TGI Lockouts Solutions

I locked myself out and I called to get an estimate on how much a locksmith was and the man I talked with on the phone said $20 for transport and beginning at 35.99 for the actual support. I waited about an hour to the locksmith to come. when the lock smith came over, it took him less than 10 minutes to pick my lock with two small metal 32, I don't have a complicated door lock. Once I filled out the paperwork I had been about to pay and his phone exhibited a total of $245... I asked him why it was so high and he explained for the substances he used and that he showed me that cost up front ahead of the real service (which he did not ) I called back the guy I initially spoke to on the phone and he had been of no assistance. Never EVER with their support .
