We have an older floor heater that stopped working. The twins arrived, diagnosed, got the part and installed it all quickly and without any drama. Good people. Easy to work with. Reasonable rates. Local. Wouldn't hesitate to call them.

They ran lines are fed by the HVAC as far away as they can illogically from the actual heat/air units that are a waste at a space with drafty window issues that were known.
In my unit too many holes cut and then left the ones they didn't utilize.
Their job is up to guerilla grow op criteria and that is a fairly low bar.
They never bothered to inform me about these major changes. I needed to start the panel myself to find out.
They could have just used the existing and fresh 50 amp breaker in that panel to get an old pottery setup cooker plug, but instead they reduced my existing electric service and ganged those circuits with other existing ones without telling me (and setting up circuit breaker issues because they're ganged up with different outlets in my personal space). They ran the ground line for the service up from this panel which is very dangerous' un-grounded chassis.
They made no effort to conceal the feed and water lines they sloppily ran without a sense of leveling anything.
Don't hesitate to contact me and I will show you in person exactly what they did on behalf of Jim Lee and Seth Jacobson at the 415 Peterson Street Complex.
In my electric panel that they removed two of my 20 amp circuit breakers that fed outlets in my personal area and jammed at a double 40 amp fracture to nourish this HVAC system that no additional tenants and myself want nor need here.
Jim Lee of Allen Associates on behalf of Seth Jacobson the recent new owner of our 415 Peterson Street complex hired these guys to put in a inefficient energy inefficient HVAC system at a work warehouse complex.
Because they do not know what they're doing, Don't hire them. They are unprofessional, rude and careless. The images that I have included back up this.
I ceased after we were confronted by them while filming the harm they had done so 24, the job they were doing on the day. It is unlikely they would have changed anything for the better if they had not been stopped by me. The City of Oakland said that they needed to re-do most of the job but as do my other neighbors who have seen the shoddy work that they did in my area and others 42,, I refuse to let them back into my own unit.
When we attempted the harm and shoddy work they were doing they aggressively challenged us to identify ourselves on our deck right outside our distances while pretending to identify themselves nor provide any proof they were qualified to do this work.
Then rather than running it across the ground to conceal it 43,, they tore a hole in my wall right to run the conduit sloppily along my walls at an as obvious way possible.

That is where things have gotten bad. They've been texting me, calling me, and showing up at my house harassing me to cover them. One among the twins of his daughter in an effort sent me a picture to guilt me. He composed a story about asserting his daughter they'd pay rent. He asked if he can come live with me because"we have warm water."
I've seen individuals here who whined about them are responded to by them. I'm not posting screenshots presently as I think that it's unnecessary, but'm happy to whether it will become a problem.
Edit 3: Here is the component they billed me $1000 for: https://www.supplyhouse.com/AO-Smith-100109424-White-Rodgers-Intellivent...
Edit 4: https://www.shouselaw.com/cyberstalking.html
Our hot water heater in our house went out. The twins seemed in the beginning like nice men. It took them three weeks to get the problem. They ended up stating the heater wanted replacement after charging me a million dollars for a replacement part for my own heater and it'd be another $3850 for a new heater, and they would need the money up front. After they assured me it'd go through instantly it was sent by me through PayPal. Three days after, (and three weeks since we had any warm water), the PayPal transfer eventually went through, they eventually went to get the water heater, but it turned out to be the wrong energy rating - so that they needed to wait for another day for another heater to come out of Sacramento.
I have asked for them to stop contacting me, and that if they think they have a legitimate claim.
Avoid these people.
When I informed them they tried to rip me off and sent photos of the bids I had obtained to Supreme, he delivered a receipt he maintained was for the heater revealing they paid $2k for this. Which, while over google indicated, was .
I've told them if they last the harassment I will be forced to file a police report and that I am prepared if necessary to file a restraining order. I had been very patient and I had no water, but subsequent harassment and price gouging is unacceptable.
I advised them that they might keep the money if they returned the first $1000 item, although I was not going to cover the $ 4k which I had never agreed to, and which was unreasonable. That means I have so far already paid them $5000 for something companies agreed would be .
After installation they told me I would need to cover an additional $4000. This seemed absurd, so I sought bids yelp for a water heater replacement in an attempt to understand what the typical price was. The six quotes I obtained were 2000-3000 including parts and labor. I also googled the actual price for the water heater that they claimed was $3850. Turns out it is recorded online for $1000-1500. It became clear that they were trying to price gouge me.
TLDR; Tried to charge me $9,000 for a water heater replacement which must have been no more than $3,000. I paid $5k then refused to cover anymore so they are harassing me through text, phone, at my house, and on Twitter.
Tip 2: They found me twitter and are continuing to frighten me .

