As I related my story of woe I called Steve, he was very patient with me. Steve had a query or two, After I was finished with my recitation. We talked about system functions generally and he offered up a lesson from steam physics. He gave a simple solution to me to test. He wanted me to call him back. I phoned him back! I had thick steam! From outside, I could not see the opposite wall two feet off. Success! It works amazing! I am really happy I phoned Steve!
I have had a hair pulling problem for the last two weeks. I have a generator that had been factory serviced for nutrient buildup. I'd re-installed the device and it worked, becoming warm, but not creating visible steam. This was really frustrating. Previously the steam was so thick that I couldn't see my hand with my arm outstretched. It was a steamy as a warm shower- basically in any way. The device seemed to be putting out hot air. To say I was frustrated and confused is a understatement. I'd spoken with the firm a couple of times, but their information was not valuable. I was sure I had to ship it back to the mill. Then I remembered Steve. I'd talked to Steve someplace - (a restaurant?) A couple of years ago and had enjoyed our conversation- He's a steam geek! Perhaps I had to talk to him-a Pro? everyday and services all types of machines.
