We had a young man named Shane estimate our occupation and come out and then came back and did the job . Shane was considerate and professional. He did the work using a"particular" 900lb pressure rooter that washed out us and Shane also gave us advice about how to keep it from occurring again.
Smell from the drains in Master bathroom caused us to telephone Pipetech.
He took good care of us and is an asset. Thank you.

You get what you pay in order to paint yourself in a light for but I am not sure stealing from the unsuspecting
Appalled is an understatement... $508 to put on a client provided bath filler - $113 per quarter turn angle stop just two examples
A Lot of People are unaware of actually what should be acceptable charges and what cost are
We had this business come and do a bid for pipes
I stand by my opinion of thieving - it appears your way of doing business is without intergriy and truth in pricing
Company need to charge to pay employees - company related expenses - substances and have some markers up to make profit.... What should profit be?

Be very careful when considering to hire this business - although we didn't.... I could not in good conscience not speak to my experience that is honest and true

I had been honest together with your technicians who came not being the Standard unknowledgeable homeowner inside these applications and to give that outrageous bidding of my desktop
While the proprietor Eric's justification was"I have been in this business for over thirty year and have the right to control what I want".

Emergency call over a holiday, and they responded. They were out here within two hours on the 4th of July, and had my fix achieved by the next day.

Have just used Pipetech double but on both occasions. My latest experience was now with my leaky hot water heater. I predicted just after 7 am and by 1 pm my hot water heater has been set up at a reasonable price. If your searching to get an plumbing company that is honest look.

Pipetech Plumbing is strongly recommended by me. Their level of support has always been outstanding. They have been used by us since we moved into the valley. We had our water heater fail. Dillinger was at the home within 6 hours on precisely the same day. He assemble a timely quote was professional and was really diligent about keeping things neat and tidy. Pipetech do think anybody does it better than me.

Lately , we contacted Pipetech in our home revolted following all the plumbing. We had experienced some backing up of water at the kitchen sink when we conducted the washing machine, but we had been advised that narrower pipes had been used back in 1964 when our location was built, so we recognized the fact that we would always have the problem. Occasionally, we relied to handle this, and called a rooter support every few years for a snaking of the pipes. However, especially if we had traffic for any length of time, the problem persisted, and eventually became worse. We had more bathroom, and company who remained with us for a week, which meant showers, laundry and dishwasher use. One morning while our firm was here, we all started getting ready for a day-trip, so both showers were moving along with bathrooms were flushed. We were horrified when we had bathrooms that could be heard throughout the home along with backed sinks and sewage up in our bathtub and shower. It was disgusting, not to mention embarrassing. We got online and looked since we knew we needed more help than any rooter service can supply, for a plumbing outfit that seemed professional and reputable. We decided to call Pipetech, and JR responded. It took some time to find out the origin of the problem, but JR found that a snake had broken off and lodged in a pipe beneath our guest bedroom. JR advised that there was a chance we would need to jackhammer the bedroom floor to replace the pipe. The notion of the cost of such an endeavor and the mess it would make was daunting. JR advised us that the pipe has been several feet from the edge of the home, and implied that if he could dig down about 4-5 ft beyond the guestroom behind our front bushes and after that beneath the guestroom several feet, he might have the ability to locate the pipe. However, JR couldn't guarantee he could extricate the snake and then replace the pipe because of the distance he had to work from. It was hot out and he wore his uniform. We made sure that he was hydrated, but worried about him. We prayed he would have the ability to resolve the problem, but not at the cost of his health, so we began to resign ourselves to the simple fact that we would need to jackhammer the guestroom flooring. On the next day, his boss followed him, and together they made one effort to extricate the snake. From within the home, we heard cheering and laughter and hurried outside to discover that they'd succeeded in their mission. Their perseverance and hard work paid off, and we are grateful to JR and Pipetech. Through the process, we learned we had no washouts, so JR installed washouts to assist with any problems, which we pray to God we never have. Thank Pipetech, JR and you. I had Ritchie in my house today to repair a sink in my kitchen. He did a fantastic job and was really professional. He established a rapport and was very nice. I would advise Ritchie and I would request him 22, with respect to plumbing, when I need any job or jobs.

The man told me AND MY RENTER my own water heater was. I haven't used it for 11 decades and once he bothers my renter each and is there it WAS Leaking water even though it hadn't been employed for 11 decades.
Pipetech was highly recommended to me and it is THE WORST experience I've ever had with any tech. Orin this situation, I should state technicianS. I didn't have a flow until the first plumber that came out, stayed for five minutes and charged me over $120.00. Two days after I had a flow. Pipetech did come again, however, in order to block the leak it cost me almost $200.00 for the SECOND VISIT. I had been told I would received pictures of the problem both before and after... NO Pictures.
That is my first review I've written in my life I am not writing this softly. PS - Good Luck touch base with someone in charge and/or obtaining the opportunity to consult with the owner or, get his email address. It is more easy to get in touch with the Pope.

Have been using Pipetech for many years but first inspection. JR continues to be our guy for the past couple of years - great service and very professional. Richie started lately and was awesome. Job Pipetech! These guys are equally great!

Richie came out for our maintenance check today. I enjoy my husband for things such as this, but I felt really comfortable. He was very professional and didn't attempt to sell me a lot. Excellent Support

JR at Pipetech was able to fix my sink. An additional measure was recommended by him but was able to fix the problem while avoiding the expense. He was very professional, clean and friendly. I would recommend this company!

I used this company for a replacement of my water shut off valve along with draining and visits of my own water heater. They do a fantastic job and quite happy with their level of service in addition to their technicians. Keep the fantastic work up!

We were extremely pleased and had some plumbing work. Very genuine personality that advocated what I feel as though he would have advocated to a relative of his. We had companies come out for estimates and they were telling us why we had to replace all our piping which would have meant tearing up our recently remodeled bathrooms. . .JR was the complete reverse and informed us that they'd beat any competitors pricing. Beyond pleased with our solutions through PipeTech and will look no further than this firm for our plumbing needs.

Had Ryan come out for a simple fix. He gave me a quote on a new hot water heater, while he was here. (Original came with the condominium and turned out to be 16 years old!) A few weeks passed, and he reached out to see if I had made a decision about replacing the unit. I found the costs to be competitive with all the large box stores of Pipetech, also did some price shopping. The next day, had the heater, and called to create an appointment set up. No surprises, no upcharge, no problems. Nice to have a plumber that I can trust.

Just had Richie come for a routine maintenance. He was knowledgable and quite friendly. Will definwtely recommend

My water heater had been leaking and not working for 4 times. Pipetech Pluming was called by me and they came out. They delivered an installer called the same moment, Richie and his manager Manny to put in my own water heater. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and answered all my queries. I will refer all of my friends and family they did an excellent job!

Although I have had experiences with Pipetech Plumbing and Rooter and Precision Air. Today the service tech"Cameron" nearly made up for the past bad service and unperformed preventative maintenance contracts, on three possessions, for more than three decades. ( I don't recommend you get a PMI contract. It's a country that is free, which means if you want to pay that you can. .
Thanks Cameron...I'd say ALMOST...I enjoyed everything you did eliminating a broken water-softener without charging me a outrageous rip-off cost. Your service managers ought to be reasonable.
