Dominic went beyond and over to ensure it was properly installed and was very helpful in advising me in my water heater. Job ended up with a few unexpected problems and dominic came back immediately to solve them.

This is a firm. My spouse chased a sewer pipe. The guys got to work and came out were considerate, the difficulty came after the pipe was broken off in by the end of the rooter equipment. They explained their manager Jonathan would appear and talk about another course of actions with me and advised me right off. When he arrived he attempted to sell me on a $600 each hour jetting to eliminate their tool that was broken and a $ 4,500 scale removal as one option. Very unprofessional. I'm a very understanding person and find that sometimes tasks don't go as planned but the broken tool should be removed and the remaining portion of my sewer should have been frozen for the agreed upon cost rather than utilized as an chance to extract more cash.
I would advise Pipe Spies But I used them about 4 months ago. $150 to get a sewer scope billed in contrast to Rotor Rooters $400.

If I could give zero stars to this company, I'd. They have business and the worst customer service I can envision. I had an appointment for a person to meet with me between 4:30-5:00 on Friday in my home to inspect my tub drain. They told me that they'd give a 30 minute heads up call to me. I called and customer service and shipment could not connect me. They told me that there wasn't any way to know when they were coming. Afterward, at 8:30 that night, they called to say someone could possibly be arriving later. They insisted that somebody may come, although I advised them we have young kids and it was late. Of course, nobody did. Then, tonight, they've been calling incessantly to ask if they could send someone a while tonight. They are dreadful, waste your own time, and do not know how to run their business.

This may have been. I wish I'd read the reviews before just calling and only trusting a name that is well-known. A restaurant runs. Called Roto-Rooter at 9:30am and they stated put an appointment for 12-4pm, but that they could be there sooner to clean a blocked line and that we should not need to shut them down to do this (please take into consideration that there's a call centre type bargain you get to reserve your appointment- uncertain about which"Denver location" the techs came out of.) At I called back to check an ETA to determine if we should try opening for lunch. They promised me the tech was completing his other job, and we were next on the record. Long story short- for the next 6 hours we ended up needing to shut down the restaurant half way during lunch and got around a run in an ETA. We lost an entire, busy days worth of company - and never got a direct answer or call back. When they techs did appear at 5:15pm, then they had us sign up a small number of paperwork (quite high rates and a waiver for the mess they were about to make). Later (currently 7pm)??? No thanks!!! After wasting thousands of dollars, and 8 + hours dropped? We ended up calling another small business operation from Thornton (wish a million times over we'd done this right off the bat!) . The man showed up within 30 minutes- had the problem fixed in under one hour, and literally left zero mess and charged the price is 1/3ed of by us. Awful experience.

What I do know is based on BS pricing and roto rooters predatory tactic I won't ever give them opportunity for my business in the future.
After scheduling an appointment that day, I got a call afterwards not He says he followed the plumber to see what damage was a result of the issue I experienced. I didn't request this and don't have any need to get for mediation work done. He said he was"only at the neighborhood". Before the plumber even showed up he had been in the property! Complete BS.
King rooter and plumbing provides a flat $98. I found AAA Services using a $35 line clean-out. They have reviews that were amazing although the $ 35 seemed and they are committed fixing it or that cost won't even charge you.
I reached out to have a washing machine drain snaked. They wouldn't call the price over the telephone. I've had the service done before but it was an independent guy and he had moved on. Charge me $79 for the service.
Then as soon as the plumber arrives he provides me a quote for a line clean-out that is simple. That's right 400 freaking dollars to snake a line. I was expecting on the side. I literally told that the guy you're insane. He said we don't set the pricing. Well some moron did and there's no way.
I'm blown away to see that they've over a four star review here. Maybe people don't mind spending four times the cost for a service. I won't ever call them to get any plumbing service.

Terrible support. A great deal of promises, however, shipping was terrible and costly, if they did show up, and needless to say, they were extremely late. They kept changing the coming times. Not just the days, but the days as well. Cannot trust them.

Called roto-rooter on a Friday day to clear a drain line. Could not get anyone else. Brandan and Alex showed up when they said they quoted a cost and would. It was high but they said it included scoping. They cleaned the lineup set up a scoping for Monday. Monday AM, no one showed up, called RR they said they would be there no one, Monday PM someone could be there Tues AM, no one Said Thurs AM. Called to talk many times. They never answered their phones or failed to call back. Avoid using RR.

Awful. Got a window of 12-4pm along with the gentleman showed up about 30 minutes past in 915 pm. They gave us a 60$ discount but charged us 400$ to repair the sink. A complete joke

The average cost to unclog a shower drain is $109 - $214...
Don't squander your time monitoring with such Jack Wagons! It is clearly a rip off, because they start in on how good their warranty is, and just how good their service is which I guess is assume to justify the price that is absurd.
Roto Rooter. . $387 to eliminate a little chunk of hair! Save your money and call a company!

I have registered with the BBB the scam this provider is running - after being advised to pony up $69 for a"service call fee" or else they would"place a lien on my home" I know service charges, but when you offer to do 30 minutes of work for $750 that is a damn scam. Absolute garbage. Contacted by a supervisor who sort of apologized and offered a refund of their service fee. Well it's been over a month and no refund has been processed. They'll lie and cheat their way through clients. Awful company I would never work with.

