlist the assistance of a different repair support. All of this could have been prevented when Star Solutions had stood behind their job and did not attempt to gouge me for unnecessary repairs.
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Star Solutions. Star Solutions supplied two remotes and repaired the door sensors. I did not have a working door, after paying $240. I spoke with the tech who told me he'd come by the next day to take another look.
A business day passed, and no word from Star Solutions. I achieved, and the proprietor told me that with no extra $400 repair that I had diminished, the door won't work properly. I asked the owner to ship the tech back to see if there was something else wrong with some thing that might need tweaking, pressure, or the sensors. He provided and refused a $70 refund as I was not happy.
I hired another repair support. Yes, exactly the sensor and bracket installed earlier by Star Solutions.
