Van's Lock Shop

Have an older lock my front door, and the thumb latch stopped working. Called Vans and clarified the issue. She inquired if there were buttons around the face of the door. I looked and there were. I pushed one of them and the thumb latch operates again! She saved me time and a service charge! I call this support.
I've used them in the past, and will keep doing so in the future.

Van's Lock Shop at Glenside answered the questions I had in a timely manner. . .within 30 minutes! I wanted to substitute the keys I had lost for the door on my home. I phoned and Sydney was fantastic and made me an appointment for the following day. Mike and Andrew came out sooner than the appointment, which worked out beneficial us for all! Mike made it clear I was told by them whatever I picked and that my requests was what was most important, they would make it occur. Customer support was amazing and I am thrilled that I picked Van. Amazing service. I locked myself a few hours before I had been to provide a big presentation. Vans had me within my own home in under 10 minutes and came within 45 minutes. Jay and his partner were extremely professional! Highly rate Vans!!

Called on a Monday as a Crisis at 9 am. By 1130 I even took some time to explain to me and had a locksmith out to fix my issue the mechanism. I had been put in as a priority because of the circumstance although I wasn't originally on the list to the day. I would highly suggest Van's. One of the few that carry Baldwin Keys. Thank You.

Van's is good. We used our locks all to alter when we moved to our new house. The gentleman who arrived (I do not remember his name- sorry!) Was very professional and knowledgable. He walked through different options & the pros and cons to each (e.g. having a master key v. using one lock keyed differently so we could give a secret to give to home cleaner, dog walker, etc.). Their prices were reasonable. They have been friendly and responsive. We used them recently and were able to schedule a last minute appointment. Not only were the service technicians so, although we'd good was the team who answered the phone. I left a message and I got a call BEFORE the next day the business opened!
