Before he was hired by me I ran a journalistic background test, BBB, Licensing, insurance, bond & read reviews on him. Fred is many satisfied clients & a topnotch builder with a great history. This guy does not hand you stories of 1001 nights, nor beats around the bush. He pinpoints lets you know how much it cost & the problem. The problem is fixed by him quickly & makes sure you are suited to be a return customer. Do not try to beat his prices because I had checked about.

I asked him to schedule me. He showed up about he also fixed the problem & the dot. He quickly replaced the cartridge he did not have to replace the valve. No digging tiles was needed. Fred pinpointed the problem from the text in person. No wasting his or my time, no beating around the bush, simple & short, speedy work & decent service.
I was mostly impressed about the punctuality, speedy service & knowledge of Fred. It's very important for me to have a contractor who's on the dot. I learned some plumbing hints. I love to learn a minumum of one thing out of my builders. He informed me about cartridges that I wasn't aware of & he showed me how to set my cartridge temperature to amounts upon my liking from cold. I think I discovered my new plumber. Fred's prices are reasonable & he has been doing this for over 15 decades. He has all types of certifications & he took all types of classes in his field. American Ace Plumbing does a lot of heating, pipes & air-conditioning tasks. Fred has a variety of employees that he trained well. They do everything all of the way, from drain cleaning installation pipe installation A/C, Heater, thermostat to swear service. They fix & install all types of appliances, plumbing fixtures & service them. They work from 6:30 AM to 11:45 PM and are constantly on the telephone for emergencies.
In addition that one of my bathrooms had one handle bathtub faucet escape; I also searched for a new plumber. I'm constantly doing hunt for contractors that are great & home improvement. I referred to as quite a few builders. I was handed a maximum amount and also a minimal by each or they wanted to come over for free estimate. Fred was the only one that reacted with an exact diagnosis, pinpointed the part needed it costs!

Very good guys, honest, professional and dependable! I'm maintaining their data for next time.
I contacted American Ace due to their reviews. I wasn't disappointed. They reacted to mu inquiry and were able to come care for the repairs required within daily.
They were very professional, so their prices are reasonable (I should have been a plumber), and they simply send me an invoice by e-mail since they didn't take payment in the time of these repairs.

Fred goes beyond to make sure that the work is done to the satisfaction of the customer and is great.

Asked for an online quote for a job and they were able to supply one, unlike some other companies who wished to schedule a trip. (I know that may be needed in some instances, but this is a fairly simple job). They showed up, and scheduled the appointment on the internet and got the job done. Pricing was competitive and there were no surprises. We actually ended up paying less since I had bought some of the parts needed.

UPDATE: I requested four AC companies quote us and to appear. Including westcoast and precision atmosphere. This is the only firm that didn't provide us a text or phone call to tell us that they came. They did not show up. Again no text no phone call. I called them to see if they're coming at and Fred responded that he went but because another firm was there and he opted to not give us an estimate. Hm... that looks odd. Especially because without giving us notice while we waited for him, he decided to do this. He could have texted us to inform us that he can not do the estimate and had been there.
The facts are
Finally, all the three firms sent us a quotation within hours. This firm IS UNPROFESSIONAL. If you don't like getting midnight text messages. Please look else where.
Upon writing this review, Fred determined that it was acceptable to text me at 1:30 a.m at the morning and I have 3 missed calls from him on a Sunday. Talk about rude and unprofessional.
2 No one called us to tell us that somebody can not do the estimate and was there texted us.
I am fine with him not feeling comfortable with performing a quotation along a rival. (Although why not? Other companies were fine with performing a walk through and sending us a quotation ) So we are not waiting for you as long as you call me or text me to let know.
Business has to be too good.

I juxtaposing our expertise and this was the worst.
1 Fred didn't call or text to allow us know somebody was coming.
First
I said alright and pleased together with him. He did a walk through not compared to the other 3 firms and no message no text and arrived. I reached out on yelp two days later and asked him if he gave us a quotation and he responded,"Yes I moved out there but I can not do this installation" No reason given. He wasted so much time. If something seems fishy and smells fishy...
3. No one called us after performing a walk through that has been less comprehensive as another 3 companies texted us.

But from happening 25, Fred came first thing and did a comprehensive job at a very fair price and advice to stop
This month, sink clogged after Bill Howe before day party on Saturday fixed. Called BH - not called me back! Man in San Marcos we have used multiple times because of several jobs that were big never known. A couple others who maintained 24/7 service said Monday they could come.
Now that's service! Highly recommend!

It is so great to know there are still professionals out there that can diagnosis an issue, and charge you a fair amount. I cannot say enough great things about Fred and his work's standard.
Today used Fred for the second time, and I won't ever use another AC repair company. Which he replaced right away and was gone in under 20 minutes. He would have actually charged me twice what he did, and I would think I was getting a fantastic thing.

Hi. I had an emergency last night, got water heater. . Thank you God for Fred. After I predicted around 10pm he showed up in 20 minutes and did replce my water heater nearly 1AM, saved my house from flood.... Fantastic cost, honest and dependable plumber.... Recommended his service. .

These men are the best in the area of 92129, Should you need a great HVAC business! I've used several businesses through the years in properties and this firm does a CLEAN INSTALL! Fred is the best!

My A/C ceased making cold atmosphere. Called American Ace Pipes and they replied very quickly (within 30 minutes).
However the breaker jumped again after about 10 minutes. I sent a message and they helped me to replace the old breaker. It has been a week and the A/C functions. I am pleased they answered me solved the problem.
They assessed the A/C and visited my home. They guessed that it is a breaker's issue while everything looks great. They helped me to reset the breaker, and the A/C functioned for a while.

Fred and his helper were early, same day appointment, mended the leak, cheaper than other quotes, problem solved, (1) one guarantee, prior to departing, Fred made a couple of suggestions, problem solved everybody happy!

I called with a water leak issue, and he arrived within 30 minutes. He decided it was a water flow which originated before the water meter, and the responsibility was with the town. We called the town, and they came out fixed the matter. No cost. Great.

The compressor fan on my A/C unit collapsed, last July. I contacted six firms to schedule the repair. American Ace was the only man willing to come. Fred recognized the problem, obtained the component, and put in it than it might have taken to get somebody to appear to look at the matter.
According to my experience, American Ace is a honest, responsive, and dependable business.
I predicted American Ace. Fred showed up less than 30 seconds later. The fix was completed within a couple of hours of realizing that we had a problem. The cost was fair since it was a weekend.

Our AC unit stopped functioning on a 85 level with temps in the 90's for the remainder of the week. With a toddler and nanny in the home, we had this ASAP. Fred came out on less than 24hour detect and was able to diagnose and repair the unit on the spot. He thoroughly explained the mechanism which was having difficulties and was knowledgeable. We've got a tenant that had a problem with no atmosphere and no heat. I swung by to affirm did the standard trouble shooting on reset and nothing .
He said he's worked in the region, knows about a number of the usual problems (that I would not have managed to find online no matter how much I tried) and said he would hate to have to charge me for a service call thats a quick fix.

Great service. Great a fair cost and wisdom. Fred came out on a Sunday over Labor Day weekend. Found the issue and enhanced our A/C during a hot week. Have already suggested to others.