Scammers didn't resolve an easy water heater dilemma and came out. They tried to tell me their was an issue with my pipes air was trapped inside my own water heater air duct and when in fact the pilot light was out. I had another firm put the next day who fixed the problem for half the price in 20 minutes.

I WIIL NOW BE USING SUPREME P&H FOR ALL MY HVAC AND PLUMBING NEEDS! Their workers are top of the line and their costs were super cheap. They know what they're doing and that they were out and in! Fast, professional and educated, what more could you request? I messaged them regarding an old wall furnace removal and furnace setup that was new and they phoned me back. Their workers were able get the work done and to come out! That says a whole lot, when its 30 levels from the Bay Area and you're in a position to get a company to come out and serve your requirements in less than 24 hours! Supreme made it effortless to pay online and gave me that they beat the costs of everybody else by a landslide -- and of course a more professional statement! I would recommend them to anybody!

This guys are the best! I've known them in one for the water heater two different events and one for the furnace. Both times they seemed really knowledgeable and their job was efficient and clean. Their estimates were consistently sensible and they did not develop fees or last minute adjustments. Honest guys!!

Heating and supreme Plumbing were great! They charged me a speed, fixed the issue and came early. They're very knowledgeable and friendly! I would suggest using them and am very happy with their service - definitely 5 stars.

Purchased an old house with HVAC that was old in Oakland. Worked on inspection and expired after move-in. These guys came out quick, on-time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it over 2 days (needed to get parts). I had them run a complete system check . Friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Will be utilizing Supreme for our HVAC replacement this winter since the old systems are in their last legs. Thank you guys, keep the fantastic work up!

Amili is my go-to HVAC pro! I ran into issues during my Nest thermostat install and he was the only one who answered the phone on a weekend. He had I been a little more educated about my furnace setup and was nice enough to help diagnose the matter over the telephone, it is likely he'd have found the issue remotely.
My issue was found by and . He was super-patient with me, explaining what went on and how to troubleshoot later on.
Furnace and my AC are back up and operating, Nest is completely functional, and I didn't need to break the bank. Thanks!

Then he sent me. I believed that was high so checked on Amazon and saw it for $160. Akita told me that he would not install any things because they weren't guaranteed so I said I would purchase it and put it to use because that price difference was too large. Akita said he changed his mind and could install it and called me . Hence Akita came and that the unit came and tried to install it. It was the unit that is .
I'm giving 4 stars because he knows what he is doing to Akita but I really didn't like the quotation and the invoice that is wrong - . Somebody is currently ripping off somebody.
I was pissed the invoice had the wrong part number on it Akita stated"I didn't let you dictate that one." I said"c'mon guy - it had been on the invoice and I didn't believe I had to look at on your and Johnstone Supply's function as you are the experts." I consented to cover Akita although This was our only disagreement.
So he said the identification was $85 but with the new control board (which should be about $200 - $300 he said) that the entire installation and identification fee will be $225. So all was OK with that and in I thought $500.
What I really needed was that the ICM282A which allegedly Johnstone Supply understood but put the wrong item number. In retrospect I think that is a whole scam and they do that so THE RIGHT and great unit can't be bought by people from Amazon. So I purchased the ICM282A for $121 and returned the ICM2807 for free. I purchased it showed up in 5 days and it Prime 2 Day and Amazon gave me it for FREE!!! I could not believe that and that is why I really like all about Amazon.
Rather than setting an appointment with Akita up I simply installed it myself and paid Akita $185.
I had an issue with my upstairs furnace and called Supreme. Akita did an superb job diagnosing the issue and arrived. He noticed because the control board was burnt out my furnace mill was not working.
So I have instead of spending $800 a furnace and spent $185.

