I interviewed five companies when it turned out that my home required a new gas line and new internal repiping for gas. Infinity was the only one of two which was fast to evaluate the situation and provide me a quote the other companies did. The team was professional, neat, and very fast. I never believed there wasn't any difficulty in communicating together after the job has been finished, from quoting the job to follow-up. I don't have any reservations about recommending them based on my experience.

We contracted Infinity. They did fantastic job from patching pipes and follow-ups. It's been over half calendar year, everything works great at this time. They are actually supporting their guarantee. The communicating with tenants can be upward by one tick to avoid confusion if I have to name 1 thing to enhance.
I will consult with friends, or come back for my building, for their services.

NEGATIVE REVIEW!! To start off, Izzy the so called"SALES REP" was rude and completely unprofessional! I had appointments set up for certain times and days, I waited and waited, the crew never showed up! This occurred on several occasions! They are the plumbers ever, they take no equipment, they don't have the tools in their trucks, they were not prepared for our occupation, the crew was not experienced! The crew walked around like chickens without heads, totally lost and confused! The crew had to call the office to speak to somebody so that they could explain them the job!!! I spoke to this Receptionist Veronica several times, she promised to call me back and never did! I have left voice messages that were many around the company telephone and no one returned my calls. Izzy was called times by me, I texted him and he NEVER texted back nor did he return my calls! It goes to voicemail, While I call now, I'd leave YET ANOTHER VOICE MAIL, TO DATE I HAVE YET TO Get a CALL BACK! The entire company is incompetent of functioning such as professionals, they lack customer care, customer service and customer satisfaction! Infinity Plumbing Isn't the company for you, PLEASE DO LOOK ELSWHERE! They are a Entire RIP OFF! They'd hidden price increases as they moved along the project, there explanation was"Oh that was not included"! AND TO TOP IT OFF CAME TO FINISH THE JOB! So please think twice before hiring Infinity Plumbing, BE SAFE RATHER THAN SORRY! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy a relative or friend!
I'd give them that if there was a lesser grade than F!

Infinity re-piped a 3 unit flat for us. We were really satisfied. The job was began by them 2 days after the contract was signed by me, Six guys showed up and split the work accordingly. The job was completed in 3 times including also the whirlpool of walls and chief piping, pipes inside walls and loft, to water heaters and kitchens and bathrooms. One day was required for the City inspector to approve it. Israel ran the job and the renters were kept happy and so were we. There were no requirements for extras. Everyone was efficient and proficient; Since I was leaving on holiday, they painted the areas. The price was very aggressive being the low bid. I would use them again without question.

Infinity is very reliable, very professional, and can the quality work -- and at fair prices. Great employees, great company , highly recommend them for complete construction repipe jobs!! They have been used by me 25 days, for 8 years, on several projects. They're the ideal.

The group is A Course. Did not do the workers know a little more than the person selling and what we said could be possible I understand a sales rep is a sales rep, Izzy is a great guy and has a 5 star. Thanks!

A review that was bad was written by me and I would like to retract what I said. Sadly like everything the pipes are getting a bit old and I've got 2 buildings that I repiped and worn. Though I'd pin holes in my pipes they've been honest and fair in fixing. They are responsive to getting the problem solved in a timely matter and warrant their work. They repair any harm in the wall (patch it) if their is water harm without an extra charge. Barbara

The building's owners used Infinity to operate on our building. That the guys who worked for these were thieves and pigs while the date estimated did the work. First of all, they helped themselves to the bucket I kept draining egg shells and the plant clippings to greet me when I arrived home, and carrying the bucket.
In the words of my Mexican friends, they're COCHINO!
Then the guys Infinity used to plaster and patch the holes in the walls determined that ditching their buckets of plaster-water within the landscaped area in our courtyard that has been tended by our older apartment manager was a good idea.
They did this not once, but two, after I thought the work was completed and they would not be returning, Who the hell comes to a job without the appropriate tools and so takes what instruments they could find from the website that BELONG TO SOMEONE ELSE?
A range of the plants such as a beautiful orchid had been put in.

We were so happy we did and hired Infinity.
This is such a great experience that Infinity will now deal with our plumbing problems!
My husband and I have 4 estimates onto repiping a 7 unit bldg.. We were given a thorough & comprehensive quote by marco. He us advised it'd take.
We went to their place of business, to have a feel of the corporation. Veronica, the company secretary, asked if we had any questions and was friendly.

