Quick and service. The serviceman easily could have told us we had a fresh air purifier but a capacitor was replaced by him on the unit and introduced that old heap of bolts back into life.
Do yourself a strong and find an HVAC company that actually wants to do work.
"This is Mark Hurm" I introduced myself and I proceeded to inform him that my wife and I had been building a custom home and we'd love to find a quote for an HVAC install from his firm. He asked me,"So you are looking for quotations?" I said I am searching for an HVAC unit because I am searching for a good unit and a reasonable price, but I would like a quote. He asked"So you're searching for a cheap price?" I said that's not exactly what I said, I said I am looking for a good unit and a price that was reasonable. He asked"who's your builder?" I explained that my wife is the builder and that she works for a company which creates high end houses and she has the license of a contractor. He stated,"I do not bid on tract houses, I am an engineer and contractors contact me to install HVAC in their houses but I do not bidding on tract homes" Since I have heard your ads to the 32, I am only looking to obtain a quote, it is a custom home and I stated this isn't a tract home and thought you'd be interested in bidding on the job. Then he asked if I had other bids. I stated I had one from xyz company. He said"I am not planning to bid . I am an engineer and I engineer that the HVAC project..." After a few more"I am an engineer and I do not bidding against bla blab bla", I thanked him for his time and ended the call.
I had the pleasure of talking with Mark from Mark Hurm heating and air. Because I've heard his advertisement on a local radio station that I hear and believed I want to conduct business I called. The conversation went more or less like that.
Hello, this is Mark Hurm, I'm a con artist and that I do not give educated shoppers that don't wish to be scammed bids. Unless until you can't walk straight, I will rip you off and overcharge you, do not waste my own time.
They installed a whole new system in our property. Got two firms plus they had the best cost. Their warehouse delivered the unit that was incorrect, but the support guy caught the error straight off the bat. He picked up the unit making an hour delay and went and immediately left. The readily answered all our questions and are really educated. I would strongly recommend them.
