Rock stars of the plumbing world! The entire team in Drains Unlimited has worked very hard to place our aging building. From sewage replacement galvanized repipe & to water heater repair & drainage clogs, those men have been top-notch in work and quite fair-priced to doing this.

Owners phoned me direct to solve the problem I had. Apologized and was quite sincere. I guess rogue employees of a company can make mistakes but it comes off genuine, when the owner has in contact with you. I will use them again.

Received service. He changed out also and my kitchen faucet double-checked water pressure around your house for me. Aside from doing a job and cleaning , he was so agreeable to work with. He's got a great sense of humor and excellent dedication to a job well done. It was a solid 5-star experience.

What a business! Tim did a great job fixing my toilet! And Linda was great to deal with over the phone. I couldn't be happier! I will only use Drains Unlimited in the future!

We had James fix our shower and toilet. He also underpriced a Ford's plumbing quote! Quality and dependable work!

Drains unlimited was my opinion, and I am happy that they were dependable and honest.
*It required the shady guys fiddling with the camera for a solid five minutes before they showed me that the footage in which my"broken/crushed pipe" was, in which it took them under a minute to put this up for the main line viewing (where they recommended a different $5000 job).
The first company was super shady and showed me (what I think is) footage of a previous job with their camera, since when the Dual A-team place their camera in, there were ZERO issues like what had been shown to me only 2 hours before.
A&A were prompt and courteous; Linda was fantastic in making sure I understood what went on and communicating.
All in all. Highest recommendation!

Linda had a couple hours to a tech in my home with-in and was amazing. The technology came and snaked the line and cleared out origins over 45 min.
After trying two other pipes, that refused to complete the cleaned from my principal line (annual roots maintenance job and just wanted to try the hydro-jet / camera scam, I called Drains Unlimited.

We recently were in need of a new water heater. Through a 3 day holiday weekend ours went out of course. Gaby and his team were at our house, on the holiday, replacing it! They have been prompt, reasonably priced and effective. We highly recommend them!

I have used Drains Unlimited times, and every experience was excellent. Their staff are professional, gifted, and ON TIME! Tim fixed clarified some long-term and short choices to prevent this problem later on & the plumbing issue. No hard-sell or anxiety to do a major job, but I can tell you that once I decide it is time to care for it once and for all, I will be using Drains Unlimited. Now thank you to Linda at the office, you saved us!

Tim showed up, put his shoe covers , and cleared my drain... believing it was a slimy mess rather than one strong plug, he conducted his 50-foot drain auger through a half dozen times until he pushed through the slime and then let the hot water faucet perform the remainder of the work with a couple more auger runs...
Called drains unlimited in 9am monday and they said someone was available that day from 11:30am to 1pm... great... then I got a follow up call which someone may be there when 10am... better...
Thanks to tim for all his hard work and great advice on keeping the drains clean... drains unlimited provided fast, complete service for $95... that's quicker AND less costly than compared to 99 deals by other plumbers on the tv/radio...
He double checked the pipe work and then tightened everything. Following the clean-up, everything looked great.
Kitchen drain was obstructed on sunday and tried to clean itself... spent hours with a 25-foot drain auger... nope... known as the $99 plumber on tv and they said they could not be out there before tuesday at 1pm...

Our bathroom tub began spewing water on a Friday night (in the difficult to reach intake line), so we needed to shut-off all of the water into the entire property. James out of Drains Unlimited arrived early Saturday morning, with a enormous smile, shimmied under our home, located shut the line & the valve! We're saved!

Following two weeks we had a functioning tub again. Charged me 95.00.
The First plumber snaked the line but the tub did not clear.
Charged me 325.00 and I could not use the tub.
He attempted to snake the tub but could not get past the trap. Then he snaked the toilet sink before it strikes the point, throughout its drain which joins to the tub line. This did not clear the tub . I could see he had been in a hurry and the snake may have gone up the roof port.
Both Drains Unlimited and James in particular are highly recommended.
Listening for... what did he call it? That sound of a fast drain.
Every single drain was tested by him, before to determine the problem, then afterwards to Assess the drainage flow,
He could not get his snake. But after attempting he seemed to take it as a challenge to fix.
He took it as a challenge to repair it, wasn't in a hurry and came to solve the problem.
He dropped his snake in and got the trap and down to the tub lineup and lo and behold the tub cleared!
At the conclusion it was fixed by him, and I am thankful.
I had three technicians finally come out to address this.

He had been left without testing any drains and in a hurry.
The shower started backing up.
The plumber neglected and also tried to snake the tub.
I immediately tested the tub and it did not drain. I phoned him and he came back in about an hr.
I passed this route and he did not charge anything.
He explained he could snake when he took its trap apart that could cost more the toilet sink and that he could not guarantee it would clear the tub.
Both plumbers recommended major work beneath the home to fix it... replacement the lines for over 2000.00
Said he'd snake the toilet sink throughout its drain (like the first guy) and when it did not clear the tub that he wouldn't charge me.

He did a few things you should search for in each plumber/contractor that you employ.

This is the 3rd plumber fix and I had at the house in 7 weeks to try my clogged bathroom. They arrived on time..used the snake. . .no luck. Went under the house..evaluated the Issue. Told me the cost and that they would return at 2:00. This issue has been happening for over 7 weeks. . .They will be my first telephone later on. On time..and they keep their word and that I felt quite reasonable cost.

Excellent! We experienced a drain blockage. 1 big firm was not able to clear it and came. Inform us we need plumbing. Another plumber gave us an estimate to dig up the yard and replace the primary. As a last hope I predicted Drains Unlimited. James came. He was not able to clean it away, but he kept at it. Tried a bend at the snake's close and he cleared it. Charged us way less than than the firm charges and guaranteed to come back with a 3/8 snake to be certain that it is clear. He said a person would swing in a few days. (It's all outside the house, so they don't need us) I thought to myself"yah, right?" . But they sure did! Excellent support!

We'd contacted several companies to replace the pipes drain lines. The quotes were all around the area, some said no permits were needed, because as they went along they needed to ensure the job then tack on fees others estimates were high or very low. His team out of Drains Unlimited lent us one price. Very AND comprised any permits needed from LADBS. The city inspector came by & passed all done to Code, their job! This was a huge job and they. We've also used them and they showed up promptly and had it fixed in minutes! No attempts to recommendations or upsale we do not require. Really happy with this business and will definitely use again.

Holy Cow!! On my landlords fixing the issues I have had sink flooding problems for awhile now and had given up. Contacted Drains Unlimited after reading other Yelp testimonials and boy they weren't wrong!! Called Tuesday and got a two hour window appointment for today (Thursday). The receptionist called to let me know if my guy was on his way and was fine. James was amazing! Knew exactly what I was talking about (especially considering I am not knowledgeable about plumbing) and fixed the problems within 30 minutes and for a great price! My dogs were also made by him by giving them! Will not be afraid to call again using an problem!
