AMAZING TEAM!!This team gets things DONE! I called Louis late afternoon Monday to have the sidewalk due to a new Ordinance in Oakland, Louis was in the job site morning out Tuesday, and by Thursday before noon, it's ALL DONE. He even managed to get me that the certificate from the City of Oakland!! Super super satisfied with their work ethic and how efficient the whole team is. Kris and al are friendly and super helpful in the workplace. Once I told her my name another team member which I forgot her name was useful as well, she knew which project to look for.

The Plumbing Ministry will be my go-to team from now on!

Had these guys out when without warning raw sewage began seeping from the ground. I called the office and they advised me to call Jose (technician ) and ask if he can come out the exact same day. He said he'd be there between 2-4 and loyal to his word he showed up by 2pm and had the main sewer fixed and completely inspected (video inspection from house to road ) within two hours. I'll add that the digging had been completed by our landscaping crew and exposing the pipe prior to Jose arrived. I give the five star review, depending on the above and depending on the communication and to this outfit.

I am a RE Broker: I had a offer Accepted and given to receive my inspections done. All appointments were out to the week. They provided an upper management member named Luis' cell number after speaking to dispatch. Luis responded and made the review happen. Ialways have had great experiences and've used this company for years. Everyone has been polite and professional. This interaction was beyond the reach of expectation. Pipes ministry said they could do it now and got back quick. , I strongly suggest them for quick service, I phoned them. Louis fixed the problem and got here within an hour.
I tried doing the repairs last night it got clogged after conducting a few ramen noodles down the garbage disposal. My wife bought some liquid and drano. It ended up being a waste of cash, the compounds did not do the job. It turns out so there was not any way of me fixing it with out a professional, the issue was down approximately 35 ft .

This is a company which uses tactics of unskilled labor and switch, miscommunication, and bait. They never ended what they were contracted to do and us charged to the work that was .
We're putting this complaint with Better Business Bureau as well, as it has been indicated that other clients have been handled by this firm and aren't supplying services that they guarantee and ripping off people. We advised the firm that a BBB complaint would be filing and they did not care.
-Never completed the contracted jobin arrangement for us and attempted to charge us money to finish the job
This company deserves a NEGATIVE star review, but because we cannot do that we are sticking with 1 star.

Plumbing Ministry played with a game of bait and switch and used communication to make this worst experience with any contractor or company we have ever worked with.
+Buried a barrel underground (found when our second plumbing firm came to fix the work of Plumbing Ministry)

I have recommended Plumbing Ministry to 3 customers who have all been pleased with their cost and their support. I'll continue to recommend them to my real estate customers.

The other option replaced the line and rerouting it or taking it to the sidewalk. That was dismissed and no one ever left contact. You didn't utilize shared space, you destroyed my front yard on my home line. Wish you had spoke to me once like you posted on yelp.
Not fair I can not publish stars. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! This really is. When they replaced the sewer line they awakened my front yard rather, tore out and placed a huge sewer circle in my yard. This was my neighbor told them to not. He never once apologized for whatever As soon as I attempted to contact the proprietor. He would not speak to me texted. He had been extremely dismissive when I got him. The only thing he would say is they shouldn't have touched my yard. After weeks one of his supervisors said they would not eliminate the line (since it cost more money), but they would bury it replace the plants. It took over a month to allow them to perform anything. They did purchase the plant I asked, but only two little ones instead of the distance they destroyed. They chose to ignore me As soon as I attempted to follow up. Another neighbor on the street stated their neighbors had issues with them as well. My neighbors were so upset and also with both of us whining, they didn't do much. They're a HORRIBLE company. I would, if I could give stars to them. Don't use them. They're the reason I'm writing my very first review and I have been for years around yelp. To make it more challenging that the boss ends his message with,"Remember, Jesus love you." He uses this to continue being dreadful to those around him.

Whilst repairing louis and his staff worked in our yard. They took care to minimize damage. They did their best although this is job that is invasive.

First of all to explain" I'd no job done by this firm' but was hit with one of there employees in there job truck last week! Rushed off me said he needed to leave work. . After images were gathered by me finally tracked down there real insurance from the boss/ owner. Although this worker carries on like it was nothing!!!, I am having to deal with all kinds of stress an back an forth with insurance companies For a company named"MINISTRY PLUMBING" they sure know how to pick scam artist employees! All I got from the boss was"apologies" literally everything he kissed me. .he asked how much the damage was to my car that I told him $$$$ an he said he couldn't cover that. . I WOULD NEVER DEAL. .

If I can provide The Plumbing Ministry a THOUSAND STARS it would not be adequate to demonstrate my gratitude for taking care of my situation I was having at my Oakland apartment building. Louis came out, determined what was needed, got back to me and ended the job. Louis and his employees went way beyond the call of duty to finish my job. I am not exaggerating at all when I say that. With the newest part of information, took 30 seconds to him to repair the issue. No extra charge for your morning. Professional, quickly (The last time we had one of these toilets installed it took my then plumber about ten hours and $1000) and considerate. Great support for a budget price. Finally bought the home and while I was picking out a sofa the husband ran out and bought a top end Toto digital toilet.That stated my old school plumber of a decade saw the image of the"engine" and said"Nope" into the install. I was reccomended to The Plumbing Ministry by a local contractor.

My neighbor did although I didn't hire them to perform work. As someone's who was on the other side of the"fence" that I would not give this company the time of the day. They dug up dirt on my neighbors ground and threw of the dirt from my fence. I couldn't believe it. The fence is most probably damaged (could have been averted ) and once I approached the team about it, they essentially brushed off me and didn't need to deal with my concern....the typical response....call my workplace. If that is the way they provide clients with service, stay away!

Once we bought our property in 16, I had plumbing Ministry perform our sewer lateral line. The team they delivered was very pleasant and professional. They said the job would take 3 days and they did it. In addition they reconnected the sewer lines so that we could use the shower and bathroom. The team did a clean and pleasant install. EBMUD beyond the job for us returned. When done the work area cleaned up and it was better then before. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a plumber.

Plumbing ministry was quick and more responsive than rescue rooter business or any roto rooter.
Thus plumbing ministry came into the rescue. I phoned them at 4pm and they had been here by 6pm the exact same day. They were friendly, and effective and snaked our line and explained our choices and the problem .
Our basement toilet and shower were backed up and sewage had spilled into the restroom twice. And my baby sleeps in that area. This was a true emergency that needed attention .
Louis and his son came and were done before we knew it.
We had a plumbing individual come after and they didn't fix our clogged sewer main and after for them to come out 26, scheduling simply said they wouldn't come back!

I looked them up as the title of the Company grabbed my attention. When you see a title as this you may be hesitant. They came quickly and repaired. We had another back up which I believed was sewer related. Scared of the cost a new crew cleared the line at a price that was affordable, and simply said and came. I've used them for everything and my rental again ran smoothly. When it came to payment it felt different, like they thought I was going to stiff them. So I stoped together. An emergency arises at the im. I couldn't reach anyone and called a few people, then I remembered them. They were there within a hour. Fixed the broken pipe without me leaving the office. Paid through PayPal and all was good. I never believed that because of the title people would also make the most of there. Lesson learned. Keep those who do a fantastic job for you, pay them on time and you will be blessed.
