I had. After an unsuccessful attempt to schedule a handyman, then I called Rocket Plumbing.
Matt stopped the leak and fixed my shower faucet. He explained what was wrong with the faucet and how it had to be repaired. He went the excess mile by tightening my kitchen sink faucet and toilet handle.
The cost of repair was fair. I recommend Rocket Plumbing for your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed!
They were scheduled me within a day, and elastic.
He was also able get rid of the obstruction and to snake a tub that is clogged.
Excellent service was provided by matt! We had a leaky toilet tank (bolts had started to rust ) and he managed to address the problem speedily!
Friendly service, would recommend!
Really happy, had clogged toilets and had to have someone right away (that was disgusting!) .
Found those men and the came and were able to repair it. The price seemed a bit high but great experience
We have had Sam service us every time we've had a plumbing problem in our apartment and he is simply the finest. He's very polite and courteous and knows exactly what he's doing. He answers all of my questions every step of the way and can explain things very clearly so I do not need to ask several if any follow up questions. I strongly suggest calling and calling for Sam in case you ever need a plumber!
Matthew arrived to fix. Men have quoted us at over $1000 for this, but Matthew was helpful and extremely clear in diagnosing and treating the matter. Within an hour, he managed to fix the problem entirely and in a fraction of what the other men quoted me for. Very honest integrity work. Highly recommend.
Rocket was prompt to send over someone and they had been communicated each step of how what they'd do and really easy to use. They shipped over Matthew and he was very courteous and helpful. I love how they helped me get their services, and my escape fixed. I recommend them.
Once we predicted matt came by quite quickly. Our line had clogged due to tree roots causing our bathroom and bath . Everything cleared within the hour. Great customer service.
I was needing a garbage disposal substitute and Matthew and his colleague provided exceptional service! They have been prompt and effective, and answered all of my questions concerning the problems I was using. Matthew took some excess time to check at a problem I was having in my house. Thank you so much for the service!
Chris and matt solved a problem. Stopped-up line demanded that bathroom be removed and line snaked 75 feet (close to main line). They washed up and arrived solved problem at a timely fashion.
Matt came out, super friendly & informed. I've had plumbers out here hoping to fix this drain, and still charge me w/o fixing it. It was mended by matt .
Matt was. Cool dude. Highly recommend this Rocket Plumbing. My goto plumber!
Rocket Plumbing plumbers are Super Professional. Chris and Matthew arrived on time as scheduled, listened to my concerns and issues that I WAS having with pipes, clarified clearly my choices answering questions. I picked to clean root stuffed main line. With that done they work to clean line and went to work. I also have had plumbing issues and am happy with their work. Their rates are fair and they surely do good work. Whenever I want a plumber, I will use them. Did I mention they are polite! The call back/turn around time was quick. Rocket Plumbing is on it
I think it's only fair to recognize them when a business steps up to the plate. That's what Rocket Plumbing did. On 2/19, I composed a negative review after having problems with their answers. To their credit, Brian, the owner, contacted me to learn what went south this time. He asked when they could have a opportunity and then apologized. I love that kind of business, who cares about their reputation and their customers. Long story short, they replaced the and all three faucets arrived back, and were willing to negotiate the cost. We are satisfied. Thank you, Jose, Chris and Brian, for stepping up to the plate.
Matthew was great, snaked my drains, and came by! Took care of the problem. He was here within 30 mins of my call!
Great company! Very fast and responsive. I'd attempted snakeing my line a few times but kept having problems. I decided to try out hydro jetting- ! Fantastic firm with friendly people who appear when they say they will! Will definitely use
Matt didn't stop trying. Unclogged that drain. Transparency about the cost, somewhat high but it wasn't a easy snake the drain and go.
We headed on holiday and had a kitchen drain that is clogged. I phoned they and Rocket could send Jose right away. Jose was considerate and fast. I am quite satisfied with the job and how quickly my difficulty was addressed.
