Teamwork Locksmith - New Braunfels

Can NOT USE!!! I had been overcharged!!! It cost $185 to get my home door unlocked when pricing on site starts at $45. It was not a fancy door deadbolt or , just lock. It was requested by me he'd Amy discounts or coupons I could research, he said no. Very disappointing

Dishonest liars and service. The door locked out and malfunctioned on our 1997 Airstream. We called these folks . Technician told me we had a 6 pin lock and arrived and it might cost $269 to open the door. Our lock has been at most a 2-3 pin (little brief key). Scam artists!

This is actually the second time I've used Teamwork locksmith the technician didn't repair it right and then they sent out another one. They were prompt and showing up on time however the second one charge me three times as much as the initial one gouged me on a 10% fee for a credit card charge no sales tax and billed false amounts for components he took from his truck.I left three messages for the owner or boss of this organization and never got one return telephone call. I wouldn't use this firm for any of my locksmith needs as they will overcharge you and you'll challenge it and then they are going to win the mindful of this company con artist runs them.

They can't give u a quote over the telephone and let u it cld range from $35 - $145. . .whats that? . .what price $35? Total eye gauge for a 5 min job...

TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! Should you need your car fixed around the San Marcos/Kyle/New Braunfels area PLEASE don't go here. They told me it was going to be for that which!?!? around $200 Fortunately, my buddy told me concerning Click N' Go. They charge a fee for ANY automobile at ANY time!!!! Don't Waste your time here

Update: Discounted.
Got locked out of my car, guy completely took advantage of scenario. Called for lockout and paid 3x the rate that was going , over $100. Claimed traveled and difficulty of vehicle and the entire lockout took less than 3 minutes. Overall ripoff, please do not waste your money or time .

This really is a scam company. When I did not need to pay $350 for 3 locks to be rekeyed guy was belligerent. He wouldn't leave for any less than $100 for a minimum. Put all my locks back however, the plate was twisted on one and the keypad was completely missing on the other. Reported this company to the Texas Dept of Safety Private Security division. Just use the local company Key Depot. They charged $93 for the same job and they are professional.

YOU ARE BETTER OFF. When getting gas at night, I locked my keys in the vehicle, and so I called, this appeared to be my only option. As soon as I got on the telephone, the angry transferred me to a technician who had a very heavy accent and was nice and was hard to understand. He asked me several times for the speech and even had me text it and after he called me and said he was about 30 minutes off. It ended up taking AN HOUR AND A HALF for him to arrive and when he did, the cost totaled to be 190. When we spoke on the telephone, I was told it'd be in between $35 and $45 and being that I am a girl. I had no other option except to pay for the service when he'd arrived, and I am convinced he could hear my voice and make the assumption I was gullible or wouldn't understand the difference when we spoke on the telephone. After I paid, on top of that, he was impolite and creepy. I would NEVER recommend this service.

Lost the keys to my truck the man came out and stated it would be $250 to $350 depending on how big the ignition. Ended up paying $451.00 he explained it was because my ignition was already broke and that if I had the secret it would not work. This man was more than paid by way. Took him 20 minutes to fix

I strongly recommend if you will need a Lock Smith, Teamwork locksmith. He is quite professional and gets the job. Very trustworthy.

So I headed to Braunfels to find a locksmith open on Saturday I dropped the keys the lock cylinder into the door was removed from the truck. I moved to Key Depot (used them earlier ) and they have been closed, therefore I I did a quick search for another locksmith. I drove to their location and discovered this business. They tout they're open 24/7 although there was no one there. I called the number and they had a tech call me back(12 mins later). I talked to Jacob and told him that I wanted out a key for a lock cylinder to cut. Ive watched this being performed and any locksmith can have a key made in 10 minutes. I left my lock cylinder so I did not have to wait. He called me bout 90 minutes to inform me that he could cut a secret I told him to go ahead and I would pick it. He texted me a credit card receipt which I immediately checked...I was expecting $4.50 cause that's what he lent. . .not four hundred. Long story short I told him to refund my money I was not going to pay his charge and promptly called him back. What a disappointment this firm was!!

Forgot the home and car keys at the home. Freaked out cause it hasn't occurred since forever and it was like 100 ° + outside. Back in the afternoon we slipped through an open window and popped the screen. Anyway, Googled a locksmith and also this business popped up first. Was not in the mood for rolling the dice so we went with those guys. Everything from the placement call to the tech response was good. We were unlocked in no time. It had been required, although This was a 140 service. Better than replacing a window that is broken. Overall, was happy with the experience. Hopefully, the last one.

I called the first time and the secretary was short with me and did not let me talk. I was no biggie, like sweet. I told her I would call back to see if it was fine with the spouse and she explained it was nice. Alight, it had been the same secretary and therefore I give a call to this location and I asked her to go right ahead and send over somebody! So she asked for my address and had been giving it to her and she cuts me off, again. Then she asked for my phone number and I give my spouses amount to her. She informs me, when they get closer, we tech will be calling. That is alright. Tell me why can the tech wind up calling my number? When the lady was specially given another number to phone by me? Like just because you have caller ID, doesn't mean you can just offer a number that was not authorized for use! Anywho, ultimately the total was $120.00....like... I had been anticipating 50 maybe 75 but sheesh, $120? Don't get me wrong, the tech got there super fast and the secretary answered the phone fairly fast but I wish they would've told me anywhere fr $35.00-$200.00. . Would have picked up some extra shifts lol

They were rude and charged more than the price they offered on the phone of less than $300, although don't know tech name. It cost me $470. Breakdown: $95 to unlock, about $245 for chip key. I didn't get an integral fob. . .They understood that it was after midnight and that I believe they scammed me after knowing that someone had their meds from the truck and asking where I was out of which was out of the area. Additionally likely because fact that I was a girl rather than with someone there at that hour that wasn't asleep.
