Our tank has been acting up for the 3rd time in 14 weeks. We decided to go with a company that was brand new because the company had not fixed the problem that was real. Chris (General Manager) was really fine and clarified each the prices (much better prices than the former company). Tom (the Service Specialist) was great! He had been here practically day and night . He showed us and explained every aspect of his job.
This company is strongly recommended by me! Use them for all your plumbing needs!
I called Attaboy after a friend said she was helped by them. I couldn't have been more happy with Attaboy. Chris took the call and got me scheduled (quicker than I expected given this was between Christmas and New Years). He which makes me feel comfortable with the choice to call them and was friendly, triaged. Jake was. He was kind, professional, and respectful of the time & dwelling. He took a peek cried, and knew exactly what to do right away. He explained everything clearly and without condescension. Best of all they did not waste my time or money (which they could have & many companies would do). I will definitely use them again!
We and overpriced found a leak because of tightened joint afterwards. Would never use.
Way overpriced. The technician didn't explain their price of their water softener setup and they charged almost $500. Since I provided the softener They all needed to do was hook it up. I will never use this business.
They did not fix the problem and arrived three times. They billed me a great deal of cash too! The plumber tried to convince me to employ him on the side to resolve the problem he could solve on the clock. I needed to employ a different plumber and it was fixed by them! AttaBoy are crooks!

AttaBoy was altered my kitchen garbage disposal and promptly at my house within an hour of my call and re-piped my drain. The identified the origin of the problem and fixed that as well. I can't say how responsive and professional they were. And, some of the most friendly people I've contracted!

No company finished. Once I chose through the net, I received a confirmation email. The time was 2-4pm to the following day. I received a at 3:30 the second day telling me they were behind on emails and wouldn't be able to make it.
He * down sold * us on the model we picked when we did get the softener replaced. He explained that for our water usage and our size home, we asked for much more than we needed. Same thing after they replaced our water heater. He advocated a less costly, and bigger, unit since we didn't need the biggest, most expensive, model.
These guys are fair. With me, honesty goes a long way Having a repair company of any sort.
We've been utilizing AttaBoy for years and they have consistently come through for us. They've replaced sump pumps, toilets, water heaters, and water softeners. They're responsive, courteous, and professional. This is expected, however. What separates them is the way they work with you. The plumber showed us that the buildup out of a bat water softener was eating away at the toilet insides when we had a toilet replaced. This wasn't upselling- we were pretty certain the water purifier was bad at that point. The plumber told me that he could replace the toilet like we asked but that at some point the lime build up would ruin the replacement. He advised us that we should* replace the water heater, but that was our decision. He could do it then, we could call or just decide to not take action. But that we were the decision makers every step along the way.
They were fast, very helpful, and effective. They even gave us suggestions on our own water heater and told us to fix our toilet a great deal more cheaply than they might have done. The main reason why we called was since we had a sink overflowing in our kitchen, and they could fix it by snaking the line out 75 feet. It was 348 bucks, which we were advised by them before they began working. It was pricey, but seems comparable to other services. Very nice guys.
These men made our day! We had been quoted a repair for our tub faucet of 800. We thought we could try and fix ourselves to save the cash. We were not sure when we fixed it and requested Attaboy check and to come out. They affirmed everything was working as it saved us from paying 800 to fix Something Which actually just cost us $60 and should
When my money will be refunded by atta boy to your service call they supplied, I would be happy to take down this bad review. This appeared to be like a sales call verse a service call although I understand people will miss things from time to time.
I will give them props for timely and coming out quickly. I had a hot water valve to our machine which had water trickling out of it. The plumber came out and said that the whole hot and cold water box at the laundry room could cost approximately $800 and required to be replaced. I basically paid a"plumber" $100 to appear and tell me I needed to pay $800 more to fix the issue.
I called a plumber to come outside to get a second opinion who also charged $100 but actually took the water valve and noticed that the rubber stopped came off and slowed the water down. He replaced the stopper and the issue was fixed. It's not necessary to replace the hot and cold water valves and box. He'd have understood this was a very simple fix if the atta boy would have put in a little effort.
Had a water heater leak on the weekend - Attaboy was the first organization to answer the phone Saturday morning and Laura was incredible from the beginning. They are professional and want to help the consumer. Prices were competitive (actually better) than the 4 other plumbing companies in the area which I called. I believe this a company with integrity - that they were up front and fair and never attempted to sell us parts or services we didn't need. They went over and beyond the call of duty. Hope to not desire a plumber any time soon, but if we do, we'll call Attaboy!
They were courteous and fast. The fees were fair. I enjoyed themwill use again.
