Website states $19.95. Called and was impressed about how quickly they obtained significant info and answered. Were more impressed that the phone rep told me the locksmith would be here in 15 minutes. My expectations declined after waiting AN HOUR for the gentleman begin the job and to appear. Once all the data was accumulated and signed for he stated it would cost $180. I know this is a tactic employed by these kinds of businesses, but I want to warn others to not get there hopes up once they see on this companies website state"Prices start at $19.95" and the telephone rep does not tell you a fixed cost.
I called since I locked myself from my house 24 Hour lock out. I was told that a tech would be at my home in 15-30 minutes. So I could be sure to be right before my house, I called to request a warning call. I gave them a call at about the 30 minute mark and didn't receive a call and was advised that the tech was likely to have called me 20 minutes before to let me know that they were not able to create it. They had my proper number. That I wouldn't have been upset, if they'd contacted me appropriately and in time, but they forgot or decided not to. I ended up phoning Pop-A-Lock (520-629-HELP) and they came immediately, did the job were gone in under thirty minutes, with reasonable prices.
