We used smart plumbers and here are my observations together with the plumber (Federico Reyes). Less to state it has been an amazing experience with Federico. All these are the things I've seen and you can anticipate from him

I am happy. He repaired a few things for us, broken bathtub faucet, sink faucet that was broken , busted water dispenser for our reverse osmosis.

Worst service ever, we agreed on the hour upon $150 commission and scheduled an appointment. Right prior to the appointment at 8:50am, an operator called us and informed us they will change the fee to $450 since they will need to send two guys out.

We have utilized times to Smart Plumber to fix our plumbing problems. Chris came on time and fixed our drain with ease. He was educated and professional. Smart Plumbers is our go into plumber. Highly suggested. They know what they're doing and they do it nicely.

Federico Reyes repaired valve fills, along with pipe sinks. The kitchen sink problem required a little trouble-shooting to get the cause. Federico stuck with it till it was repaired. Truly terrific support. Ihave always been completely satisfied with their work, and've used Smart Plumbers many times in the past. They give 2 hour dividers, a text/call when they're in their way, and are instantaneous.

9pm last night, water coming out to living area. Called Smart Plumbers (subsequently turn off water )they sent a person to our home in 30min. He seems young (I was somewhat reluctant ) but he's good and polite. He made minimal holes onto the ceiling to locate the escape, then came to my bathroom to remove my toilet, unclogged (w a snake system ) and put in new toilet surface flex. He attempted many times to be certain job was done clean and great up nicely after. Price was reasonable, I'm willing for such emergency and they can come to save a short time. We can turn water back on last night. I hope I don't need to call them again in such crisis, but job well done.

We've used plumbing services in the region and Smart Plumbers was undoubtedly the best. In particular, the price was reasonable, the quality of the job was high and that I had been impressed by their attention to detail. I felt they gave us evaluations of the work needed, and never felt as though we were being marketed services that were unnecessary.
I also wish to call out our plumber, Yohvany, for his attitude and hard work and for his persistence. The project had a few setbacks that required him to remain longer. He put in the additional work and stayed cheerful without asking. I also appreciated the guidance that he gave us within our residence about other plumbing issues.
We used an old water heater that sprang a leak to be replaced by Smart Plumbers. They did a fantastic job and were a highlight to some rather stressful day.
I will not be afraid to utilize them and have already recommend Smart Plumbers to other people.

We had a problem with a toilet, raining into a closet throughout the ground below. I predicted at 10:20 AM. Joel removed the toilet and came , showed me the issue and explained my options, then cut out the old flange and put in a brand new one and sealanalyzed the repair, and checked out of below too. I've paid and he's left, and it is 1:00 PM. Two and a half hours out of call to this review doing and sitting. What fantastic and skilled support!

This inspection is for Christopher. He arrived at my home to fix the slow drain of my shower. He charged me $550 for just 10 minutes work and told me there is no guarantee that what he did will assist the slow emptying issue. I wouldn't recommend him! Terrible terrible terrible

He managed to perform the replacement it was professional occupation and a really neat, and just took a couple of hours.
Desired my own water heater replaced. Chris came right over to provide an estimate, and managed to answer my questions about which kind of heater to replace it with, and any code updates which were needed.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Smart Plumbers (and notably Chris) again for almost any plumbing work in the future.

Here is the type of thing we've come to expect out of Federico, who is conscientious about his job, then wraps up the job by ensuring we know exactly what he did to take care of the issue. We value that part, since it assists us in preventing problems that are similar from happening later on. But when they do, if we can not deal with the issue without assistance, we know we can rely on Smart Plumbers to work their own magic.
Federico started coming out to answer our calls for assistance, and he's been WONDERFUL, even going so far as to fix issues that he knew could cause us trouble. As an example, we needed somebody to take care of a kitchen sink, which was compounded. Yeah, we requested for Federico and called Smart Plumbers.
Immediately Federico noticed that the pipe was missing a bit, so it was not sealed correctly. That is once we attempted to purge the drain ourselves, why it burst. We did not notice it since it wasn't any reason even though it'd been that way since the house has been built. Before leaving 17, he removed the pipe , fixed the seal that was troublesome, and analyzed everything.
This review is long overdue, since Smart Plumbers has been our go-to group for anything having to do with our pipes. They have helped us with a lot of projects and we've always been happy with their response time, service, experience, and pricing. Alex came out to focus on matters, to replacing our water heater from bathrooms when we started working together, and he never failed to exceed expectations.

I recommend Smart Plumbers. The plumber arrived the exact same evening and they didn't charge to come to my home and gave me a sensible quote then and there without needing to call in to the workplace. After deciding to proceed together, Federico did a great job fixing my problem and came out. Everything was done and easily I had to sit down and write this review. I haven't written a review of plumbers before, but had to share my experience.

Called the asking for a plumber. Told the woman it wasn't urgent. Arranged one for now. Called at 3:15 to see where the plumber was and the exact same woman said I called and cancelled. I informed her that I never cancelled and that I had been sitting here waiting and she hung up on me. A guy answered and I called back and was actually kind of a dick because that woman had been in his ear, and got. I've used them several times.