Thank you a lot for your ceremony!! Speedy reply and definitely suggested to friends and family.

It took some time but he found them and managed to have them installed but the work area was very tight. He along with replaced my older thermostats which turned out to be the hazardous mercury based ones and his brother did an superb job. Quite thorough. Now maybe my PG&E bill can return to normal (if there's such a thing anymore!) .
I've an old boiler which heats my house which I thought was having thermostat problems. Turns out it was solenoid units which were faulty rather than shutting the valves off. Amili needed to discover the parts which because of this unit's age wasn't in stock.

For somebody to be educated enough to walk me based on my mumbo jumbo and actually provide a very simple alternative is a major deal. I will certainly feel comfortable giving them my business in the long run.
Turns out I was buying .
I attempted to replace it and had an issue with my furnace. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts, I spoke to Amili and phoned this company. I told him my heater was fine but wouldn't react to the thermostat; he asked me a couple of questions offered to walk me through a very simple test to find out whether or not the thermostat was indeed the problem.

No BS, no sales pitch to update to anything... Nice work. Thanks guys!
Home gas heater didn't come back on after a power outage on a cold day. Called them first thing in the morning. Men showed up as promised in a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem within 15mins.

Our furnace was blowing cold air. Akida (from Supreme) called and arrived over the say day. He was really useful in eliminating (and later replacing) our house panel to access the unit. He checked everything and air came from the vents. Also, he took the time to describe some basic information concerning the furnace so I was better educated.
It was quick, knowledgable, and friendly service - highly suggested!

UPDATE: I STAND BY MY ASSESSMENT....You noticed the provider never addressed the bad communication skills nor the absence of a receipt or of written quote...I have been reimbursed the $85 diagnostic commission because this provider is"Google Approved"....But as you understand. .
WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....This company has poor communication skills. I asked them to perform a project and they came out. . .spend about 10 min"getting my problem", asked for the $85"diagnosis fee" and didn't offer a receipt nor did they inform me an estimate of just how much it will cost...I had to phone them after not hearing from them a few hours following my appointment and that is when they said labor charges are $250...a total ripoff and a sham...

Problem solved. Fast and reasonable - great communication. They discovered the simplest way to solve the problem that I appreciate. Function was on a NEST thermostat / heat system.

In addition, he & his staff were able to repair existing ductwork the unit now functions at its peak to save energy/$. SP&H had the best pricing, after researching different companies ad nauseam. They're a business, which I like.
We are very happy with our heating system! It is a double zone with variable rate, which cools/heats the designated distance quickly. Mr. Harrison was friendly, courteous & mindful of the time. He had been about the early end of each time frame he quoted & on one of the followup visits, he called to see if it was okay if they might stop by a bit sooner because the previous job ended faster than anticipated (which I loved ). Mr. H's communicating was leading and he managed to explain the unit in a sense even a noob like me could comprehend.

It was left by them kind of on time and they call me to offer me their assessment and evaluation of the problem. He needed to substitute the pilot ignition unit and he quoted me $1,000 for its job. Additionally, he said that the job shouldn't take to substitute it.
I ended up paying them a $85 fee since afterwards we analyzed the components of the pilot ignition unit for their test which wasn't accurate and were nice. I will not call them again, I've never been displeased and ripped off using a service.
The only positive remark I'm giving them is they responded quickly to my telephone call and they scheduled an appointment for another day to check my old furnace, which had the pilot on but wouldn't light the flames that are back.
After being in shock to the raised quote, my husband was able to buy a $110 piece and replace the area of the furnace. It took him 30 minutes to do that, such as gas checks that were safe.

Assigned by AHS (American Home Shield). Never got a callback, then I called again on day 4 and was told,"I can be there in 1 hour" -ummm..no. People will need to plan. He says that he will call me back and doesn't have his schedule. I asked from AHS for another vendor. That is 2016 individuals. Use calendar or take your schedule with you.

Waited to allow them to reach out to me and I lost my patience and called them.
Was told they'd call me back to schedule.
