For reasons unknown, I'd someone other than Henrik put in a water heater and the man Mickey Moused the pipes, that eventually left my pump not work.
Jerry came over, checked out the situation. Im up and obtained the parts that were necessary, and ran down and running again!
Thank you Jerry for fixing my recirculating water pump that is hot!

Richard did convey the negative reviews on Yelp were imitation. I tried to get an open mind about this sabotage, but was swayed. I do think that had I hired Henrik, they would have done a very good job, but difficult sell and the Yelp reviews made me uncomfortable.
My decision not to employ Henrik was due to a few of the unwanted reviews that are Yelp I saw on line. I was bothered by the hard sell from their representative, Richard. He left and called a number of messages. I understand the need to be persistent to acquire business, but found it a bit annoying.
I have been meaning to write a review for Henrik Plumbing although I didn't employ their services. Their plumber willie and estimator did arrive punctually and was amazingly detail oriented he gave, so much so I took some of his guidance when I hired the plumbing firm that I selected.
The costs turned out to be rather the same, although I originally thought that Henrik could be more costly than the plumbing firm that I selected.

My copper plumbing was replaced. Two weeks took. Still awaiting review and patching but the pipes did a great job. The pressure was low on my kitchen sink and Richard was predicted by me . The pipes were delivered by him back away and they fixed the issue. Satisfied with the reaction.

They're great! We needed to repipe our whole house. Everything that our estimator, Willy, promised has been taken care of so far. Richard worked within our payment budget so that we can start right away and has handled any questions we had. Team and foreman have been meticulous and very professional. Would certainly recommend this company to others.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! These men are artists. They abandoned the job without completing it, then threatened to put a lien on my home if I did not pay.

Don't let this place pill the wool over your eyes. They are messing about with us, do not let it occur to you.

There's a water flow under a single kitchen sink

We have received the last Bill but won't be paying it. They could take their Bill and shove it up their pipes if we have to find a drywall repair guy and another plumber to do the finish work!
I must clarify the process was done very quickly, economically, that and appears to be done.
First Review:
The drywall repairs require another coat and are weak
We had a duplex repiped. The inspector came along with the work did not pass.
We've attempted contacting Richard, the main"scheduler" of this work at the corporation. We have left message after message. Oh, I believed it passed review"
He'd understand if his telephone or return telephone calls would be answered by Richard
"Richard" is still telling his tales! It's just hysterical. "He said the work was completed yesterday" The work is done, time to cover up, yet the contractor won't sign off on a item of MASKING TAPE THAT SAYS"PEX, DON'T GROUND" What a LAUGH! Hoping to see an actual sticker that is yellow. . .Even the inspector laughed when seeing that! Where the pipes were, the inspector needed to understand, they are suppose to be in attendance. (looking about. . .looking around) Nope! They did not show up!
The plumbers did not post a required notice from the breaker box (is this their first time doing this type of work?no checklist or what?)
See you all in another 2 weeks, we will see if items are finally finish at that time....LOL!
Here we are 4 weeks after the initial work was begun. The drywall patching was completed last week.
Everything after that was RIDICULOUS!
. .non-payment? This is forcing me to the limit, but I DO need to say THANKS FOR THE LAUGH on the"official sticker" now, Henriks! WOOHOO!
Drywall at the garage is not even adjusted to its state, holes open throughout.

WARNING***DANGER***NO INTEGRITY***NO MORALS***DO NOT USE OR TRUST***Richard has no Thought for"the Client". We agreed there could be an asbestos test and hired our home to be re-plumbed by them. A couple guys showed up in an unmarked van this afternoon. Launched taping everything up and moving and we asked if they were performing an asbestos test. The guy said no. We told them to not start until the residence has been cleared for asbestos. We called them today and asked about them coming out to assist us until the repipe gets done, so we can turn our own water on tonight. Richard said this afternoon his guys were kicked out. They woke up at 6. I stated....EXCUSE ME? Who kicked out your guys? Then he immediately LIED stating that it was the inspector who telephoned him. (FYI-We have not been assigned an adjuster at this time ). I asked him why is he lying? He said the town of Diamond Bar kicked his guys out so they couldn't reunite until asbestos is emptied and the story changed. I then asked him who called them? He said he did not know but they called his guys, not him (Richard). I laughed and asked him why he lay about all this???? The adjustor did not phone or kick you out. The town did not call or kick you out. We asked your guys to make sure there is no asbestos by analyzing the home. We have 3 young children who is health is the most significant in our own life. You could care less! Fantastic thing we stoped these two guys because they were moving as swiftly as possible to start cutting all the holes as then we'd have been committed to the project. Avoid THIS COMPANY!!!

