Called"On Time" Locksmiths at 7:00am. The dispatcher was very short and didn't need car kind or my name. Just wanted a contact telephone number and a name near my vehicle. I had been a few blocks out of their Hyde Park location. The dispatcher stated it would take 45 minutes for a locksmith to arrive when they were enroute and she'd call me. After an hour I predicted. I called for the next 2 hours with no response. They came or never called at my vehicle. They had been there in 15 minutes and a different locksmith was phoned by me and opened my own vehicle. It's currently and they have to call me back or answer their own mobile phone. Thank god I didn't wait for them, because the incompetence is mind boggling!!!! Unless you aren't in a hurry and like customer service that is dreadful, don't call this small business.
Locked my keys in my car and had laptop, iphone and my own wallet in plain view on the passenger seat while parked at a area on Cottage Grove well known for windows that were broken and thieving of any belongings left in plain view.
