I've been using Cardinal for at least a couple of years. They are always quick to send a plumber accommodating and very detailed in describing the issues and proving the solutions. The plumbers are considerate, helpful, and go over and beyond to ensure our difficulty is solved.

This is my first time calling Cardinal Plumbing. I'd read all of the excellent reviews and was just like'yeah, but they can't be THAT good.' Whoa. The tech, Zack, was super prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, I felt like he'actually' cared. The issue was also fixed by him and also sent me a document to refer to in the future. I was a business owner for 24 years, so customer support is near and dear to my heart. Cardinal Plumbing, from the time I contacted them, to the time Zack left--was an awesome experience. These folks ROCK! Will tell all my friends about them to.
Great customer services. The technician came out and mended HVAC. He didn't try me and got straight to work . It had been a fantastic experience I decided to have them come out to service my unit to the winter and look at my fireplace.

I did, the two HVAC techs that came out, Barry and John were AMAZING. Over the last 25 years I've used different HVAC companies to service my unit, and no one has been as diligent, knowledgeable and professional since Barry and John were. They do not speak down and describe so client can understand and make the consumer feel like they asked a stupid question. They were exceptional and gave me piece of mind, as I had not been totally happy with previous businesses. A million thanks to Barry and John. So now I understand that Cardinal has the plumbers, it also gets the very best HVAC technicians!!!!
First time encounter with Cardinal Plumbing yesterday, and I am so glad I gave them a try. The plumber has been professional and experienced. He predicted about 20 minutes which I always love with service appointments. When all sorts of contractor or a plumber is wearing booties over their shoes, it tells me he was, and they're clean and tidy, 100 percent. I am able to tell when the consumer is being served by a merchant as they could, and he was. He explained plumbing problems I had not known and replaced my kitchen faucet sink and spray carefully and . So refreshing as a client to see a plumber so meticulous and doing a perfect job. Along with the pricing has been quite reasonable. I am happy, and already a fan of Cardinal Plumbing. Oh are always helpful and so nice. Another plus for Cardinal!

No call, no plumber, nothing.
I reached out two or three weeks in advance to booked a non-urgent plumbing job within Yelp's"request a quote" feature. I booked a Saturday from so I would not need to take work off, did thus, and got a response to telephone. I got another phone asking me if I would like to schedule a 26, A few days later I reached out to create the reservation. I said I had already done so, imagining there was an easy off-the-shelf miscommunication.
Obviously, I'll be discovering a company.
The next Monday I got a text that a plumber was about the way (maybe not the one they told me either). I called and they said I had been scheduled for Monday.
Cardinal was the only man willing to come out on a Sunday for the water heater. Nick the technician was fantastic. Super personable and professional. He was on time or early (when early gave me a telephone to affirm it was ok!) . I was scheduled in the morning. He came ready for a very challenging install. Prices look reasonable. Emails with if they headed out sent out and image of technician were a nice touch.
