Thank you for your providers. I had a backup in my sewer due to the drains being clogged from tree roots. They were really receptive, took care of this in a timely fashion and gave me a fantastic price compared to Plummer's.
I had some trouble replacing the capsule in my shower (it was leaking), and decided to call Sinks to Sewers to come fix my mistakes. Turns out, I was just, and 99% needed to a bit of help over the end line to get everything.
The friendly Sinks to Sewers people spent ten minutes with me on the telephone, gave me great tips on the best way best to repair my problem, and saved me from needing a home call.
Thanks to Sinks to Sewers for service and also for saving me the cost of a house call when it managed to avoid it!
We have used Sinks to Sewers several occasions and they have provided us with outstanding service. We had a faucet and they did not disappoint. Punctual and favorable, with reasonable/competitive prices and high excellent work.
Gabe is a nice guy, when he was done, he clarified things, did great work, was careful about keeping my house clean, and cleaned up.
I just moved into a new place that had some repairs and updates. Pat return to me promptly or answered the phone once I left a message and she kept me advised about Gabe's arrival time.
Ed from Sinks to Sewers did an excellent job fixing and replacing 3 of my faucets. Unfortunately, he did an excellent job of chatting for an hour in the center of his job. This meant I was charged an excess hour to the ceremony.
By the time that went down, he remained an additional 30 minutes. Given that I wouldn't stop talking and get back to work for about an hour, I thought this was fair.
I won't ever call them for any support.
This didn't bother me much at first because when he was done, I needed the him to stay and speak to my home warranty people. They needed to confirm the repair work and that the price for them in order to pay for everything. Ed ended up confusing them about the expense of everything, and it took. He ended up yelling at me, becoming really mad, and slamming his things in my counter. I asked him to leave me house and gave his test to him.
I at least would not recommend starting a conversation with Ed, or would not suggest Sinks to Sewars. Time will be wasted by him, and bill you for this. He may become swollen and violent.
S2S was great. Gabe offered to FIX the part instead of substitute the part - what a rare find for a plumber. It was reasonably priced - 1/3 the cost the man quoted and I kid you not. If I want help, I told my landlord and can call them.
I just had a bad experience with Gabe and a rival the plumber was a relief. I was gouged by Another plumber they misdiagnosed, and then said it'd be just another hundred dollars to replace the valve which was leaking profusely. Forget them.
My kitchen sink drain was clogged beyond the range of my instruments and skills. Eddie gave me a senior discount , promptly fixed the issue tested his fix, cleaned up afterwards, came out - and taught me things about preventing and fixing clogged drains which may prevent me. But if I do have to call one, Sinks to Sewers is the only I'll call!
We've used Sinks To Sewers twice and both times have been wonderful. We were really impressed with his ability and Brian to problem solve during a toilet installation. He discovered a defect in a toilet we purchased ourselves and managed to discover a replacement straight away, when Lowe's said it would take fourteen days. We're so thankful to have discovered plumbers which are honest, honest and do a fantastic job!
Had my second great experience with them--Brian did a marvelous job of going above and beyond to fix a drain difficulty, and followed when a second part was on account of the manufacturer. Need to provide a as well for handling scheduling effectively. Will call them again for additional needs.
Simply put: Sinks to Sewers is amazing. Brian, his dad, and Gabe went over and beyond replacing kitchen faucet, our kitchen sink, and bathroom faucets. They cleaned up after themselves, and were on time, friendly, knowledgeable. My family would definitely call them again and is very delighted with their work!
I had a couple water issues - leaking sink, leaking outdoor spigot, faucet to cellar bathroom won't prevent leaking (had to close house water off), and substitute of cellar toliet. Brian was personable and informative. He explained every step of the issue and his job so that I could understand it to fix it in layman terms. I truly appreciated that!! In addition to that the costs were fair and reasonable. I anticipated to cost more! As a girl, I always worry that I am going to take advantage. I highly recommend this company.
Used these guys. I had been about to do a home repair of a fawcet so I figured I would let the pro's handle it, but the valves were older and wouldn't shut off. Used Hutzels earlier but felt their prices were somewhat high. Call Sinks to Sewers because of the reviews. They were able to come out. Young guy knew exactly what to do. Do not waste time. Price was fair. Charges were somewhat high on parts but they had them.
I would use them again. Also its a family business.
We've had Sinks To Sewers come out a couple of days to do different plumbing tasks and each time we've needed them replace matters, they have been nothing but immediate and courteous. Each time they have been here the work was done in a timely fashion with superior results. They are our go to plumbers!
In Ann Arbor a month seeing with my mom and discovered that both of her toilets leaked. Looked at Yelp and found Sinks to Sewers. Called about the weekend and got from Pat. The same day she scheduled an appointment. Brian immediately mended both leakers, arrived on-time and also checked the sink of mom. Great, a price that is reasonable along with friendly service. Whenever 14, they are presently on the fridge as the technicians of mom to call! Thank you S-2-S!
Since you should know what you are dealing with if you call those folks, I will repost:
I'd Sinks to Sewers several times throughout the last few years out to fix. They snaked it charged me every time--before the time it backed up and flooded my basement following their prior service telephone. They said too poor, their guarantee ends at 30 days, and I would need to pay to get them .
Despite being a client of Sinks to Sewers, they did not make the attempt and they did not stand behind their work.
Thank goodness I did not. Turned out they'd failed to diagnose the problem some of the times they would have simply charged me -- and were out left again, with my cellar ready to continue flooding.
We had a small leak in our kitchen sink and that I could not fix it or figure out what to do. My wife called and they set up an appointment over 3 times even though we weren't actually a major emergency. Brian looked at the sink came over, and gave me a few options, none of which involved buying from him. He even suggested taps to coincide with the cabinet effects and produce the kitchen soda more and spent 20 minutes teaching me.
I would give five stars but I worry the review might get flagged.
He didn't bring dirt into the home, was fast, professional, and told me when I needed. He spoke but wasn't trying to be over my mind. He did a great job.
I felt great.
Arrived with a van filled with components so the repair could be made right away and on time -- got my own tub fixed! Showed me the way to repair it, if if it happens I would like to attempt to do it myself. Quite pricing that is fair, nice, would call them.
I have had experiences that are so-so with a bunch of plumbers in town, so I was pleased to find a business which looks reliable and competent. Brian knew what he was doing, and cost was reasonable. He came after he said he would, and kept things clean.
We have had really good experiences with Sinks to Sewers. They know what they're doing, get the job done and their charges are very fair.
