The key worked perfectly. Fantastic knowledge and service. I strongly recommend them!
Bought a used 2007 Nissan Versa together with my son and it had 1 key. This car uses a transponder key using a chip in it so it's more expensive than a standard key. We waited while it was being cut and programmed into the car. The space set coin store and a gun store . So we perused the shops.

Ronnie showed up right on time and provided superb and professional service. He was elastic when we discovered a spare key and carried an estimate! I use and would certainly recommend them we are in need of key and lock service!!

Ronnie came out now to rekey my residence. He's effective and fast plus ideas that saved me money were made by him. He lubed every lock after the job was complete.
Next time I need a locksmith that I will call economy lock key and Ronnie'll be requested by me.

I've purchased keys for the home and for my job. They do a fantastic job. I recently had the secret for my car. The matched the key type, made the copy, the walked out to my car and made certain that the key. The price was approximately five bucks. They aren't as accurate, although I know those stand alone machines that are crucial are a buck or two less.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT DEAD!As I was unable to open my tailgate I brought my truck into Economy Lock since he had a similar problem years that they had repaired with a tailgate key and my buddy suggested EL&K. Random, because I expected to have spend a minimum of 200 and to choose to mechanic so I had avoided for many weeks. However, what's that a truck with a tailgate that will not start???

And I may have shed a few tears of joy and relief... they billed me a nominal labor rate and that I was on my way with a functional tailgate and happy tears!!! Never in a thousand years would I have thought of a locksmith - I am on cloud 9!!!!
Took it into EL&K on Saturday. When it was my turn I got undivided attention although I was somewhat concerned by the wait. Paul immediately came out to the parking lot to address my problem. Brandon coincidentally joined us, arriving after a service call. Both gentlemen quickly place to work and within minutes had partially dismantled my tailgate and found where the latch thingy wasn't catching (my terms, not theirs lol).

Ronnie was our technician. He took care of 7 locks on my house over 45 minutes or not. His friendliness, client service and professionalism has been outstanding. I could not have asked for better service when it concerns the protection of my residence. I suggest Economy Lock & Key and will make sure you urge them and Ronnie. Thanks guys!

Mike in Santa Rosa at Economy Lock and Key is a genius. Mike was skilled and patient and he did not make me feel like an idiot when I hid the secrets again. He did, however, that a secret is hidden by me and then recommend I hook my keys into my belt buckle. Awesome experience! I highly recommend working with Mike if you have any lock or key difficulties!
There was no important code available the very first time I"hid my keys"; Mike Id figured out a vital code; because of my particular absence; it took over an hour but he remained with it. He needed to identify and then like he needed to laser cut and grind a Toyota model that is different finding a needle in a haystack, for it to work.
The back wasn't only secured, but it had been locked in"security" position. There's no way and the releases into the backseats are chairs are from the trunk! So I couldn't undergo a rear seat to get into the trunk. When Toyota designed"security" from the Camry that supposed that no one might get in.
I locked the keys another time. Mike did not ever insinuate what a lame brain I'm!

Was polite, wouldn't quit programming my new key for my car until the project was done, and professional. Support and dedication to his craft. If I ever need a locksmith will definitely call again.

Ronnie from Economy has been outstanding. Arrived now. Was willing to go back to the shop to get. He had all of the essential equipment to install the deadlocks including wholes in our metal gate articles. Everything was spic and span when he was completed. We could not be happier.

I have used this company 2 times and both experiences were great! Ronnie was AMAZING!!! Very productive and professional. He offered me a few options and help me choose the best one for the companies needs. I felt no pressure to choose. After talking to my atterony said be secure I had a safety problem! A wonderful place to find support. I had folks to assist me and bought items. I'd tell anybody this is a spot! . I left a appt. The day to have work done in my location. I meet a useful guy Ronnie P that is super to finish the job. They assisted me about my health issues and was there in 15 minutes. From the beginning, I was super impressed with their customer services. I had direct contact Ronnie and called their number. No systems,no VoIP a direct contact to the tech. So refreshing because many of those firms that I tried tonight either didn't reply or sent me into an automatic system.
After the call, Ronnie arrived at my door. He was kind, friendly, and considerate. He quickly worked on of my locks and understood what he do.
I was also impressed by charges. Even though I hired them through"after hours," their emergency fees were still quite fair.

This is a superb firm located in Santa Rosa. I had the joy of contacting them for an emergency lock switch. Ronnie was the tech who came out to focus in my locks.
I asked Ronnie to give me his advice, before leaving. He fixed it free of charge and looked at it. What a special treat!
Once I explained my situation he requested if 15 minutes was fast 29, asked as well as said he would come right away to fix my locks! Obviously I said that was fantastic.

One call to Economy although I managed to lock myself out of the house. First off, allow me to say that I do not write and have no relationship with this business. In this case, it is. I got a prompt, friendly reply and phoned. I had been told that somebody would return to my house right away and Ronnie P. showed up within approximately ten minutes. He had been fantastic: Easy going, pleasant and also a joy to converse with... and he got me back in! This appears to be a well-run company and Ronnie was excellent. 5-star all the way, yep.

If you require a locksmith, Mike & the men at Economy Lock & Key would be the very best! My Mom & I dropped our secrets in an elevator shaft(yes, which does happen) therefore we had our car towed to Santa Rosa. They we're able to get us keys and a key fob in a few days. Not only were they effective and friendly, they had been AFFORDABLE!!! I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in a rush!
