I could not get out it and had an issue. Talked with Ryan and he said they could come fix it but also started to talk me as I explained what I saw. With only five minutes on the telephone, he assisted me to figure out receive out the deadbolt and how to resolve it. I enjoy it as it saved me having to wait for somebody and not everybody would take some opportunity and have.
So.... No walk in for duplication. They simply do house calls and that's $140.00. So, if you are like me and have a few keys that need duplication this provider is a hard pass.
