Popped a bicycle and couldn't get off my bicycle to alter the spare. Called insurance company and they sent Twenty Four-7 out. Very quick service! Friendly, professional, and expedient. Works with State Farm.
I received a call telling me I was out from the service area after waiting 20 min for a truck to arrive. I checked the map, and I literally about 200 feet from their border. Not positive if it's laziness or ineptitude or both.
5:44 PM. Tire is away tire is on. Gracious thanks are offered. Agent departs.

5:38 PM representative seems. Pulls up. Says gets right down to business and hello. He's a portable electric wrench and a quality jack
5:33 PM representative calls to clarify location. Says he will be there in 5 minutes. I take this with many grains of salt.
Great and easy experience! They came in my place within minutes and helped jump start my car. Josh was helpful and really nice!
Rude and non caring support. State Farm participated technician to fix a flat. I was off from the car at home on bed and was told that the tech would be at the car in 20 minutes. Then to say he would just wait at the car 5 minutes and that he was 5 minutes off immediate call from the technician, or I lose my place. I arrived within 15 minute, and he was already gone. I called the Twenty Four 7 dispatcher (supposedly the manager, a young girl), and obtained the exact same rude feedback. Obviously I walked from the car for 4 hours misery until another company could help.
I won't ever use Twenty Four 7 support again. It is advisable to don't as well.

Thus far I'm not satisfied. I'm in downtown Nashville. I called my assistance who discharged twenty four-7. Twenty four-7 says it'll be 44 minutes. They're in a town 31 miles off. Huh? There is no one in downtown nashville who can help me change a
1 hour later and still not here. GPS showed the truck as 39 minutes off 15 minutes ago and an hour ago I called twenty four-7 and they said he would be here in 16 minutes AND they would have him call me 5-10 minutes outside.
Called Safeco roadside assistance and they shipped out these guys to jump my car. He got me started and was here in 15 minutes. He was very careful and set everything back the way it was. Really nice guy. Hope I dont need to use them but I will cover it.
Shout out to these men! Showed up like studs and altered my own flat tire in two minutes while I waited in the vehicle. My Friday night isn't destroyed! Yay!!
About getting my car jumped off, I called and they hauled up within 5 minutes. Great prompt service.