Thanks Adriel!! You're a real joy to have in my house.
I have used a great deal of companies over the last few years to come outside and clean our line and extent our plumbing, but Roto Rooter was the first company to come out and call me in the whole procedure from begin to finish. Adriel (5868) came out and cleaned the line twice during his trip to make sure it was as clean as possible, and then he pulled in Jon using a camera to actually get to the root (ha!) Of the problem.
They were here making sure everything was taken care of. They walked me through everything, were incredibly friendly, and gave me recommendations and steps that no other company has provided me.

A little while later Jaun their technician showed up, he is the only reason I gave two stars rather than 1 and did a great job. He needed to pull on a toilet. After he was done I inquired about the scope and he said someone would be by later to do the scope. He asked if I'd like him to re chair the toilet but stated so I told him to leave it off they would pull it again when scoped. After several phone calls that were irritated and 4 days for a scope man finally came by. After scoping my drain I asked him to re chair the toilet but he didn't possess a wax ring. He then gave me a business card $19,000 composed on the trunk as my drain replacement quote. Save tons of money and time and go somewhere else
After my drain backed up and flooded my cellar I called to have my own drain scoped and snaked. That I explained I had a background in restoration and I was asked by them about damage, I had tore out carpeting and not made an insurance claim and had fans operating. They were able to find somebody out but after 10 minutes of describing my issue I discovered out the man who got there was to assess damage and help with insurance case. Waste of time and 1st time don't listen.

We called our drain firm $99 router, plus they didn't have anyone available until the following day. So we travelled with Roto router. What a mistake! The first guy came out to the home and evaluate the issue but didn't fix it. The second person came out to resolve the issue but their equipment was broken for what router that was $99 charges us less than half for that the next person came out and charged us $300. Everybody seemed to blame each other... The dispatcher didn't get the coding right. Absolutely absurd... Had we knownwe would have waited for dependable $99 router. The icing on the cake was that the previous tech told us we were paying more for the name! What a joke!

Fantastic job, great price. I have never used rotorooter before and I'm surprised because every'name' pipes or hvac place I have dealt with was incompetent and overpriced. However, my experience was just the reverse. The individual who showed up was clearly a master plumber with expertise, he gave us great information concerning our water heater that leaked and close to the end of its life. He had been patient with our request to find out more, changed the kind of water heater as we asked, and did a install of a tankless heater. He arranged his process than he had meant to make certain that we wouldn't have to go without hot water.
And, this all was less than the price for installing a tankless heater that house depot quoted. The only minor difficulty was calling, the call goes into some 800 number so it's an excess step if you're working to reach a specific individual, but it didn't take much longer and completely worthwhile for a great service at a great price.

I did not have a fantastic experience with Roto-Rooter. I asked someone to repair a pipe that was leaking and to clean up some water. Their telephone person said they'd come to do everything. The man or woman who came then was there to evaluate the water accumulation, but could not clean any of it certainly couldn't fix the pipe. "That is not the same department." Then 5 hours later the plumber arrives that will fix the pipe. At this point we learn that Roto-Rooter is an. We learn only at this stage that they charge $340/hour. I inform the plumber that is more than a neurosurgeon makes a hour and he nods. So in the long run, we needed to pay $69 for him to appear and inform us that they charge more than a neurosurgeon to repair a leaky pipe. Waste of time and experience that is very frustrating.

I have been a realtor for almost 30 years. My customer was overcharged than the costs that were normal and then they did a terrible job. Communication is bad also.

First had to manage" salespeople" trying to sell me a whole bunch of stuff that we didn't want, and then they said they would be there between 9-1, Right, nobody phoned, Finally they're EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.

I won't ever go through this provider. My fiance and I get home from holiday to find out our cellar drain has backed up multiple times and caused flood in our cellar. We call roto rooter and they tell us that somebody would be out around 11am. Because there's absolutely no individual here, well around 11:45 my fiance calls. Well 3pm rolls around still no plumber. Where this individual is at my fiance calls again to determine. The individual tells him they're in their way. 6pm nevertheless no plumber... Fiance calls yet again, they say he is 20 minutes out. 6:05 plumber shows up. Now they say it'll be 400 dollars to fix the issue. You are 3 hours beyond the window when you're supposed to be here. The last time that happened I had been billed 180 to wash out the roots from the pipes today you guys want to charge me 400 fuck you. This support is shit, your operators are shit, and your rates are shit. I'm letting everyone I know not to go through you because no one seems to know how to do their job keep the consumer happy.

Did not arrive within time window that is guaranteed. An hour after the window shut, we had to call them. Took a second hour for somebody to come out. $270 to put in a faucet, total rip off. Hours later there was water around my kitchen since Juan forgot to reconnect our garbage disposal. Maddening experience.

Vic Webb (#5856) did an wonderful job! He went above and beyond in his services. He was always courteous and professional but easy to speak to and get together with. We appreciated how committed to finding a solution to our 13, he was and how willing he was to stay to finish the job. He was even willing to work with our landlord, and explained everything to us clearly so we were able to make choices. It was a joy having him in our property. We'll 100 percent be reaching out to Roto-Rooter and requesting Vic if we need plumbing support again. Great support, great man! We provide him a round of applause, 5/5 stars, two thumbs way up and a double-high-five. :-)