Everything about this company is top-notch. I'd them re-pipe our city home, and, though it was the most sensitive matter we have ever been through (the disposition of re-piping! ) ) , Eddie and the team made it as easy as it could ever get. They have been on time, professional, considerate, and respectful of our property and me. Every question was answered, and there wasn't a single problem. When going through such a difficult thing, I am happy to have had such a great experience. Pricing was very honest, and I enjoy that they do not subcontract. I like that they have been around for a fantastic long time. Richard is only the best.... Always accessible and ready to help. Thank you guys SO much!

I am insert this email (for context) that was sent to info@henrikplumbing.com on 12/20/2015. This message was left the wall crew.
Please check and fix a few items that are little.
· The main water shutoff valve seem to be leaking. I am pretty sure I would have noticed as I walked thru the job before it 25, that this was leaking before this re-piping. Is this something that can be fixed? Please advise.

Very disappointing... I took time off from work for this last appointment.
The message was left by me on Home Depot and some R11 insulation I purchased. Was left out and got wet in the rain. Please read and allow me to know whether you can help remedy this issues.
Now (almost two weeks later) is that the third no series to fix these problems. I cannot recommend Henrik for this reason. Further, should you choose using Henrik, I would suggest putting aside a few hundred bucks to fix any issues up when they are complete as their followup in non-existent. I would maintain my payment until I was completely satisfied. That was an error on my part.

I really enjoy your work that is fantastic. I saw a water clean-up/restoration businesses. I am glad I won't need to be worried about his difficulty.
· Among those kitchen lighting functions. I am sure since I simply replace all four bulbs as two were missing when I returned, it worked before the re-piping.
· Among the upstairs bath faucet aerators (hot water) is missing. I am guessing when the system was being flushed is was eliminated. Please check to see where they place it aside.

Some of those insulation was put outside during the re-piping. It was soaked after the rain so please make use of the new insulating material you see on the kitchen floor.

Update 02/20/2016 - Electrician took care of my light. Very wonderful guy and was proficient, quickly and professional. I have updated my rating. My aerator is and issue.
I'd my in December. The re-piping was and was nicely done. I would give them 4 1/2 celebrities for this portion (a recessed lighting was broke in the process). Getting Henrik to return to fix the light, an extremely amateurish (orange peal to cauliflower texture and wall shadows do to the unevenness from the repair) job on the drywall and a broken faucet aerator is my issue with this company.
Update 02/19/2016 - Drywall fixed past week. Recessed lighting and aerator still broken. Henrik scheduled to arrive.

So each month, to unclog your own kitchen sink $150 is normal to these men. I will call somebody else.
We called that place to unclog the kitchen sink. The man was quite prompt and fast. He was prepared to leave and done , before I could ask him to check the drain in front for me personally. I asked him to get a receipt he told me he would be right back and next thing I know that he drove off. A week later we got the bill.
Anyway, 3 months following this strange incident. The sink is clogged. I phoned them and told the man that the spout was unclogged 3 months ago. Before I can say anything else, he accused me of putting arbitrary thing in the sink. Dude, really? He didn't even know the sink looks like at this stage. And he told me some people have their sink each month unclogged. WOW. And I was told by him their warranty on unclogging kitchen sink is 24 to 48 hours. I told him it's alright, I don't want their service.

My only complaint is that the men they sent did not talk a great deal of English so there was some miscommunication (or non communicating ) about things while they had been here, however we managed to work out everything.
The shower was becoming less and less of a gratifying experience, and together with the weather coming, we knew it was time to make the big guns.
Fantastic shower? Fantastic shower.
What we liked about them was that they don't subcontract outthey handle all the licenses and they operate economically and fast. We have 1.5 baths plus the kitchen sink and also the washing machine hook up and it took them about 10 hours total to do the job.
If you are needing a few re-piping, I would highly recommend these men.
Our shower is now with water pressure which blows you up against the wall, without scalding the person from the 35, and you are able to flush a toilet or run water everywhere.
For you understand the pleasure of literally running around in the shower. It blew my mind to stand there for up to 3 minutes to find hot water - can you imagine all that water?
Guys are here doing the wall-patching, because they needed to make a few holes and under such and sinks to get in the pipes.
Our home was built 50 years before we moved in, and we believe the home has never been completely re-piped just at a half-assed manner in pieces and bits.

