This company came out the same day asked ( through usefulness shield) and moved out of their way to ensure we knew what was happening as far as a flow beneath concrete slab. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We would highly recommend them and will work with them again for any future fixes.

I would if I could give zero stars. This firm has been the service firm that I have dealt with. They said they'd fix the line into the alleyway from our back deck staircase. They didn't. They repaired only the line's part 40 feet to the alleyway, in the middle of the lawn, leaving a giant blank pipe in the middle of the lawn out. To top that than the level of the rest of the lawn, in addition to a mound of dirt before the entrance . The icing on the cake, they hit a power line buried into our detached garage and it has no power. When I called their emergency line and explained they left our lawn and entrance to our garage a disaster, a giant clean out pipe in the middle of the lawn (which is buried now under 3 ft of dirt), a mound of dirt in the front of the entrance way into our garage causing my wife to receive her vehicle stuck, and striking a buried power line that caused us to lose power to the garage, his answer to all of that just place....not their responsibility. What an awful business. The communication, or lack thereof, using their office is terrible. Their employees do not care how they leave your premises, or they damage, because"it is not their responsibility". Stay away from priority plumbing. I'll be filing formal complaints against them with the BBB in addition to UtilityShield. Trust me.
