I've utilized Elite Plumbing for work on three properties. Service always arrive in time. Fantastic work!!

The worst company/ individuals / employees I've ever dealt. I feel this company should be investigated bc of their practices not just lack of customer service. My whole experience will be posted by me about the BBB site.

I had a leak and surmised it was my water heater. Elite pipes was discovered by me Moises came out over 2 hours and it was a Saturday.
He called his buddy who came out and repaired my air and also found out the escape was my air conditioning. Moises explained that as my water heater has been 25 years old he would advise it to change. He was not pushy at all and wasn't going to charge me for coming out even if I didn't make a decision to change it.
That being said all is well and the Cost was appropriate.
I would highly recommend this firm.
I took his advice and at a fraction of the cost I received my water heater on Monday that my neighbor had paid to someone else two months. Moises needed a helper deliver up the new one and to carry the older heater. He left the tech to perform the installing and my only complaint was the the tech didn't speak a word of English.

I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Because weekends are the worst time to try and schedule a 16, I was very mad. They replied right away and Elite pipes was called by me and said they can send someone. They replaced my plumbing beneath the sink and I was able to finish my dishes and run the dishwasher. The man was very nice and over a month after everything is working good. My checks is licensed and I reside in Miami Beach and insured.

Extremely dependable and professional. It's tough to find companies like these here in south Florida. These guys DO know what they're doing and their flexibility with scheduling has been convenient for me. They got the work done and came to my home.

Consumer BEWARE company, waited 4 hours for them today, never showed up, never known, I had 3 tanks for them I guess they do not want the cash.

Honesty is really hard to obtain these, couple that with workers and a impossible match is found by also you here in South Florida. Unless you are talking about the staff over at Elite Septic & Sewer. Units are owned by me and also have experienced problems in the past which were patched up. Not this time, with myself a little knowledge experiences I reached out to his group and Moises. Lo and behold his expertise was extraordinary! He found an even larger issue that could have made a huge mess later on and came out to inspect what I knew to be a issue! He took care of me and my loved ones, here and great looking out's to continuing company!!

They are amazing although I'm giving a 1 star since yelp does not allow me to place my review to them! I moved down to Miami to visit and it turned her out field was in terrible condition backing the house up. We called Elite pipes and several areas was the only one to provide us free eat it is since we were not about to cover more than we needed 33, which seemed amazing. A man named Moises stopped by and that he was amazing. You can tell he knew what was going on and explained the problem at hand and we need to do it. The following day, the pipes came back than what others told me it was going to cost, and he mended our drain field, which was amazing and gave us a better pricing. I'd posted previously but I discovered unless I gave it a 1 star which looks ridiculous to me Yelp would not place it. I would recommend this company to anybody out there that requires there plumbing issues repaired.

The absolute most unprofessional company we've ever encounter. Everything began with one of the so called"technician" coming into my home on a Monday to inspect my water heater. He decided it needed to be replaced, that night we have no clue what he did but we did not have water after he was done inspecting my water heater. The"technician" mentioned he was going to put in the arrangement for our water heater to be replaced. Since we hadn't heard back from anyone we called. A customer service representative name Makaila in the Authorizations department told me that the arrangement had been sitting on a desk for now THREE DAYs which"SOMEONE FORGOT TO PUT IN THE ORDER". I asked her afternoon over the telephone to put in the arrangement we had an infant in my house. She told me she set the order. Thursday comes around and two super unprofessional non-English speaking"TECHNICIANS" phoned me to request directions because they had been lost for some time looking for my residence. I gave them directions while they contended with each other and finally appear to my residence. Both"technicians" appear using a gas water heater when obviously my water heater us electric. So they depart, they obviously can't do anything. So they can fix their mistake, AGAIN I have to call this company. Its Friday now and they show up with proper water heater which they left and installed without waiting to see if the water heater worked. They advised me wait 45 minutes to find out if it left and works. Which I find dreadful on the way you can so a job and not wait to check and see if it had been done properly. They also left the porch water running which we came to realize on Saturday morning after watching a massive water puddle and going outside. They did not even call to follow up and check to find out if things worked they should be. We kept waiting to see if we would get hot water. They were closed and retained getting their calling support on the telephone telling us that we must call on 25, when we called. I advised the answering service we have an infant at home and our water heater still not working and it had been crisis. I guess she finally got in contact with somebody name TONY who phoned us back and sent some OTHER"TECHNICAIN" name MOISES who did ABSOLUTLY NOTHING and simply abandoned. LONG STORY SHORT now is Monday May 1st and we STILL DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER. We've got a brand-new water heater at home and it doesn't work. We've been calling all morning.

Very unreliable. Moises was assumed to emerge on Saturday. I called earlier to confirm he was coming and he sated he was really busy with a different job but he would come (that was already a bad sign since he had not called me to alert me that he would be late). For 12:30 he never called never arrived my apt was. Wasted my Saturday waiting. I wish these guys would see a lack of vulnerability in their part translates into stress and disruption within our part and that the rest of the world has a million errands to run on our days away. Don't suggest this business.
