Good service-quick and efficient and fairly priced.

Charges Double the cost to make a key to get a old car paid 3.00 3.50 tops at home depot along with other stores in place 7.20 cents Is unacceptable request the cost before you do anything there in the event that you have time better to go to home depot until he learns to properly display the costs and cost of all copies of keys created if it's emergency you need to do everything you need to do key works but cost twice what we typically cover.

Don't recommend. There are different people in the field which do a fantastic job with a far better attitude.
And the price was a bit high too.
The job was quite quickly and completed. But Tom's attitude , the owner, was dreadful.

Juan Carlos got here in less than 15 minutes and got everything taken care of in a professional and speedy manner. It was great service and very reasonably priced considering it was a Friday night!

He arrives, looks in the lock and informs me it's $150 to select it, however he does not know if he is because it's an"older" lock, and if he can not pick it, it is $400 to drill in the doorway and replace it. I tell him to try to select at it and he does easily within 30 minutes.
A police report filed and will pursue this further as this THIEF gets my advice, address and can break into almost any lock he sees fit.
She informs me she is contacting someone (I figure she had been dispatch) and somebody will call me soon. I inquire how much and he informs me he can not inform me until the lock is seen by him. Fair enough, but it does not give me the chance to visit the ATM so that I ask if I could pay with credit card. He states he has to contact the company if they take credit cards, and find out and he'll let me know. He never does.
I get a call from Discover telling me that I had the following day. All unauthorized and placed on the internet or over the phone, totaling 500.
I call the locksmith to speak to management and was promised a callback each of which I am still waiting on a few weeks. Obviously, the company are providing no assistance and is in with this.
He then walked without consent into my apt and starts inspecting the lock. He tells me it's a piece of sh*t lock and tries to sell me a brand new one for an extra $100. I tell him no thanks and for another 5 mins he tries to negotiate the cost for a new lock. After repeatedly saying I am not interested, '' he has an attitude and states"f*ck it it's $20 labour on top of the 150." I say no you advised me he argues that it's almost 2am and he needed to escape bed for this so it's $20 extra. I continue to tell him no and he then says it's tax that is $9. I inquire TAX ON WHAT? I agreeing to the 150 you lent. Then he says okay fine pay me, it's better if you pay in cash. I said I asked you did not tell me so all I have is my credit card although so that I could visit the ATM. His eyes roll .
The following day I check my statement and that I see a charge of $159 and figure'whatever I will accept the $9 taxation' although it wasn't agreed to by me.
I hand him my card he also types my card info into texts somebody and his cellphone. He texts back and forth a few times, then tells me"it's easy to break into locks like this." And walks away. No receipt or anything.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
If you'd like to be a victim of credit card fraud, only use this locksmith. I called them when I was locked out from my flat a and had to call multiple times with no response. Finally after maybe 6 calls, somebody replies like that I woke them up. It had been around 1:20am when I called, but that is why this area is available 24 hours.

This place is a rip off, Tom, who gave a jump to me and had been rude and pretended to fix my vehicle and charged me nearly $200 for it. 1 hour later my car was straight back the same, the manager ran for cover and never got in contact with me after I asked him to by their secretary, do not waste your money on this joint, then proceed to actual professionals who appreciated their clients
