Luis and Martin came from Elite Rooter and provided service in notice. They were quick, friendly, and supplied a great quote. Highly suggested!
I phoned Elite Rooter because the bathroom sink has been clogged. After a few failed attempts using store bought drano and drain snake, it was time to call a help. After searching the internet and Yelp, Elite Rooter popped up who had a verified license and great reviews.

When the inevitable barking began, then got to work with his assistant after I put our dog in the vehicle he was calm. The tub drain has been unclogged in moments, the suspect plastic toy pulled, and he fixed the mechanism which drains and stops . (thanks to some paper clip and his creativity ).
Marcus did a great job. He arrived immediately (in one hour or so). Called and smartly waited outside while I finished up with a different call and by doing so averted what was a problem interaction with our pet.
More than worth the price.

Work, Joe and Albert. The main sewer line decided it had.
Albert was courteous, experienced, clarified everything and did a cleanup that is 100% afterwards.
I expected an upcharge for several of the extra work but no, the voucher price applied.
I discovered Elite on Yelp plus they had a voucher for cleanout. They reacted in minutes (! ) ) That afternoon and came out. Their tech, Albert, ran the snake. My driveway is long so that this was a major cleanout. Turned out he discovered a few roots, so this was a very simple rooter surgery (uh oh) and he brought Joe the next morning, with the camera, to appear on the line, discovered a couple of problems and gave me a few options to get a better fix (not cheap but they might at least give a range). It's working.

Marcus Pecina was. He knew all the answers and was really, very professional, well dressed, respectful, calm, collected, prompt. He pointed out regions in the bath that sent estimates of same at the conclusion of service and seemed of concern . He was quick, neat, organized and very clean. Since I am a neat freak, That is a big incentive for me. You're lucky and taken of if Marcus shows up cars.
FYI the other providers haven't yet responded to my"quote request" it is 1:30 pm today. Some were rated as 800+ reviews. It not about the evaluations you have.

We needed a issue within our bathtub. I sent a yelp"request quote" automobile send. It shipped to 4-5 arbitrary plumbing services. In general I called Elite Rooter at and by 12 pm I had all my plumbing problems fixed. They were prompt in responding although I feel they may not have the ability to come and mend in half hour time I was just lucky. Certainly Elite Rooter is a game changer, because they are responding back giving discounts which is perfect.

Jorge did an wonderful job with all our shower drains continuously being obstructed. We had two additional plumbers come out saying it was fixed by them and it wasn't fixed. Jorge had communication and excellent customer service .

We had a kitchen clogged up and use Elite Rooter since the website asserted if the drain is not opened, it wouldn't be charged. Edgar only opened main drain cleanout plug without the drain that was open and came. Thenhe asked to pay $69 and said to use jetting service. But, before that, he asked to pay $140 for inspection of jetting service. I had done exactly the same 75 feet and needed to telephone other plumbing service firm. The $69 has been a ripped off by the service of the provider.

Pablo from Elite Rooter arrived and did a great job. He got the job done in less than one hour and arrived on time. In my humble opinionhe went out of his way to ensure the job got done correctly. He also offered some guidance on making certain my problem didn't happen to me. If you want the job I suggest Elite Rooter.

Matt and Sal came on time (that they could fit us in on the same morning we predicted!) And conscientous and were incredibly professional. From covering their shoes every time that they entered the home into taping off walls and the floors at the inspection/work area they worked immediately and closely. They explained every step as they worked to identify and fix the issue (a backup at our washing machine.) Unfortunately we have old plumbing and the camera revealed a pretty clear blockage that will have to be addressed later, but I feel confident in having Elite Rooter perform the job that's essential based off of our initial experience with them. Prevent this business at all price!!! A star if available. Scheduled an appointment whereas known as 1 hour with a makeup reason for the delay, following the schedule finish, and that I waited the whole time window.

Reportedly could not discover problem and made us pay for a camera to inspect the issue. They took a minute and said they could not find an issue. Charged us $500 for nothing. We unplumbed on our first try and ended up renting a system to do it ourselves.

