Robbie was the sole plumber. I simply wanted a valve to be replaced, but there was no clear way to start the glass cover into my gas fireplace. Some plumbers said split the glass doors to get into the fireplace or they would need to break through my drywall. Others said they referred me to businesses who could not help or could not assist. I talked before Robbie to 5 professionals from Akamai. Robbie did not even give me a quote until he decided the origin of my gas escape. He also saved me thousands of dollars by taking the opportunity to determine correctly, and how to open my chimney, that wasn't a tough job for him personally identify the issue. I asked him in my home about every other problem, and he gave me intelligent answers to all of my questions without trying to sell me on any additional services. He also went above and beyond to help me cope with SDGE and try to save me the requirement for a city review (SDGE wouldn't budge on this, and the inspector that eventually came out also agreed it was completely unnecessary for such a little problem ). Robbie would be recommended by me to anyone, and I won't ever go to another plumber or handyman provided that Robbie is available.

Today, swallowed my pride and known as a Pro to take care. I had a pretty serious leak (811) which needed some quick care - these men were on the place first responders. In under an hour Aaron my pressure regulator and troubleshot, replaced and analyzed. He has been friendly, and did the job under the national average cost for labor and parts! These men deliver in a pinch and exceed expectations.

An Akamai rep has been present during the review. The review company then gave a copy of the video to me. Guess what? Akamai follow up calls, or never returned my email, and never submitted a bid.
In Aug 2016 I was looking for incorporating an addition to my home with two bathrooms from scratch, 2 new laundry hookups, and a kitchen remodel for a bid. I didn't need anything tied into the present lines and I told the rep. Nevertheless, they desired me to cover a video review of existing lines to see whether there were any problems prior to submitting a bid. The company they recommended and I proceeded and agreed. In the meanwhile I sent copies of their programs via email to them.
I kept records of the companies I contacted, with contacts, mails, and no shows. The most stand out. They might do great work, but I would never know.
I went with a company that was different. Turns out, that I did not even require the inspection because the plumbing was stored separate from the present and only tied in at the street. Makes we wonder whether they had been in cahoots with the pipe review company.

Robbie is amazing and honest and his rates are cheap.
He dripping faucet and came out for a sink. He fixed it and that I never had to call him out for the identical problem. He is stored on my phone for any issues I may have in the future.

We had a leak in the garage and did not know where it came from. They diagnosed the problem came out fast, and put in a new water heater. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions(and that I had a great deal ). I hopped online and began making phone calls to compare once they told me the price. The price was reasonable and the work was completed. The tech cleaned up after himself and was very meticulous in his work. I could not happier support and quality of work performed. We've been planning a bathroom remodel and I will be using them for any future 23, after looking at their site.

Great support! I needed a faucet set up and two angkestops under kitchen sink replaced. This job was finished at a 60 unit condominium complex in which the most important water controls for many units had to be closed. The plumber moved to through the process of discovering the valves along with the shut-off was more complex than I thought and patiently waited until 60 units of water emptied. He was very efficient in getting everything installed once he could begin work. He also followed up to make sure that which was reopened and functioning. I had not used this company before. They will be my go-to company in the future.

Had a clogged bathroom. Called a few places and was given all sorts of fees and what if scenarios. Called Robbies and was given a ahead price. Had them come out and within an hour had everything back to normal. Easy to work with no hidden fees. Thanks for getting our workplace back .

Robbie out of Akamai was helpful and quick! I called for a busted toilet on a Sunday and reside in north ! He arrived everything that was fixed and amazingly fast! He is friendly, efficient and knows his stuff! Highly recommend!!!

Robbie and his helper came and switched out my water heater, following several technicians did not know what to do with it (it has a particular sort of flu port ). They were much higher than what Robbie lent me although I got several quotations from plumbers. The service has been very professional and prompt. He arrived when he stated he was going to arrivehe did not attempt to sell me anything additional (unlike other technicians ), and he did top notch workmanship. I will definitely use him again at the event I have a remodeling or plumbing project for him to do.