The problem with most plumbers (and fix people generally ) is that they can potentially take advantage of the consumer's lack of knowledge by charging egregious rates for simple fixes or for things that are not vital. Unfortunately it was not the situation, although I had been hoping that Rocket Plumbing will be based on the reviews. Before employing any correct person, I strive to educate myself to the issue by researching the internet, getting numerous estimates, etc.. In my scenario, this had been a gas leak discovered by SoCalGas so I was also able to talk with one of the technicians who told me precisely what the issue was, what was required to fix this, and warned me against plumbers trying to sell me more than what was needed. They seemed capable, honest and well priced, though a number of the other plumbers lacked at least one of these attributes, when I talked with Rocket Plumbing. But following the first visit for the initial estimate, they attempted to sell me doing more than was necessary. It required some discussion together to convince them to start with a more simple, incremental strategy based on what SoCalGas advised (ie, first attempt to remove/replace the little section of the pipe where the flow was, and when this was not feasible, attempt to also replace the connected section, etc instead of trying to substitute the a large quantity of pipe in the start which is exactly what Rocket wanted to perform ). In the end, Rocket said they weren't able to cut the little bit of pipe out (that is mostly clear ) so needed to replace one linking segment that was luckily fairly easily removed by essentially unscrewing it off. However, the added cost for this seemed very high (about $400 above the initial quote ). I raised this as a problem and talked about this with the plumber, but he got very angry and defensive, and I did not believe the plumber needed a good explanation for the higher price (he said he needed to visit the shop twice because he believed he would just need the little bit of pipe, etc). Finally the plumber reduced the cost by $40, which I don't believe was a price that was sensible overall given my discussion with SoCalGas and plumbers. I will not use them again.
Jose out of Rocket Plumbing is amazing! Before proceeding after discovering a leak under our fresh house late in the afternoon, we had assistance ASAP. Rocket Plumbing was able to fit us first thing the next morning. Jose quickly recognized the issue showed up on time, worked on a repair and got us back up and running. We will always use Rocket Plumbing later on.
Super quick friendly and efficient! Thanks so much! Plumber fixed my bathroom . Highly recommend.
This wasn't my pick of plumber. The tenants were forced to pay CASH on the spot. Cash is demanded by what kind of business? Caveat emptor: Should you call this business. They have post office boxes with street addresses during Southern California to legitimize their service. Their Venice business & Santa Monica business addresses are both residential addresses. The plumber who came out composed on the invoice"15 year-old water heater out of 2003". This was completely erroneous. The water heater has been created in purchased & 2007 & installed new in 2010 from a large home improvement chain store. The pilot went out two days later. I left messages using their answering service without a response. Finally my son got in contact with all the plumber Chris. He told him we needed a new water heater for $1400. The exact same day, I talked with Chris. I've a COMPLETE TRANSCRIPT of that telephone. He refused to come out again to look at my water heater. He had been demeaning, intimidating, rude & unprofessional. Afterwards I got ahold of the"proprietor" Brian who I believe is not the actual owner, but merely a customer support representative-- a sort of middle- man for its real owners who are very ORGANIZED. I didn't hear back the entire week. Ultimately the next Friday Jose( second plumber) came out. He backed up.his co-worker's narrative that my water heater needed replacing. Fast forward to a couple of days later: I got yet another plumber. I'd arranged to install a water heater per Rocket Plumbing's advice. New plumber told me I don't need a unit that was brand new -- there was leaking or no rust. He was able to correct the unit using a part he'd I was given a warranty by &. Here is the bottom line: because the plumber did not perform his job, I've requested a refund of the $120. Into purchasing a unit, my water heater dated up to the reception in a ploy to pressure me, an absentee owner. Brian ( the owner?) Refused & told me I wasted his time & money & that I only wanted to get something for free. Brian attempted to get me to give him the phone number of the new plumber I received to.fix the heater. I sent the invoice, but not the # to him. I'm assuming he had been intending on intimidating the other plumber. This is the way they operate. They assume that most clients have very little knowledge about plumbing ( which is a great assumption if you are calling this firm.) Chris actually cried at me"ARE YOU A PLUMBER?" I'm expecting Brian to answer to this review using a boilerplate" I tried everything to satisfy this client" but believe me he didn't. I'll be protesting in front of their street address/mail box store. Update: Brian's answer: The water heater is perfectly fine that the plumber had a part & repaired it. He did relit the pilot. He gave me. You admit that your plumber made an error on the receipt regarding the date of the heater. The renter who.paid money told me that he wouldn't advise you as plumbers. You're the intimidating ones. Allow me to know if you would prefer a full transcript of my conversation with your plumber Chris. I waited for the other plumber Jose to come outthen when I contacted you- you acted like it was a big job to ship him out once it was promised. You're listed on a website as the"customer relations person." Why should I pay $120 for someone to light the pilot & then it goes two weeks later -- did Chris inform the tenants he thought the water heater failed out? Please return to God Bless, and Chicago. In the event that you lost money because your plumber screwed up the original occupation, it is not my problem. You owe me the money & you have made the choice to never do.the honorable thing. Shame on you. What kind of client would be delighted with paying $120 to relight a pilot & receive a receipt with the incorrect date? I will pray for you.
