Would highly recommend! Buri Buri Plumbing won my future business and was exceptional.
Called this morning about an problem with the plumbing in our house after finishing the job, and John and Freddie drove away. ~3 hours from calling for more info to getting everything fixed! I'm quite delighted.
I found the service friendly and great. When I called, I had a conversation with the owner Rich who had an notion of the issue depending on the description , asked me great follow-up inquiries, and gave me a quote for your work. The men who came to do the work called when they had been in their way and were very helpful, answering my questions and describing once I wished to know more what they were doing at every step. In order that they could show me what happened in the pipes in my yard the brought a camera .

Buri Buri Plumbing is great, they're a regional family-owned small business. Either Rich the owner or his spouse picks the phone up, they're extremely responsive. Apparently our kitchen pipes's place is one of those unusual circumstances in. Me calmed down and addressed the problem with his specialized equipment although I had been concerned about ripping up the flooring in order to replace the pipes. It is difficult to find excellent tradesmen but Rich is somebody that I would have no reluctance to phone on.

I called plumbing companies.

Unfortunately the companies that promised to be"economy" or"reduction" also where the worst in trying to stick with work I really didn't need.
I managed to speak with Rich of all Buri Buri Plumbing and it was so refreshing to deal with somebody who was fair and enlightening. He spent alot of time explaining what the way to save money and work we had.

We had a leak under the house from our kitchen sink. We needed to replace a significant quantity of pipe. Rich the proprietor was superb. The repair was completed fast, he has great communication skills and quite thorough . We had before and after movie and images to see the region in the crawl space. His group was amazing. Friendly, professional and washed up everything after they have been done. I highly recommend Buri Buri Plumbing.

I called Rich as my daughter had amazes me that her tub was full of water when she left for work. Clearly something was wrong and had to be fixed. Despite it being a weekend, and not planning to operate now, Rich agreed to come, and arrived at my daughter's home within hours of my phone. I stood waving to him and his helper, Joe, hauled up! I was happy to see him and grateful that he would come on short notice. He and got it taken care of before she got home from her job and Joe identified and problem.

Also props to returning my phone telephone and squeezing me! Will be calling them .
I'm very pleased with Rich and Buri Buri plumbing. I had them come out to get a backed drain and not just did Rich mend the problem with ease, he gave advice about how best to stop it from happening again. He was honest and reasonably priced (as realistic as a plumber can be).

Sewage lines backed up on a Friday morning on our bathrooms. So that it wouldn't be a tragedy, needed somebody to come before the weekend. Called my plumber Guy Plumbing and I was called by them to Buri Buri. I inquired if they had been at South City and they had been, my home city.
Must be karma. Crew and rich came to Menlo Park dealt w / the issue fast and as promised all of the way down in the day and explained exactly what they were doing and why. Would NOT be afraid to phone Buri Buri again. HIGHLY recommend them.

Call them, Should you want something repaired! I am pretty sure they will be able to assist you. Quality work too. Our faucets are bomb proof today!
We had faucet fittings installed on our garden hose places. We had four. Two outlets for each tap. Rich did a repair whatsoever and was very comprehensive and professional! We had a classic kitchen faucet that leaked and coming loose from the counter. I'd purchased a new Kohler you to install. Rich explained to me the Grohe faucet I'd was still working and just had to be tightened (which he did) and also have the hose replaced. I am debating whether to keep the faucet as is or install the new one, which I have to admit I was eagerly anticipating having a brand new faucet on the kitchen sink!

These guys are the best! When no plumber could, they figured out a drain dilemma. They looked after it immediately, they worked hard in to the night ensuring we did not need to go a day without water.

Yes, he cleared the clog and went on his merry way.
I actually couldn't believe that the owner came to my Menlo Park home within half an hour. Unfortunately, he had to get up on the roof. He never whined about the downpour of rain that was happening.
No kidding, he was just an wonderful man and very serious about taking care of his customers. I recommend his company!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE. I had been referred to them by my plumber at Menlo Park, CA since they do'sewer pipe' work. They had been friendly and explained everything to me. They were fast, efficient and solved my plumbing problems all in 1 visit. THANK YOU!

He came to look at a standpipe drainage dilemma in my own garage. He persistently tried to clear the clog with 2 different motorized snakes but unfortunately because of the style of this p-trap (from 1956) and probably quite daunted by now, he had been not able to fully snake it through. However, by running a load of laundry test and he proceeded to troubleshoot water stream and sure enough, the water began flowing . He was able to get me some time out of needing to open the wall to substitute the p-trap along with other essential piping but once this time comes, I know who to phone. He spent some time offering tips on how to prevent future clogs caused by lint, and also offered to demonstrate how to properly use my guide snake tool to clean different types of drain clogs. His pricing was reasonable and he came the same week I called out. His wife helps puts up appointments and coordinates his schedule and she was considerate and really helpful . They are very good in communicating and returning calls. Highly recommended as a plumber that not only wishes to do it correctly, although to get the job done!

Response time was amazing and Loaded snaked our pipe that used the camera to reveal the congestion and had backed up. Only a guy with great professionalism and understand how. We have found our plumber. At length, someone knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Of my pipes observations. We had a bizarre knocking noise in our plumbing and he requested me to send a movie to him at first until he came out since he charges by the hour. Contractors are not plumbers, although we tried to get our contractor to address he problems we observed.
We'd Rich come out since we wanted and someone who would help instruct us. Rich within minutes found the noise issue and came and identified the problem. He then explained to us how we can repair it and the matter. So we will attempt to get the builder to come out one final time to repair 24, luckily our issue wasn't a crisis. If not we will definitely call Rich.
Rich was awesome. Super helpful, friendly, professional, and he understands what he is currently doing. He is an expert, open and also very honest, and reliable. In case you have any plumbing problems - call him!!

My job was be easier than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I heard a lot from Rich and that he was very respectful and about time which is actually important to me. He was a pleasure to work together and I am definitely going to be using him for any plumbing tasks I have.

We called Rich and had a filthy bathtub drain about 4 PM. He was able to squeeze in at the close of the day and had it running pronto and immediately repaired. Nice man, got us out of a pinch late daily and completely professional. In case you've got a plumbing problem he will fix you up.

Rich was really helpful, responsive, and on time. I called the Tuesday in 3pm before Thanksgiving, and that he managed to come by the following day. I did not have enough time to price shop, so I can not comment whether that was a reasonable price or the best price in town, but the problem was solved within the hour that he came by, and today I am ready to appreciate Thanksgiving peacefully with families!

Updating to 5 stars: because we fixed the leak ourselves yesterday night I phoned them this morning. Rich apologized for missing the leak's source - he said that he will make good by not charging for the work and it was unusual. Updating because he really seems to care for his work and client service. I would encourage anybody who has less than stellar encounter with them to deliver up it for them.

Rich looks a nice guy but can not recommend. Charged for at least an hour but couldn't diagnose the leak in the kitchen. I chose to investigate myself once he can see where the leak is and left. Seems like money down the drain!
