When they had been Complete Plumbing, including once them not even showing up I've had some experiences with MTech. They appeared to have really tuned up their customer services. The people at the office and preston were great. Quick, responsive and reasonable pricing.

I would urge heating and total plumbing to anybody.
RecentlyI used them to have my main sewer line and they did a great job. Their team was considerate and super helpful while onsite, and helped us wash the mainline out. We had a misunderstanding regarding billing, and they were quick and quite helpful in helping me get it resolved.
I have been using Complete Plumbing for approximately five years now.
Their team in the office is quite helpful at answering questions and calls as well. Easy to get ahold of these any time of the day every day of the week.

If there was a company in Denver that warrants fame it is Total Heating and Plumbing. This firm has come through and through to fixing my A/C on a 98 afternoon from updating my water heater into a tankless system. Fernando replaced our kitchen faucet and even stayed more than he was supposed to help remove my faucet. I can not recommend Total Heating and Plumbing .

We have been using them. This is a company with feel. We had a recurring problem with our heating system. They stuck with uswere exceptionally responsive and professional, and worked hard to find a solution. Total Plumbing!!, thanks

Had a small rough start but finally got Tony out to help with my own drain. He was adapting and aware and needed it flowing in no time!

Was at the marketplace for a neighborhood, full service plumbing company with excellent customer service. Think I found them. Joe my tech was knowledgeable and never attempted to speak above me or sell me. He was personable courteous and skilled at his job. He was a genuine pleasure and undoubtedly my tech of choice going forward. Prices were quite reasonable and their reaction time was great. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling to find that perfect plumbing company.

I'd recommend these folks although they didn't work for me. They stopped into a leasing of ours at a challenging downtown location to check out a bathtub. They were overdue but we had been scheduled at the day's end - technology called and kept us advised. When on location, he did a comprehensive inspection and decided it was a construction issue. He also took the opportunity to talk with construction management. He did not charge usnot even a service telephone - . I will call them

Should have been no star. Did not respond to two requests for service. As a minimum I had been expecting a rewpnse they cannot previde the service and provide a very simple reason. Very unprofessional.

Are a lot of plumbers out there, deal with one that completes their job.
"We can make the required repairs if we hit lines which we see during the excavation procedure"
Stay away from Total Plumbing.
Once that problem was fixed by them, a few days had passed, and our sprinklers went off as intended, yet 1 zone only gushed out mud and water on to our side walk.
After having the line to our house get a leak in it, we all looked at different pipes choices.
After demonstrating up to start the job, their"foreman" was there for a couple of minutes, waited for another person to appear, and then he took off. Before beginning to do anything the person waited out for well over an hour.
Total pipes was chosen by us based on what seemed to be an adequate price adequate reviews and availability.
Because our house was a mess after working into the night, we left to go get dinner. We got home afterwards, after they said they were"done"

Boy, do I wish we'd have made another choice.
In phoning this procedure to be fixed by them, they stated that irrigation lines aren't fixed by them. This was said by that after I introduced them with the email correspondence we had where they said:
Then if we were trying to work together to get this fixed, if we didn't pay hours they threatened to sue us.
I awakened the next morning to find water spewing from what they"fixed" and this process began all over again.
They were paid by us, but now we will need to manage taking them to court to have this paid for.

Like they overcharged me to adjust/tighten a kitchen faucet, I felt after speaking with a manager, he was able to guarantee me that the pricing was correct and the occupation has been performed to my satisfaction.

Lately have a Heater done by Rob, which leads by Rich, a long standing problem that other firms did not fix and caused to a mention of an AC repair. Both are experienced in their own field, and possess great testing, monitoring and debugging abilities.
We'd an AC not starting difficulty recently not sure related to matter. Called Pipes, and Richard came after a very long working day and fixed it. Very responsible. Impressed with guarantee and their work ethic.
If the haunting problem is repaired which I'll see after a year guarantee, they deserve the five star.

This was a experience, in the minute that I went online to create an internet appointment till the minute the plumber left. The plumber came within an hour of my phone! They took the opportunity to describe what the problem was and show me and was honest from the start about what I should expect and the costs and were very professional. Thanks Total Plumbing. I'm a customer for life.

What more can you request?
First time I have called them. They came out, did the job correctly, stuck to their r reasonable fees (that can be printed on their website), gave me less and more expensive options for future job I will need, and Randy was a fantastic man.

Overall Plumbing was awesome. They substituted a PRV that regulates the water pressure. The office called me to tell me they were in their way. Skip, was on time and very nice. He went to work and has been performed within a hour. The price was LOWER than the phone estimate!

This company told me to put 2 cups water w and pour down drain that drains from coming back up into our basement utility room, water heater, so which may prevent sewer gases. That hint was adored by me.
This company is terrific, although this is our attorney, the first two didn't solve the problem and were pricey. We had plenty of problems, toilet flushing, warm water not hot enough, etc.,Total plumbing used at least price, but finest solutions, had extensive knowledge, adored to solve hard problems, fantastic service guy (Randy). Our other two plumbing companies constantly began with expensive choices.

I too had Randy come and help me out. The pipe was leaking water onto the floor and went through the kitchen floor, into my laundry room in which it had cracked open. Randy sawed off the pipe that was broken and place into a 3' length of PVC with the clamps.
From what I was told, Total Plumbing is a company with about 16 service guys from the field and about 150 workers total. I will be sure to call them again for a quote on future work... not on weekends.
Since the dispatcher didn't inform me that weekend forecasts were 174/hr instead of $88/hr for labour, the company gets docked a star.

Efficient, prompt. I talked on the telephone to 2 people. The woman was very favorable; the next one, maybe not much, but she did get the information necessary. The issue turned out to be much easier than I thought. They did offer me a discount as a first-time customer, although the cost was fairly expensive for such a simple issue.

Randy came back a second time to run the aluminum piping where it would be needed for shower, sink and toilet. Everything went smoothly and the water was back in no time. On the next (and final) visit a vent was installed together with the new water heater and putting in the new shower basin. Again we managed to squeeze the testimonials in while I was at home and Randy had been working.
Everything went well and I don't have any complaints. Randy even showed me how I could perform a side job myself and save a couple bucks.

This company is honest and dependable. Other larger companies (talking about you, Applewood) may have more staff as a way to set appointments more quickly, but Total doesn't overcharge and their technicians are very helpful and capable of explaining issues/suggestions.

These guys were fantastic. The cheapest was come in by overall Plumbing and we had 5 quotes to replace our water heater and did an excellent job. They were able to install it over the weekend! We were really pleased!
