Juan was unblocked, courteous and friendly a backed drainage pipe from our kitchen sink.
Called and got a confirmation very quickly.
Price was very fair because of our economy (Culver City).

Since my plumber retired.... Had to look for a replacement during this crisis....think I discovered it with Padilla Plumbing.
Had toilet problems over weekend but the Plumbing week pricing far better compared to others of Padilla contacted.
Padilla Plumbing fixed the toilet overflowing difficulty utilizing new name parts their technicians continue their own trucks.
Padilla Plumbing called to determine when appmnt on for 9:30 AM.

One snag was they did for the tenant we were not contacted to approve extra work and than we knew was a problem. But all in all a very positive experience and we will use them again!
They responded immediately and showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem!

Called this company on Monday he asked me If the soonest I Had out Him I said the next day he was scheduled to be here at 9:30 he got here in 9:15 Needed to go to the store to get a part after he Noticed what Had to be done he was in and out over an hour Outstanding service

Its been 3 months now and I can truly say the problem was fixed. Tenants are joyful and that I will sleep at night. Padilla plumbing aren't only proficient, but they're trustworthy and initiative is taken by them. I am recommending them to everyone who asks and they will have my business for life.
Eric is brilliant. He fixed a problem with our main sewer line that previously five distinct plumbers (some very experienced) couldn't grab. I was getting calls from my tenants that bathtubs and each one of the sinks backed up. Every single plumber I called (some in an emergency) would tell me it was a routing clog and the tenants are using too much paper or using the wrong sort of paper or flushing things they aren't supposed to.
Incidentally, the major sewer back up issue happened afterwards again. The tenants sent a message at 2 am in the morning revealing how the bedroom was flooded to me. I called Eric at 7 am and he got to the house by 9 am and unclogged the key. He went and got his camera as he'd promised, to take a look. His analysis was that there was a little opening at the line which was letting in roots. The opening was at a joint in which the line dipped marginally. I was amazed as a camera had been sent by two distinct pipes down before and they promised us that the plumbing were so fine and there was nothing to repair. He quoted a very reasonable sum for fixing the matter, that contained the cost of running a camera through and clearing the clog before in the day.
I had got the amount of Eric from a recommendation on Nextdoor. When I called him and explained that this issue, take a look and he offered to come by. He wanted to take it on as obstacle.

Going forward, we now have a plumber that is thorough and acts with integrity! I highly recommend Padilla Plumbing and will refer them with no reservation to anyone who requires a plumber that is great!
Eric from Padilla scrutinized the circumstance and arrived at the home, took the faucet apart, and found that the valves weren't entirely open. Problem solved! !
We had a problem with a shower that didn't have pressure. Another plumber advised us the cartridge required to be altered because of a possible obstruction and gave us a quote of $280. That plumber even did a review aside from turning the water on or never even pulled apart the faucet. The quote seemed high and we felt as though we were getting gouged therefore we called Padilla Plumbing.

I scheduled a sewer inspection for a client for a Friday at 9:30 AM with Padilla. Around waiting sat . I called the inspector at 10:30 for not coming, and he gave me a false excuse.
Business 101: 90 percent of success is just showing up.
You're supposed to become a professional. Keep it, Should you make an appointment. If you can't make it, at the very least call and cancel or reschedule the appointment....Don't waste my time. Don't embarrass yourself. Don't p*ss.

Came in, diagnosed what was wrong with our toilet and fixed it in under 20 minutes. Highly suggested!

I contacted Eric to assist install two bathrooms. Fantastic service, very quick response , very acceptable price. Would use again.

He had been professional, efficient, and friendly. He cleaned up after himself if he left and as he moved , you'd never know he had been except for the repairs he had completed. I cannot recommend them enough! Juan arrived and magical happened. He arrived with a truck full of supplies and tools.

Since it wasn't working, third, I had him take a look at our furnace. He identified the issue and said he'd be able to repair it if we wanted him to but would need to return with the equipment.
Forth, there was an pipe which gave trouble to us he repaired in a couple of minutes.
Second, he proceeded on to remounting the toilet. While doing this, he said to me what was wrong since he went along, and what had been happening. He noticed a few things fixed them and wrong in the rear of the tank.

Extraordinary service and responded to my water heater problem. It seemed like the water heater was toast but a tweak and a fuse here and we had warm water . Happy to locate. Definitely using them. Thanks again!

I requested a few quotes on Friday from a plumbers. I leaked a lot and let him know that the shower faucet was old! I attached a picture of Eric and the deal quoted me for labor and the parts. Eric called first thing Monday morning and sent one of his technicians over the 17, as promised. As he had been doing the fix he explained what he did and showed me the part that he needed to replace. He made sure I understood before he was ready to leave and explained everything. He said I would be receiving a statement once I called the office with my 20, when he was done. After I predicted I had been able to pay over the telephone. The quote I received on Friday was the price for labor and the parts on the invoice that was reasonable. I will use Padilla plumbing for any repairs.

There are plumbers that are accommodating and professional. Other plumbers are alike in pricing, but also treat their customers if the customer is important.
They don't answer their phones and they are extremely inconsistent with returning calls. I guess'I'll call back later' means NOT calling back. I think leaving a message means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to them. Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency!
Maybe they don't need the business. As your initial option, call a plumber that will try their very best to PICK UP THE RESPOND, PHONE AND SHOW UP. Try Cornett or Mattucci .
We used a few times to them. We will likely not be calling them .

Pilot light went on my condo's water heater. Called him in the AM, he showed up in the afternoon. Took less than an hour.

People that you can trust! Came to my location in under an hour. Do not attempt to convince me to have what replaced. Allow me to know what had to be replaced, what should be substituted, and that which was still functional. Very hard these days to find companies like this. Highly recommend.

I Coped via text and Yelp messenger with Eric. Eric was able quote and to setup a visit. Very prompt, and professional. I am glad I was able to receive good service and an affordable price.

We've used Padilla for decades, and it is great having a plumber that you know when you want one, that you can call. They are friendly, have good pricing, are prompt, and knowledgeable. One time, got our shower that was old operating and Eric tracked down an obscure area for us. They've cleaned out issues that were fixed clogs, and updated plumbing inside and out.

Excellent customer services. Contacted them got back to me within the hour. Came out right away to look after the issue. Fixed with no issues. Very pleasant people to manage. Smooth process all of the way round. Highly recommend. Thanks!

12:30pm - I get a call from Eric, who asks me to describe my plumbing problems. He says he'll come over as soon as he can this day.
3:40pm - my problem is solved. And the cost was fantastic.
I got a home and have experienced some plumbing problems. Until we found sewer backing up to the new jacuzzi tub in our front bathroom However, they all were manageable.
12pm - I find Padilla, located a couple of blocks down the street and look up plumbers on Yelp. I also given, and had seen their sign driving with many of times. The lady on the phone says I will be called by one of the plumbers back.
2:45pm - Eric is on his way and calls. He arrives 15 minutes.
I will be requesting Padilla to return for all my other repairs!

These guys are the We had trouble with our tankless water heater and no one else services them! Eric was very stubborn (on a SUNDAY even!) And figured out what went on. He used the rep for our new to get a replacement water heater covered under warranty. Price was very reasonable considering that he came out 3 different times! I highly recommend Padilla Plumbers!
