I had an issue with my shower only 1 day following 4 guests arrived from out of town. I have a house warranty and the company assigned my support call following another plumbing company couldn't endure for 5 times. I called and spoke with Manny who had not got my service order from the company yet, but wanted to help me get the issue. He was exceptionally professional and very accommodating. His group was there when they said they'd be and were courteous and very professional. After troubleshooting my bathtub issue (low pressure and no cold water), they had the components needed to repair it in their truck. They repaired it quickly and cleanly and now it's working perfectly! I will call them again later on and recommend MHG. I hope other people do too. This is the form of company which should triumph as they prioritize professionalism and customer support.

I might have been a client, one of my Neighbors is having a few of our neighbors , the driver/plumber decided to park and obstruct me and work done across my own garage. He saw me struggling to get into my garage, he had been on his phone next to the truck. He gave me a thumbs up, but I asked him to move. I couldn't park, he still stayed on his telephone, and proceeded to move once I was half way in my own garage, that is all after hitting the curb.
The thing is he looks at me in his automobile and claps his hands. How impolite. He is driving a company car and being impolite to clients. I don't need that kind of individual in my property.
