Oh my gosh I needed to jump online at 9:45 pm since this company is amazing, although I have not reviewed anyone in AGES since I'm lazy. We were on holiday and got a text from the dogsitter eventually that it wasn't functioning at all and that the atmosphere wasn't working great, but she did not look panicked and so we figured we'd check it. Cut to coming from nearly 36 hours to a home that was 96 degrees on a Friday night along with a dog that was dangerously unhappy of international traveling.
David was our home in 30 freakin' moments. They were very clear even to the point which they invited us to wait till morning so it would be free - but we had been too hot to be patient. Our air conditioner is fixed the dog is eventually settling before I had a opportunity to start unpacking, and I am so, so thankful they weren't kidding about 24-hour support. Will call them for the price, and anything in the future.

ARS reacted to my inquiry and sent their guy - ARTHUR - to help me. This is the 3rd electrician from 3 different companies I've had come out to repair my lighting. 18 new LED landscape and place lights, brand new 300W transformer box, recently fixed section of new wire... and total blackout in the backyard (and occasional flickering light"show").
Arthur scheduled a fix-it date and immediately diagnosed the problem, came back with his crew, and a MINUTES later fixed a problem that 3 other electricians couldn't figure out!! Arthur has that'gonna fix it for you' attitude that made me feel as if our lights were in good hands! Absolutely reliable, absolutely responsible recommended!! Thank you Arthur, we have LIGHTS ON again

Arthur is a champ! Fixed the task in record time up needed to be like 10 minutes and he arrived in the morning and he was outside. Super al that are professional, Fantastic personality and they are proficient. Will really appreciate them understand and definitely hire them and not taking advantage of the situation knowing that it was such a wreck.

Had a encounter with this company!!! Arthur came outside to check out some things going on with my fuse box since my spouse is really a cheap non reacting person and was able to help me out in the middle of the afternoon on a holiday weekend... no ac on Labor Day weekend is certainly not fun. Thank you Arthur!! Would highly recommend!

I called this company to install exhaust fan to a bathroom I was working on in August 18. They send me a rep, Arthur, and he was quite professional, he gave me a great price, arrived on time and did a great job and if was hired his team came on time and were professional and very clean as well.

Even though the actual repair job was simple and quick I can't in good conscience give 5 stars, tech was friendly.
American Reliable was contacted by me and was told someone would call me for a quote soon; this was two Fridays ago. I spoke to one of the techs about fixing a broken socket light shortly after. Texts were exchanged by us, I sent images of this mild to him, and he suggested so we don't have the hassle of bulbs we replace it with LEDs. An appointment for Wednesday 9-10am was created.
The service was great but reliability could be hit and miss.
Tuesday night at 10:30pm I received a message ran and they couldn't create the Wednesday appointment. . My husband already took a day off for. Ok, I understand things like this occurs but this was late notice.
He fixed among the lights and arrived and recognized there was still another hardware problem for another mild that he would need to get parts for thursday. He abandoned without charging us and said he would contact us to see if we can make an appointment for Monday afternoon. We didn't get any calls or texts so that I texted him Monday and scheduled for Wednesday (today). He managed to correct the socket and put with no issues from the LED light.

This appears to be his modus operandi with negative reviews by customers. I've got the call logs to support my claims if need be, and will post them here. What's even more interesting is that within 30 minutes of having written my review, a representative in the business known as me (after hours, I might add) to apologize and make an effort to remediate the situation. I find it curious that the business would immediately contact me following my having written a fair and negative review, if my review was a case of mistaken identity. Something looks timid about this place. I will reach out to one of their opponents for a quote tomorrow morning.
Atrocious customer services. This company can not even get out of 1st gear. They don't return calls after having called several times to request a quote. The only portion of the name which seems to be true is they're"faithfully" unethical & flakey. Do not waste your time with amateurs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM AND RIP OFF!!! I phoned this company about my clogged kitchen sink. If I had a line it'd be 59 to wash it 21, with stated. When the so-called plumber got there he said he did not have the tool on the truck to start the drain and that snake which manner and he would have to remove the pea trap under the sink. Would it be about precisely the exact same price he said no it'd be more because of the EXTRA labor to remove the pea trap I said. He lent me a price of $340!!! Well this was 5:00pm and he knew I had been trapped between a rock and a tough place if I needed to call out a different plumber paying following hour prices... It took him all of 20 minutes to remove the pea trap and snake the lineup... I won't ever use this company again!

As most of us know bad things happen at times expected. It is amazing knowing this company cares about excellent customer support!
Last evening at 10pm all moved out for example my fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, heater and kitchen outlets. I have 3 kids so I don't have any time to wait around for this to be fixed! I predicted this number and went on Yelp. A very nice guy named Arthur picked up instantly, diagnosed the problem on the phone and offered to come out ASAP (past night!!!!) . He followed up again with me to ensure my issues were fixed.

