I had a new furnace. My older dad asked a few of his friends if they could recommend a business, & he told me that they both said in unison"AAARK!" And AAARK has served me well ever since, having done several jobs in my home. They do excellent work, are dependable, & their prices are extremely competitive.
I had a small emergency with a water leak. I phoned AAARK & they put me in touch with a few of the plumbers, Bruce, that was at another job but could emerge in a few hours. I panicked & told Bruce if I could find someone who could come out 21, I'd like to find out. He said that would be fine, if I could tell him what I pick. I called there was and also the soonest they can get someone outside a competitor tomorrow. So I phoned Bruce back & asked if he could come over this day & he said yes he'd be over as soon as he could. I then called the property management business to let them know about the situation. Because the leak may end up being that the HOA's responsibility they wanted to send one of their plumbers. So I needed to call cancel the appt & Bruce back. After all. He could not have been more gracious natured about the whole thing Though nobody would blame him to be annoyed with me. Bruce, you are, sir, a gentleman. And that is just another reason I love their customer service that is outstanding, AAARK.

Horrible firm. Rude receptionist. Does not stand behind their job or warranty. Don't recommend.

I've used you on two or three unique projects and dollar amounts. I pay my share, and don't expect something for nothing. But when something has a one year warranty for parts and labor for work that has been completed in January of 2018 I expect them to stand behind their word. I guess some business owners are slime balls. Fantastic luck. Bridge burned.

We had an issue with a recent AAARK repair bill, and the company was fast to make it right. We've been delighted with courteousness and the promptness of the AAARK installers we've dealt with, on reaching out to them again with prospective installment needs and plan.

Called these guys to address a main that was blocked and was very delighted. Nate got right down to business and was courteous. He had been respectful to me, my son and my residence. My house is old and quirky when he had to remove a piece of wood to get the drain in the wall and he asked permission.

Significantly, AAARK communicated well about if they would show up and predicted 15 minutes in advance rather than the common"wait around all day" scenario.

We contracted with Aaark full home services and had them install a cooling unit in our residence. A short time after a large quantity of rain and a part of ceiling struck our neighborhood beneath the system showed signs of a leak.
The harm was linked by two inspectors directly back to their business and the setup of the system although Aaark total house services refused responsibly.
Aaark total house services tried to blame the damage on the parties who replaced the roofing, in relation to a explanation.
It should be noted that they had no answer as to why they'd put in a new unit on hardware which was not the right match as opposed a few hundred dollars more.
So as I started with... If you would like a business who doesn't have a integrity, deplorable customer service and doesn't stand behind their job... Then boy do I own a business for you.

And extra insult to injury by seeing the"flashing" which was set up before their setup was not the right size for the unit they installed.

Our furnace went out at midnight on a few of the coldest nights of the year! We never got a call back and called several areas. We predicted Aaark and Joe was here within the hour! He was quick, courteous, professional, thorough and friendly. We are so thankful for the service that is excellent and I highly recommend them. BTW, he was out knocking on snow and ice from the air vent which made our Trane furnace stop. (it was -11 degrees out!) He told us it was a furnace that was very secure and had nothing but excellent things to say about it. I am impressed that he didn't try to upsell us anything we didn't require. Great job Joe! I will call you in the future for our new central air we are going to put in next year.

You can not state when your employer did come out into the house to correct something the inspector was wrong.
Please stop being unprofessional and placing the blame elsewhere, it just makes you look worse than you do. I am connected with the Sears HVAC dept (who I originally paid plus they contracted this bad business ) to submit a complaint about the workplace, have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will constantly talk seriously about this business to anybody who's searching for home renovations.
COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR in dealing with customers. You should NEVER get in a yelling match with your customers even if I was (which I wasn't) being utterly ridiculous. I'm surprised by some of those reviews and will do everything in my power to be certain people do not use Aaark Total Home Services for their business.
You still haven't explained why you yelled in a paying client peacefully and then proceed to hang up the phone getting your point across. You forget that you didn't do the same while you try to inform me that I must abide by State and City regulations. If the city inspectors claims are bogus, you are of abiding by their own rules in the business, just like I am. The inner inspection was completed, I have. Do you done what you were supposed to in the first place, I would not be asked to take off of work. How am I supposed to have faith that you completed the job properly this time. I requested that Aaark send somebody to my house in the very likely event that work that was shotty has been done by Aaark .

I was pleased by the work. I had them run a water line for my brand new refrigerator, put in the water lines and then shut off valves into my brand new sink, and then install and then hook up water lines and electricity to my brand new disposal and also dishwasher.The work was completed in a professional and timely way. The technician was friendly and considerate and the price was quite fair. Thank you Aaark!

We had a little leak in our bathroom. Come to learn the former home owner has drilled the mirror into the wall into the pipe! We were referred to AAARK to complete the job. Called them and contains someone outside to help locate the leak. Same 5, replaced the pipe. Great! Then it took 3 weeks to get drywall teams out to resolve the hole (maybe 1'x2') in size. Was told because they'd get outside somebody to paint us free of cost. . .showed up at 9:30am and somehow has been awarded our garage code to enter our house. . .we were not home. Guy was upset since it was a different shade of paint (we told by the original guy no issues they had been doing this as a courtesy). . .He said it would cost $65/hr to paint for us would take minimum 5 hours but maybe all day (our toilet is a 1/2 bath that is 6'x6'). My husband went to ask the painter to leave. He then found an email address to complain about this. The owner said that WE had no idea what we talked about and were in the wrong and then proceeded to call and YELL at my husband. We said we were done with their service and we were given. . .even currently without it being painted!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!

I saw one of Aaarks trucks engaged in certain driving that most would likely consider a road rage incident and drove eastbound on hwy 76. The Aaark truck had been in the left lane traveling at or under the speed limit, however whenever someone would try to pass him he'd accelerate noticibly to ensure nobody could pass himand then slow down again if the cars could get behind him . This is quite dangerous and I am not sure why someone would drive this manner, particularly in a car . The truck was too dirty for me to call the company or the State Patrol, but I won't give my business and expect others will follow suit. I would hope a company who uses technicians who travel on our streets in company vehicles would have higher standards driving customs.
