Hands On, was $129.00 per hourwithout a trip charge or service charge, one of them called it.

We had our bathroom clog, up out of a guest we had over last night, we called a Hands On Now, they sent a new guy not john and he was just as excellent! And they are generally closed on Sunday, so when we called, to leave a message for first thing Monday, their after hours telephone dispatcher, Kara said since we had been repeat customers on more than one occasion, we'd send our newest technician Devin over within the next two hours. Just two hours our difficulties were gone.
We were lied to, stolen from and fraud was committed by them with our home insurance company, who are seeking legal actions.
All the things they did in our home was torn out and redone due to shoddy workmanship.
These men do not even deserve one star.
Its frustrating that I've done so much work for his business the past couple of decades. Done jobs because of his parents house and his home that I would be treated this way.
My company did a function for John Hand Hands On in April 2017's owner. He wrote me a check that was bad his lender has not cashed for me personally. Think he has ran out of excuses since he has not returned any of my calls or texts for the past couple of months.
The final thing I need to do is take him to small claims court. I just don't have the opportunity to go through that procedure.
We came into a puddle in front yard last night and in order to stop. Todd and john came out at 10pm and functioned to correct it so we could have today, running water. They were abandoned, professional and friendly the place cleaner than they found it. At that hour, they went the extra mile and also to put in an irrigation shutoff for us and replant a few succulents that had been in the way of their work place. Reasonable prices too. If we need a plumber later on, Can call them.