After our AC cease during a record breaking heat wave, I was happy to see that the tech here this morning . He worked to have the air flowing away and was educated! All fantastic right? Well here is why I gave just two stars to them. . .first of they charge you $125 only to show up! WOW!! Then he shows us that and that our capacitor went out and it was going to charge us $250 for the component plus the service fee of course. After he left we found that we could get a pack of TWO out of Walmart for $16.99!!!!! and chose to look up the part online That's one hell of a So be warned and do your own homework or you too will probably be suckered like we had been!

On the day of the fix appointment, he went directly to work and came two minutes early. He billed me, and fixed my problem without a mess, no matter the sum.
I completely recommend this guy!
David was quick to react and keep in contact, even as I bombarded him with questions and texts about potential and pricing fix difficulties. Before needing to look at anything he was amazingly professional, also gave pricing estimates.

***Their response to my critique is full of all these lies, I don't even know where to begin. Just confirms to me just how you people are.
They will give you nothing!! and will take your money Horrible service, won't ever use them . I called them about a heater and told them since my home is freezing, it is urgent. Nazareth looked at my furnace and arrived but couldn't tell me what's wrong or give me a quote and would return. I'm told he's sick when he could come and they don't know. So I paid $125 for nothing. No quote no fix, for a fix. Mike says that charge was to come into my property. What's the purpose of coming into my home when I don't even receive a quote? Very Unprofessional and extremely Run from these men.

This review is on my Mother's house in Lake Balboa -- an Entire overhaul by ARS-- This is a TEAM effort -- getting this accomplished all demands teamwork from ARS, Dwp, & the homeowners, City Inspector.
We have called them only this week; time for my mom's house (96). Ugh. Need new HVAC, replumb, copper AND all new electrical, recessed lighting, new panel .
Arthur's team is -- on time, fixed a MESS and professional rewired our Master Bedroom, bath & walk in closet.
Mike at the office is great, easy to speak to and so pleasant attitude.

Had enough!
This review is on our house--his team and ARTHUR are the BEST. Period.
In the event you employ them and find mistakes-- JUST TELL THEM-- don't let things slide . . They'll Repair It. .

We ALL did it. We LOVE the results; my mom is 96- . .
BUT WHEN I articulate this to ARS, Nazaret is VERY good about FIXING those errors AND adding ADDITIONAL Client Service items so we feel happy again, like installing mom's new screen door and ceiling hook to get a hanging patio lamp -- only a few examples. .
A job of this magnitude -- means a couple of mistakes with paperwork could happen. .
THEN NAZARET and his brother came -- with his painting team --did a really great job also, and his painters are excellent, hard working, considerate and consistent..GREAT JOB. .

Will absolutely rehire these men if I find myself in a situation like this again.
I received an evaluation from another HVAC company, who informed me they couldn't perform the plumbing work needed to repair the matter. Scheduled another with a different company which did HVAC and plumbing and they explained that they would need to turn off all water in the building to repair the matter. Building would have charged me $250 for this.
David and Nazaret returned when they got the part to repair the backup in the pipes and the substitute the tray and filter. They didn't have to shut water off, they have been great at describing and demonstrating the work that had to be performed, and gave me a great price for materials and all their time. They replaced a part of the piping with tube to make it simpler to identify buildup! In general, I don't believe they spent more than 45 minutes in my apartment.
Once I left my appointment, david arrived just at the scheduled time . My AC port is approximately 16 feet above the ground and placed a couple feet socket. David went to home depot to buy. He was able to diagnose the matter in like 5 minutes. He had to dictate since the tray was totally rusted.
Landlord advised me to handle it and subtract costs from rent.

Replaced gasoline line and electrical service panel. Because of waiting to spot meter so it took longer than expected, had a few lumps. Any queries or concerns I had where quickly cared for. The product was fantastic and I'll call them.

Very impressed. Our AC gave out at yesterday during a heat wave. I found American Reliable Services on Yelp and they have been amazing. I attained an person instantly and predicted at 9:30 pm. She scheduled a trip. Avo, the repairman, came around midnight and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes - blown capacitor. He did a temporary fix until he could return with the ideal part today so we would have AC. He just left and everything is working nicely.
Avo was courteous and fast and the price was reasonable. Feeling particularly lucky since I never heard back from any of those AC companies I left messages for final night!
UPDATE - had them for a issue. A home again, fast response, great service repairmen and thankfully. Whew!

Amazing and honest support. The technician, David, got the part immediately diagnosed the issue with my own HVAC unit, and mended the AC. He gave me a very affordable price, even if it had been approaching 100 degrees that day. Can use their services again!

Utilized ARS to put in AC in 2 homes - one w ductwork, another was a split in a home. On both counts they made the process easy and were amazingly reasonably priced. What small hiccups there were were addressed super quickly.
My only regret is not spending more time exploring hvac efficiency. ARS introduced but in hindsight probably should have spent a little more for a more efficient alternative, especially in the fundamental system. But all in all, a great budget choice

I am glad that I discovered an I can trust and telephone for any problems.
Z is amazing! Super fine dude and did an amazing job installing sockets in most 5 baths! I plan on having bidets in each bathroom. He was comprehensive and kept me updated with everything. offered to drive me to work because I didn't have a car that day after meeting with him. My wife called him to resolve a few things at her salon.