Was a cost I was not ready for. They talked to me and that I select.
Edgar showed up at the time and proceeded to work. He did his very best to unclog what he can through one of the bathrooms, seeing that my house did not have a two way cleanout.
Make sure I was happy with my own work and they worked with Campbell's City to get all the permits.
This proved to help with the clog but just briefly. It seems there was an issue in my main sewage line, although joe arrived to use sonar systems and his camera.
I'd recommend them to anyone needing support for their rooter needs.
I woke up on a Saturday morning to discover that none of showers or my bathrooms were draining water. This was not a great thing considering most people wish to do their bathroom duties around this time.
I opt to change out my main line and install a clean-out after considering a few options written up by Joe. It took a couple of attempts. They attempted to pull through, but this did not work because it create an oval shape inside the pipe. Replace and they afterwards had to dig up.

Two weeks back, I had a drain for us opens. The rep was on-time and obtained the drain opened in quick purchase. Before his birth was there he had texted me. After the work, he checked the crawl-space to be sure there was no escape and the drain had been working fine before taking off!
Finest aspect of support is once you sign you get a receipt along with a time warranty for their fix and they invoice electronically! This would make life heck of a lot easier for keeping tabs on property repairs.

In the end, our problem was fixed by him, if we have some issues to telephone him 21, and he said. Super nice guy prompt and professional. I like that he tried to find alternative routes that were invasive . What more could you ask for?
Carlos called to allow us know he was outside our garage. We had him come up, showed him the matter and told him exactly what we were told should be done. The drain blockage wasn't there, therefore he troubleshooted a little more, and he discovered the best method to clean our issue. He was hard at work, and my husband felt for himso he assisted him ditch water and clean the buckets, etc..

These men came out to support a drain in one of our rental properties on a Saturday... after emptying the drain and running a camera for $275, they provided three solutions to replace or fix the drain ranging from $7,444 to a staggering $25,208! I was then bombarded with phone call and left voice messages to explain options. One voicemail and one telephone would have been sufficient.
2 days later - monday afternoon, I was threatened with groups because they had not received their attention yet (which was set out morning of the first business day after the fix ).
While the technicians were actually able to clean the line, their phone habits are office employees threatening, and costs out of control.

Edgar came now to check out a garbage disposal system that was leaking. He noticed that it was something that stated he would not charge and had to be tightened. I had been surprised by his ethics. The inspection here is about that and for that reason I'd call them the next time

Had a clogged kitchen drain and did a yelp search and came across Elite and was enticed from the $69 blocked drain advertisement, and so I scheduled my appointment and following the technician came and looked in my drain he stated that the $69 is just for drains that have an outside accessibility and in my case he had to go under the sink and then take a pipe apart to clean the drain. Wound up paying $300 but didn't have enough time to shop around and find a quote to confirm this was a reasonable price they got the job done and so that I just bit the bullet.

Additional details: I named the appliance fix first, suggested by calling a plumber service I rule out the issue. Elite rooter tech after their trip should have taken the attempt, using their fundamental skills to doubt this isn't a drainage block. My view they need to have suggested that this not a drainage issue even without snaking (if I'd tarried a bit longer, I'd found the problem without snaking. Again it was my bad and as a lesson learned). The tech who did not need to move the dryer. I transferred the dryer, there wasn't any sign of water leaking from the drain situated from the washer. Suggested a $399 service. Me being desperate to have it fixed agreed. Of course, my fault wanted to get it fixed and not have the ground flooding scenario. The following day the tech snakes the drainage system for 75 ft, states the block might or might not clear. If this might not correct the issue, then suggests that a cleaner costing tens of thousands - a few million, perhaps in a fantastic sense it was recommended by him. I was appalled when he stated that snake suggestion has some greasy black that is mild it had been too much. My gut feeling is that this person does not understand what he is referring to.
My test of $389 was debited in total.
My request was that I agreed to this ceremony, but gave the background as to what I did to find my own difficulty and if they could think about and be considered.
1. Tech who did the task does not understand what he is referring to, should have cared to hear, seek, and discover the issue. Instead jump into supplying to snake the drainage system.
Well, what should I make of it? No response...
Of course, I am happy and unsatisfied left. I had been ripped. That is not a feeling if they REPORTED I want to provide CUSTOMER .

2. I called the manager to my petition for more than 4 occasions without a response. I paid $389 for a ceremony which I really should not have received when I mentioned. Also, the dryer transferred all the way for the tech indicate and to see unnecessary intervention. After the machine was snaked and discovered no resistance or congestion. I discovered that it was the leading part that was spewing from the water and causing the water to slide out of the surface of the washer to ground and causing the flooding of the laundry washer unit.