They're very prompt - day service to get a few emergencies I have had - do an amazing job, and very well-priced.
I don't own a electrician, I don't own a handyman, I really do have a plumber that is excellent. I have been using Henrik Plumbing for many years and I have been pleased with them.

I would strongly urge you not to use Henrik Plumbing they seem like they'd be a nightmare to use!
This firm is by far the worst company I have ever encountered! A sales man came to my house to give me a quote to get a repipe and he spent talking crap about his rival, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This firm is very dishonest rather than professional. I got quotes for their rival and the job was very professional and never trashed another corporation.

If I could give this business zero stars, I'd. They are BEYOND unprofessional. I phoned to get a repipe quote their estimator Willie was sent out by them, at first he seemed nice but instead of focusing on my leak he spent 20 min trash talking his rival and telling me to not go with them. His behavior is extremely unethical, no firm should be bashing another. He was quite pushy and trying to get me to sign on the place after I repeatedly told him so that my husband and I could go over them that I had been getting quotations.
A few days later I receive a follow up call from Richard and he did the same thing as Willie and talked crap about his rival! They are so unprofessional, how can a business function like this? Willie was not more pushy than Richard! It made me feel anxious and uneasy to go with them. I spoke with their rival that they spoke ill of and never did they trash talk how Henrik Plumbing does. I went together with their competitor, to say. Their firm was very professional and they made me feel comfortable and finished the task in a timely topic!
I recommend you to acquire more quotations before you go with Henrik, they are a nightmare. I could only imagine how awful they'd be if we signed with them.

All in all, both my husband and I will be quite happy and highly recommend Henrik Plumbing to those that are maybe considering getting a estimate.
I'm a huge fan! I heard about Henrik Plumbing via a friend who had repiped her house, and at the time I simply wanted somebody to attend to matters pertainig to the toilet.
What we thought would be a tragedy, was very well managed and carried out as of Henrik Plumbing's personnel and team. The technicians proved hard working and ensure that they have the work done as quickly as possible; seeing that my husband and I had plans for the coming week. The team knew this well, and thus they ensure that all of the inspections were done in time so that the patchers could initiate the work . And I have to say, the patchers were glorious and I do not just throw this phrase around. It seemed as though nothing had happened, after all was done. That is what I call quality work/craftsmanship.
The technician who came out and have a look was fantastic professional and knew exactly how to go about resolving the issue. Following that, we had so and a slab leak my husband and I chose to repipe.

If you want a plumber Who has your Very Best interest in mind and gaurantees their work then you should use Henrik plumbingHe is one. A friend was able to provide us a bid and cut us a deal at work, but I would have gone with Henrik becasue of the professional demeanor and list of reccomendation letters.
From the second that Willy from Henrik stepped foot on our newly purchased property, it was apparent of his aim to help us create the best long term decions. He spent more than an hour walking through the area, explaining hazards, answering our first time home buyer questions.

After scoping out the testimonials on yelp I could locate for re-piping/plumbing, I contacted three companies I discovered one, on Yelp. I had been undecided whether to re-pipe or utilize the Pex option that is new, or coating the pipes to prevent leaks. I won't go into of the particulars, but I decided to proceed with the aluminum re-pipe, utilizing Henrik Plumbing. I has to state the pricing of Henrik was very competitive, and did get a couple different bids, he even beat another plumber I had used in the past and was happy with, by $1,000. This is who I coped with. Mona was the scheduler, always professional and proactive. Willie was the person who came to the home and gave us the bid, he called himself a master , and answered all my questions that were many, and finally everything he composed at the contract and even things which were discussed and maintained (not at the contract), were honored. These men had a phrase that brought a smile to my face a long time, it had been the reply to all my concerns -"No Problem".
My job took to re-pipe, and three times to reestablish drywall. The 3-man crew for the re-piping were amazing - they were able. The 3-man crew that revived the drywall were very gifted they blended them and as we have textured walls. My only note is that the spackle does create a bit of a mess, but nothing which could not be cleaned up easily. I would recommend Henrik's to anybody considering re-piping, they were very honest and understand their business. I rate them a 4.75 ( just because the spackle is cluttered ).
