I phoned Bill's after that our car was stolen with my purse containing our house keys. I had been anxious to get our the front door of 70 crucial rekeyed! The office staff economically and very kindly got me a new appointment as soon as they could although I had to cancel one appointment. These old doors are one of my favourite things about our home and that I was so thankful that their tech Jesus, that has been a locksmith for 18 decades, knew the way to rekey our doorknobs so we did not need to substitute them. I am very impressed with the quality of the job, their breadth of experience and their efficiency. I am able to sleep having new keys!

Fantastic and Quick service work. I had a house key that I could not find anybody that could duplicate it. They left on in seconds.

Desired a secret to get an old file cabinet I was looking at purchasing. Picked up a secret out of Bill's, but unfortunately, the lock on the cabinet was broken. Wwent back to Bill's and they let me return the key (It's a typical key, not custom).

Bill's Lock and secure is phenomenal. Tried lock smiths in the Bay Area to no avail. Most would think about trying to remove off a broken key from my service truck try to make a new key from the 2 halves. Andy made the keys and managed to get the part from the lock. Even had them make a spare key for my GMC with the chip, which he programmed into the truck for me, in less time than it took me to write this! High urge Bill's Lock and Safe.

The men at invoices lock really are amazing I needed to have a hand. These men don't have any quit in them although it was a job. They got it done at a price that was fair and surprisingly fast contemplating the headache of a project it was I would recommend them to anyone thanks guys Charlie out of McLea's

I would love to give them 5 stars but they lately made an ignition key for a motorcycle that was stolen from me. -
this should never been achieved without getting evidence of possession. It was known by them - they didn't do it!
Now I'm not sure if they'll be held responsible or what my next step will probably be... unfortunate that a fantastic shop didn't stick to the rules.

Beware the cost given on the phone and seem to understand or recall that the cost quotation when wander in no one. Wasted of time drive down there.

I have come here on three events and two I came in I'd keys that nobody else could cut. And the guys that work here have cared for me each and every moment. I really like the air that is warm here. Always smiling. Should you want any key Cut these guys will take care of you. I am from jenner and that I can always come out to Bills Lock & Safe because they are that good.

This morning among the locksmiths corrected two nice old Baldwin locks and came out. They both work like new. He was personable, showed up on time and did a thorough job.
I notice there doesn't appear to be much staff turnover, which tells me that employees are likely happy working there. Joyful employees = happy customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ON CHRISTMAS EVE. My sister and I went on Christmas eve to Bill's for have a key duplicated. We pull the door and it is locked stating"out to lunch before 1pm." As we're walking away the back/side door opens and an older guy with a face but hair comes out asking if we wanted something because he discovered the door try to open and he could help us. walked inside and we had been out and in in 5 minutes. He was helpful and considerate even though we intruded on it AND lunch period was Christmas eve. If that is not customer support idk what is.

So disappointed that you are closed for lunch....taking my service to Economy Lock since they have regular business hours and have been very friendly and helpful.
