My husband and I have used Westchester Plumbing a few times . They are easy to use and do a great job. I highly recommend.

What is amazing about Westchester Plumbing is that there's no plumbing job too large or too small for this corporation. They do everything! Their team is thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Their plumbers are always on time, and they work hard to get the job done economically and economically as possible. They are honest and fair in their pricing.
These guys are the real thing! The apartment building I handle occasionally needs plumbing attention and Westchester Plumbing has saved the day on events.

At the time, one of the Westchester crew was only here to check on a report. The firm gave a quote claiming they leaked. Westchester confirmed that the lines are good - no leaks. This is an honest and professional firm, also will be my"go to" from now on.

My husband broke the stem so he had Westchester Plumbing come outside to replace the fixture. Ours has been a classic fixture with separate hot and cold grips. We were informed that it would have to be replaced with a single handle. No issue. However, was cheap and doesn't allow you to alter the water pressure. The water comes out pressure whether you are rinsing the tub or just taking a shower. Showering utilizes a huge amount of water and is now a painful encounter. Yikes!
My husband called to see what could be done about it. The plumber came out and told us we could turn down the water pressure or alter our shower head. Well, the first suggestion is ridiculous. The suggestion will not work. Quite a little bit of water goes down the drain because there's just too much to make this up as may be observed from the images. That will only be worse.
Since it caused problems, I'm unhappy with the fix.

They dropped discovered that the pipes are in good shape and checked again and said we likely don't require replacement for another 10 to 20 years.

They brought their equipment took their shoes off, and crawled throughout the house assessing every pipe.
Regarding the fire place, he discovered that there was a valve in good shape, but only got loose in time's passage. Said we probably dont have to substitute for the following 10 to 20yrs. Tightened it and no more smell of gas.
Another plumber said because there was some huge leak we needed to change it all for $ 5,100, like -- immediately and stated that the pipes had been shipped with a coupling which leaked. I told him... hmm I believe I need another opinion before I agree to this.
With the smell of gas on the face of the house, they looked and looked and analyzed and explained the odor of gas was out of the ventless water heater not by a leak.
Gave me a statement for $145. Done. Highly recommended! Don't be deceived by others.

Made an appointment for an estimate. Scheduled for late afternoon in a two hour window. Didn't show and did not notify they couldn't/would not be in a position to be there. Tech maintained he had just obtained a text to make the trip and showed up. Thanks but no thanks. Two hours of my life I don't get back. Too bad that I can't charge them waiting for time!

We had another two plumbing issues in our kitchen because then (all problems brought on by the individual who installed new kitchen pipes, not Westchester Plumbing). For one issue, we predicted Westchester Plumbing to get a pipe under the home that attached to the kitchen sink. It was leaking for quite a while and we did not know it. Westchester Plumbing came away and agreed to fix it, but estimated it could cost $750 and this wouldn't incorporate the current visit to diagnose the issue. Also, they stated the water wouldn't clean up under the home - they would move it. So we discovered someone who cleaned up water and fixed the issue and have another opinion. We're happy we have that second opinion.
2nd issue came up. Our kitchen sink started leaking inside the home. They came and discovered a 2nd problem which was from the install. However, they still charged us even though both the issues should have been noticed in the first visit (my initial review was about this issue). We were not happy because the first visit should have caught and fixed both issues, although the visit was eventually discounted by them.

Westchester plumbing has been our go-to plumber for almost 8 years. Ray and his team are professional, fair and good at what they're doing. Over the years we have had over 10 employees from Westchester plumbing and every one has been good. They have done everything from our main sewer line, work on our water heater, and lately snaking, drainage to get your washer wall heater replacements.
Over Easter weekend we had a straight up in our sewer line, being the time Westchester Plumbing has been shut, we had to call another plumbing business to come out. Over $500 solved and a $7000 quote for work to replace the line, I requested them to leave. Morning we got in touch and he had a team out that afternoon. They snaked and cut on the very big roots at the line, then gave us an estimate of $2500 for the work to replace a part of the line; they don't attempt to sell you more than needed and want to assist and not delete your bank account. We didn't hesitate to schedule solve a huge issue in a day and them to come out to fix the line. Ray also took the time to go above and beyond to help us out, because our house is in escrow and answered all questions straight to our buyer and agent during a period for us. Both our purchaser and the agent said they planned to continue using Westchester Plumbing because they had been so impressed with the work.

Delighted with the job that Alberto and Richard did for us. We were in a bind and needed work! These men came out and replaced the water shut-off to the refrigerator ice-maker connection, our house, and the hot-water spigot of also our machine!

I had these men come for an easy snaking of the drain with no issues with my system. Every 2 years, I do it. They arrived and broke spilling sewer beneath my residence, my pipe. I called to tell them what happened and they were dismissive, like the odor coming from beneath my house was in my own head. I called again, and again the same reaction. They arrived and found I had been right, As soon as I said, come correct the origin of the odor, whatever it might be. Sewage was spilling they charged me to repair the problem they began. I've never been disappointed in service.

Alberto & raymond are quite simply, amazing.
OK, long story short, had our gasoline turned off due to a flow the gas man couldn't find. . .on a Friday late afternoon. Normal plumber who landlord uses can't come because his on-call man is puking and he is solo with his baby for the weekend (total empathy, dude, I'm flying solo with mine right now while husbinator is 6000 miles away, which left this whole sitch worse).
I phone Monday evening, two recommendations and one can't make it . I hit on start dialing and Yelp. No one answers/calls me back, or they're strong til Monday or later. Attempt to calm down and I begin to sweat the possibility of no hot water or cooking meals the entire weekend, even until I recall I'm doomed to showers. No one replies. I make a message. Less than 5 minutes later, I am called by Alberto back. He is sympathetic, calm, respectful, and super straightforward. . .and can come Saturday. He states he'll call me before 9am in the morning with an time.
My phone rings at 8:40am. Raymond tells me they are there between 11am and noon. At 11:25, he and Alberto show up. They are polite, efficient, professional, friendly, and tell me everything they're doing. Then they proceed to isolate and repair the problem (loose fitting under the home ), replace a bad connector, and a broken valve. The whole time they're patient and kind to my curious Tiny Human watching every movement and requesting heaps of"Why?!" Questions, as just a Tiny Human can do.
They inform me instantly to call the gas company to restore service so I can have a chance. They then clean up everything they moved, inform me that they are Culver City natives and grew up down the road, so they're giving my landlord the"neighbour dismiss," and no I don't have to pay them right now; they'd be happy to bill her.
With this, our saviors were gone. Alberto & raymond, you guys are just the best. Thanks for turning what could have been a weekend into a great one. Oh yeah, and the gas man who arrived waaaaay before 8pm said your job was top-notch. :)

Westchester Plumbing was good! I predicted this morning due to a serious stopped up problem and they could come and assist me. They did great work and showed up on time. They also worked during our house construction on our plumbing 2 year ago. Our water heater leaked and they were phoned by us they came right off to look at it. Purchased the part and has been replaced over the week. Because they installed it, they replaced it at no cost. I'll use them again.

Fast, friendly and moderately priced.
The second time I called them was a moderate sized emergency (blocked sink, dishwasher and insinkerator). They came immediately (in about an hour) fixed the issue in about a minute and left without even charging me. Amazing. A friendly attitude and absolutely excellent service and good work. What more could you want?
