He took the opportunity to describe what needed to be achieved, set us up with a flow specialist to be sure we didn't have multiple leaks (which we fortunately didn't), then managed to fix the issue quickly. While he was there, he advised us that the water heater wasn't installed to code, so he helped us tackle this.
We had a terrific experience with Priority Plumbing that I wanted to share, although I normally don't write testimonials. On a Saturday morning, our home had a leak which soaked the kitchen floor and went into the living room. Desperate, I emailed, called, and messaged about 10 plumbers to try to quickly deal with it. Most declined or were unavailable, but Mr. Bently not only immediately returned my phone (while in transit by another site), he quickly stopped by and assessed the damage. While another plumber was ready to tear down walls Bently was systematic and utilized an acoustic mic to isolate the source of the flow.

What a complete delight to do business with this company. Michael came to my house right when his dispatcher said he'd. Had a clogged toilet that he unjammed and rebuilt the entire pipes under thirty minutes. Was extremely helpful with other issues I had with some pipes and told me how to fix them myself rather than simply taking advantage of it and also charging me to do it himself. I have not written. . .but the support Priority Plumbing Services supplied needs to be shared! Mr. Bentley was considerate, helpful, and professional. He explained the expenses and talked me through everything he was doing when he came. He was effective, and seemed to care about the experience of the customer. Wow, Bentley exceeded my expectations - he was knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy. He came out right away, got the job done did not overcharge me, a plumber with ethics! He treated me like family. I will use him again later on, and will refer him to friends who want a good plumber.
Need a plumber? I've discovered the one! This gentleman had been recommended by a friend and I couldn't have been happier. Mr Bentley took the opportunity to explain what was wrong with my water heater and the way it could be repaired. The man might have told me I needed a new one and made a package.
