Andy's Door & Lock Service

Very relieved to have worked with Brian, the service technician who came out to tackle my security concerns and happy. He addressed my concerns in a manner which helped me and I felt grateful to have found this firm. The lady on the proprietor Andy and the telephone were a pleasure to talk to when I put up the consultation. I look forward to working together a bit more later on.

I asked the cost of having somebody fix our one lock and come to our business and explained my problem. She offered me $45 for the trip plus $15-20 to perform the repair.
If I need warm/fuzzy, I will go into a bar;)
BUT!!!! She recommended TriFlow or even WD40 tries, both implemented with a small straw, and THEN contact them when the problem persisted.

I'd read the reviews about the less than warm and fuzzy character of this greeter/cashier/whatever and wanted to know what the little fuss was about, and moreover, it is a locally-owned business nearby that's been around for a long time, so I stopped by with my issue.
Although precisely the same key still worked in the locks of doors of our business we had a door lock on an emergency exit door which no longer worked.

I was reminded by the shop . Had a dude help me and he fixed my lock and had been wonderful. I'm really happy I was directed by a guy at Ace . And the cost was far Reasonable.

I was just in this place asking for 3 copies of a single key and two duplicates of another the lady took my keys and started mumbling saying Jesus Christ I could manage this shit, and so I asked for my keys back and left the area stinks like dog and there were two awful dogs sleeping on the counter in which we're supposed to do business? Only gross and unprofessional

I had poor customer service skills and called for the woman and lock service was rude. I end up with a locksmith.

I am sure the guys that come to your own business are friendlier than the angry woman that works at the office at Stone Ave. I won't ever go in there again. Perhaps once you have as much business that you simply dont care for customers is not a good thing. For me personally, thumbs down!
