I am a investor in town for the past 30 years. I have experience dealing with contractors. In this instance I am willing to leave some comments as I feel is reasonable to do so.
I AM A HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER and I'd recommend MIKE to anyone desiring plumbing solutions....MIKE IS an HONEST GUY.
I had a massive job in Los Angeles where we have a small seven unit construction, following soft-retrofit job, city also asked to rehabilitate the lateral sewage line from the property line to the middle of the street, it needed to be done with a brand new liner for a small flaw that was observed via camera close to the middle of the street.
After comparing costs and processes to fix the problem and calling three distinct plumbers, I opted to use his assistant and Mike we cope over email and text as documentation and permits were required.
I had been amazed without charging first time Mike willingly came by to the property, used his camera, look at the problem and offer me a reasonable price on the place....he took good care of all permits, made certain the inspection was passed. So he took good care of the issue from begin to tend.

Made my difficulty,stress free day fix, problem solved! & to top off prices that are best. He was polite understanding individual when I made him thank you very much.

Mike is one of the plumbers I've met. He is also, which I love. His pricing is very reasonable as well. I'm very pleased with his services!

We needed help for replacement and two shower leaks of two shutoff valves within our condo. Mike was extremely responsive and provided us rates which were fair. Throughout their job we had any issues shutting off all of the water into our unit and Mike was helpful and patient working through our issues. He and his team were professional, easy to speak to, great at answering queries and diligent about doing a fantastic job.

Had Mike come by again for an estimate. Individual, fair rates, and practitioner. Highly recommended for plumbing that was honest.

We had a hour to a crisis leak at 3am before we needed to depart the airport for vacation. Called several plumbers but not one could commit due our time limit. They arrived very quickly and saved us and charged us a rate. We didn't feel benefit from considering our scenario. We have peace of mind and left our flight being away. Would highly recommend them!

I contacted 3 distinct plumbers for what I believed was a leak in my sewer line. Mike is the only plumber who went under my house to find out if there was a difficulty. No leak is found by him. So I did not need to hire him for now but I will in the future. He gave me a quote to replace the older pipes and it was as reasonable. He proceeded under the house to search for a leak and did his due diligence! That is my kind of plumber!
