OB Wallace started in 1945 the Wallace Company. Within a year's period it made another move and again had outgrown its environment. We became an Licensed Genie Garage Door Operator Dealer, adding. We added more service vehicles to serve the neighborhood. During this time, we also changed our name to Wallace Safe & Lock Co.. At that time OB Wallace decided to retire. His sons, Phillip Wallace and David took over the business. By that time, we had been servicing Yolo County and all of the surrounding towns, and so were cars, residential and commercial hardware, garage doors and garage door operators, safes and vaults. We're a company with David Wallace, his son, Steve Wallace, and Steve's son.

I've called on Wallace times through the years. The are friendly and will help resolve any dilemma involving locks or locks. They also carry a huge array of commercial locks for your home.
Moved into a construction that was new and needed the locks changed. Called up in the morning and they were on site with in 2 hours. Staff was very helpful beginning from the initial call to the onsite technician. Would definitely use the next time I need a locksmith.
Customer support, I came in with a bent key for my bike lock. They helped me straighten out the key and even gave me a jar of lubricant for my lock free of cost. They told me if I'm still having troubles I will order a replacement key online from the company that made my key. Told me to look and discovered my number for my crucial. Valuable and very proficient. Of a secret, this is the move to locksmith and if you have any problems, it was worth the drive from Davis.
Great place to get information regarding keys and also have keys. The shop manager was the one that helped me with a situation I got into since Walmart made a poor key. It couldnt get resolved though he really did try. I need keys created and will definetely come back if I'm at the Woodland area.

Wallace safe and lock would be the best!!!! Fantastic customer support! They made a set of secrets for me that did not quite fit my filing cupboard that was antiquated so that they stopped by with a set of keys and ensured they worked! So awesome.
They were able to have a technician out over two days and responded via email. The tech was very nice, and did an excellent job troubleshooting some problems we have. Looking forward to working with them later on.
I moved here to get a specialty key cut for my own Vespa (I introduced in my own key sterile ). The gentleman who cut my key was really nice. I also had him replicate two distinct keys for me. All three keys worked perfectly. Their prices were fair. I'd certainly go back.
Whenever I could I try to patronize local businesses. I am glad I came . I'd go back to these guys if I need anything, though I have had trouble picking up my safe.
Friendly and understanding serviceman, wonderful. Lauren was fantastic, and remained cool under pressure if one of my clients decided to run beyond us AWOL-ing from staff (there is life in residential care!) .