Smart Plumbers were outstanding That They came out with no notice Joel on time and his team got the job done in a timely Way and in a Reduced Price job thanks team and Joel

The way this company handled the deception of their original tech is despicable. I couldn't think anything after what had transpired, discovering lie after lie from start to end, they told me. They're like used car salesmen in my personal opinion. When a water heater needed to be substituted, they caused the family an enormous amount of emotional stress.
We were willing to try and work out an answer with them but never got a call from their manager. My spouse's family eventually decided they did not wish to do business using Smart Plumbers at all, and a tech came back the next day and removed the water heater once I spoke with somebody in the main office to inform them we were going to have nothing more to do with their company.
I've done a lot of plumbing and they ran they couldn't BS. $1300 and tax is charging to put in a top end Rheem water. What a relief.
Comment on Comment: We waited for your response, even into the next day when the different plumber showed up before hand with no arrangement to my mother-in-law's house. I am not saying anything about the dispatcher or the second plumber. I am sorry they had to get in the middle of the mess. I especially did not mention the name of anyone. Offering a water heater that is free 15 minutes once I post a fair review here can't make up for what occurred. Why would we sell out or take the chance for more jumble? We were still willing to work out things if you had followed up as promised. Not hearing from you shifted my spouse's family's desire to have anything to do with your company. They'd rather pay for a brand new installation from another company.
One of the technicians showed up in my 95 yr old mum in laws house for an water heater. Speaking in the start, we were told by the manager that he was sending one of his older techs to do the job. They had been instructed to correspond with us every decision making stage and not my dementia anguish mother in law. I spoke to the tech, who suggested a solution not to replace it for over 2K and emptied it. This was the first red flag I should not have ignored. He asked him what brand water heater he had put in and that he said top of the line AO Smith. He told me he needed to substitute the shut off valve . If this was included in the quotation, I asked him and he said yes. I told him to send the exact quote to me. As soon as I received an estimate as requested it had been for $2350. . .really? He told him no way and that he said he would do it for $1800 as initially quoted. I requested a picture delivered after the job was completed by him. He did not alter the valve and had set up a Bradford-White water heater. Then when confronted he told me a Bradford-White was created by AO Smith....utter crap. I told him he lied to me and he said sorry. If he set up an AO Smith later he told me, he would have to charge me an additional $250 plus because the job can be a delicate operation, he did not wish to replace the valve after all. I was done speaking to the installer, and so I spoke. The tech left the house. After never receiving a call from the manager that day or another and waiting, a tech attempted for her to pay for the unwanted, newly installed water heater and showed up in my mother in laws. My wife was on the telephone with her mother when he came, and we could stop her mother from paying for the water heater setup. Unbeknownst to us, they had decreased the bill by $200. This transpired while my spouse and I were waiting to hear back from a manager to agree on the second step we went to take. They evidently thought strong arming a woman who can't think was the ideal way. I had to insist that he leave and have his manager call me.

I get back from spring break holiday to see that the water heater decided to die while I was gone for the week and flooding my basement. I switched for help to fellow Yelpers. I chose three firms to come out for quotes. Smart Plumbers was the final one that day to show up. Not only was the estimate provided by them, I located them in the Diamond Certified directory. I decided to go together.
My water heater is to work. Alex was here for 4.5 hours, but he got it all done. He was tired at the end of the job, but grinning. The water is nice and sexy and I got some strain back! I am a fan!

We have used Smart Plumbers and Rooters several occasions and have always been happy. This time was no exception. We needed a toilet replacement quickly with no time to go shopping, guests going to descend, etc.. Patrick helped us, advising us and which you would best serve our needs. was enormous, the time save. The install was great and the toilet has been!

I known as Smart Plumbers and had a problem with my bathroom. They were informative and professional and had patience with my queries. Chris called me to give me a rough quote and he then came out to perform the job on precisely the same day.He was so nice and a joy to work with. He checked the remaining baths and didn't bill me for assessing tuning and those. I would strongly recommend this company!!

Patrick was fantastic. He knew his stuff. He not only fixed our faucet difficulty but we found another issue after we set the appt, which required him to perform some work but because he forgot to inform me it had extra costs just to look the problem he cut the fee in half! He said it looked good and I gave him free reign to substitute, it although he looked over one of my repairs. Again saving me cash! I have utilized Smart several (over 4 times) over the years and we get different guys but every time they have admired my time, my house, and my own wallet. And and get the job done! While I don't look forward to plumbing issues I really do know who I'll call when I get them.

Min got stuck in the crazy"pumpkin festival" traffic on the way to my home, but that did not stop him. He proceeded to spend hours searching down where the clog was in my 3300 sq foot house and persevered through. A lot of tampons had thrown down the drain which had clogged the connection. It cleared and repaired it.
The guests threw TAMPONS down the drain and came home that night, and clogged it again! He came back and I phoned Min and cleared the drain at no charge.
I had 6 guests staying in my own place and rent my house out on AirBnB. When the guests told me that the toilet was clogged up, I had been out of town and the shower was flooding with water also. Min from Smart Plumbers phoned me, and I spent two hours trying to find a plumber eager to come on a Saturday afternoon and explained he had been on the way and would be at my house in 45 minutes.
I have to recommend Min and his firm. He felt like a friend then just a plumber. He helped send me a detailed statement and statement of fault that I could be reimbursed from AirBnB. Outstanding &! Amazing Service!

Customer support and answer. We had a leak in the garage - old PVC pipe which provided irrigation on the outside (which can be critical to a plantings we have on the west side yard). Chris G scoped out the problem and gave us a very fair quote over 2 days. We wanted to convert the pipe to copper. We scheduled the repair/replacement, and Chris G, again (one of their master plumbers) did an excellent job. Knowledgeable and happy to discuss. I'll certainly call them for plumbing help in the future!
