I stop by the store on Wilshire for me keys. While I manage my business at 14, keys are gone fast and economically. I have always found parking during rush hour!
I had a lockout from my flat. I predicted this place since I had my keys done there when I transferred to L.A. and fortunately had their card. I had been astounished at how fast the man came along with just how friendly he was even though it was late at night on Sunday.

Considering that the numerous 1 star reviews, I must have listened to my gut.
We have paid him tens of thousands of dollars, and I'd anticipate some admiration and customer support that was decent .
Came out to my house three times to fix. Once more, he told me that it would cost us and the problem had been caused by us upon describing that the problem. Besides that, his demeanor and tone were unwarranted and unprofessional. Started to raise his voice at me.

Excellent experience all the way around. Joe and customer service is somebody who thinks beforehand. Called to request me to text him photographs of my door handle as he had been going to the shop and wanted to match it. He arrived the exact same day later texting me photos of a brand new one that would suit my door handle to replace it, when I did not lock the colour of the gold lock on my front door. Can't say enough about happy I am to know about Wilshire and Joe Locksmith.

Extremely professional. I had been locked out and they arrived and completed the work so precisely without any delays. I love dealing with these kinds of businesses. No delays, no play experts of their craft.

Is aggressive, rude, and nasty. He yelled at me once I told him that they messed up either of my keys stating I did not understand what I talked about. He raised his voice and did not let me talk or answer his inquiries. Who's a dictator, he? I had been very disappointed with my experience . Avoid this place!

Telephone customer service. About creating a copy, I called for a question and was hung up on since it wasn't considered important enough at the moment

I love this place - 1. It is super convenient and fast. 2. The keys always work (unlike a number of other areas, as odd as this is), but the majority of all 3. The owner is the most friendly!! He asks me how I'm doing because he gets my keys, and chit chats. When I need them, I honestly always go here. Haven't needed a locksmith in a dire situation (yet?) , but you better think they're who I would call if I did.

Somehow was a misunderstanding regarding and the man began to make two copies. '' I told him I just wanted one secret, but two together, after seeing him making over 1 copy of the major.
Thank you for reading!
I hope this guy thinks twice before he allows his temper gets the best of him. I'm uncertain just how I pissed off him ! I'm a really polite person. To people I'm paying to do something.
:)
I propose you never do.
I just couldn't let someone get away with this.
I called the Better Business Bureau I'm expecting an official apology!
The man (owner I'm imagining ) working this small locksmith channel is disgusting. I went in yesterday, so excited about going and prepared to get my new key! Unfortunately, I ended up leaving exceptionally disrespected and upset.
Not sure what this mans bargain was, however, after that, my secret threw at me and explained he wasn't going to assist me. I suppose its hilarious to disrespect girls like this, eh?
When I arrived, I asked for a copy of a single key.
Now I'm sorry, but this man may need anger management if he is upset about a five dollars. When you are working a customer service job, you need to present your costumer respect. HELLO!?
I will never go there.
I could see that this made him upset, so I offered to pay for both keys and apologized for the misunderstanding. It was only five dollars!
I wound up getting a lovely key made not much at Midway Locksmith on Fairfax. If you need a key made in that region go there!
