Fast, responsive and reliable. I'd call them!
Locked myself out! So mad!
Called and they arrived two minutes after. Two minutes passed and my car door was opened.

They attempted to charge $250 for a steering wheel lock which another locksmith provided to deal with for $75. Additionally, they didn't even pick up the telephone that the first two times I called. Do not even bother calling.

Dan took care of the lock and came very quickly. Like some of the other reviews, I must have asked the price up front. It had been expensive for 5 stars rating, after hours support for quality service and for getting the lock repaired so quickly.

Ugh. My bad for not requesting an estimate up front, but who would have thought that changing 2 mailbox keys I was locked out it of could be 305!! On the positive side, it was easy to envision an appt.

Dan was fantastic!! He was very responsive, friendly and was able to open my room! I couldn't have been more happy. Thank you so much, you're a life saver!

We have locked inside our apartment. Decided to proceed with what we believed was a business. Price seemed fair, but it was contracted out to a person from out of town that immediately got lost. Once they arrived and started work, they reassessed the situation and doubled the price. Then proceeded their way through, wrecking our door ruining tools and springs out our puppy.
Generally a poor experience. Was not a arrival, communicating disconnect between the employee who arrived and central dispatch. We felt taken advantage of. Do not use. Go with LockDoctor.

Yaniv, what can I say your my hero. Your prompt and quick support will possess me telling my friends to call the very best locksmith man in san francisco. His tools were well prepared with by came and has been very knowledgeable about what he does. Definitely a trust worthy locksmith who isn't attempting to give you prices. Call these guys if your locked out and you'll be back inside right away.

I need to tell you I was totally shocked by the cost of replacing the locks on my brothers front door once she lost her keys when she was held up at gun point. Over $700 I actually felt that we were ripped off and could not recommend this company. They did turn up fast but I really feel they took advantage of the situation.

Yaniv was quick and incredibly helpful . Last night was the very first night in my new apartment and of course somehow we get locked out of my room. We attempted calling so many locksmiths and mind you that this was at 12am and attempted choosing the lock ourselves. We had no chance choosing the lock ourselves and all these"24/7" locksmiths either tried charging me $200-300 or did not pick up the phone or just hung up on me. This happened all night . I called now at 7am and the guy on the phone picked up instantly and delivered a locksmith on their way. Yaniv forced it here and was arriving out of alameda and unlocked my door. I appreciate this company because they allow me to feel convinced that they were not attempting to overcharge me and unlike most companies that are locksmith put care in my scenario. USE THIS COMPANY OVER ANY OTHER LOCKSMITH. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! I would certainly use them again but let's hope I do not get locked out!