My family has been using Infinity Plumbing for many years and they're dependable, on time, reasonable and honest.

I had 2 buildings totally repiped with aluminum by them and they're the worst. Their job is done with copper although they stated they promise their job. I've had pin holes in plenty and my pipes of leaks. The valves in all of my shower heads are dripping and they refuse to honor their job. Do not use them. I am sorry I gave my business to them

I could not neglect to write a review about these men, I feel as if I owe it to them!!
In a different building of six components that I gave the project to Infinity because I've had experience with them and their costs can not be bitten by anybody, the crew of seven arrived at exactly on a Monday morning. By 9:30 am., all areas of the six apartments that had to be coated in plastic and floor covering has been completed. By 4:00 pm everything would be removed by them so when the tenants return from work everything was tidy. The cold and warm water was so my tenants could do their things, not disrupted after 4 pm.
I had to do the re-piping into a duplex that include 1 bathroom plus one laundry room for both apartment and two bedroom. I did want to understand how good the costs of Infinity were in comparison. She suggest, since I'm a member of Angie List I called one of the companies. I called"REPIPE 1". The project Manager Jose Peralta arrived and we walked through the laundry room and the components. He took few minutes to compose the quote.
They worked fast and the job of six apartments that were super was completed in six days. At the conclusion of this six days, the inspector arrived, took a thorough look, and said as he was leaving"These guys do a fantastic job".
Infinity has always done excellent work and has completed numerous plumbing jobs in buildings I have done my buddies possessions and manage.
His quote was $15,550 plus $325 for permits when I read the proposition. This man thought I never have done any re-piping to have some notion of just how much more or less it cost this kind of work. I wished to tell him off but that I said thank you I'll call you.
Again, most of men were clean and respectful. They left the apartments looking as they had come . The next day they had drywall and minding men and their stucco. The time them completed, and they did a great job they had all the holes patched, textured and ready. Work was again. They were performed in approximately 8 days!
I have and will continue to urge Infinity Plumbing for their professionalism. Great company!
It's taken a while to write this review but Infinity Plumbing is the real thing! We had some companies that are re-piping give us estimates on unique buildings for a job that is re-pipe and come out and not one came near to the quote given to us.
As soon as I called Infinity, Marcos and I met, like always he was fair and respectful. What's impressed me about him isthat he always explained the things that has to be carried out in every different property how much it will cost and that it will take. He gave me a cost of $6,500 and also the permits.

Do your self a favor. Go with the men with the estimate that is marginally higher. The headaches are not worth the hundred or so bucks you will save if you're fortunate enough to get them stick with their original cost.
It's simple when you know you'll be making it up on the end to give a estimate.
If it were possible to give negative stars I would. The customer service is abysmal and they're shady as hell.

Fabulous experience. I had them past Thursday out to get a quote to get a hot water heater. I enjoyed that we spoke about tankless and that a normal heater was good for my needs. I didn't feel pressured. We set an appointment and told it would be approximately 3 hours. They left the area cleaner, and had been on time, performed in under two hours. THANKS!!!

I'm very happy with the service. Been using them for years for my flats. Wendy and Veronica are so wonderful to manage.

We were really impressed. They had a group of six men. They enclosed their work areas with plastic and coated halls and the floors with tarps. Each worker was very capable and very professional and serious. It took them to repipe our home and they took their time scrutinizing and showing us that the pipes wouldn't escape. The manager, juan, was very patient explaining things. The following day two new employees came to fix the damage. In addition they had plastic tarps. All that remained for us was to do some place painting later when they were finished. They were very detailed in replacement stucco and the wall board. We had covered everything as all the work is done with plaster dust but it was not necessary. We were really apprehensive about repiping how capable these people were we actually relaxed. Their price was very competetive.

The plumbing installation was of the highest quality. They required precaution to wash every fitting of grime.
From the first meeting I had a great feeling about our relationships choice of plumbers. They had been there on the agent I talked with was very reassuring and considerate. I stopped by to check on the job the next day and was impressed with the amount of pictures precaution that the employees took to safeguard my renters furniture and some variety of objects left around.
After the plaster patching of ceilings and walls had been completed the most amazing part was correct. I am in the company along with the drywall and finish work they did was fantastic.
My renters were both comforted by the hard work and efforts that Infinity workers went through to facilitate there discomfort during the process.
Not just that but the clean-up done by the last of the team caused my renters to leave an extremely complimentary email with our management team.
