I have not used them but predicted and adore they had been. I had and did not call to 5pm until close. Kevin advised me if I could wait it was clearly be better as I could get charged overtime for anything after 5pm. He tried to give me hints how I could un-stick my own sanity. Only the general attitude was warm and helpful, and I would totally call them again if I want a locksmith.
Since I've used Cohen down 35 years and enjoyed them, I called him in an emergency. It was 1:30p. about the Friday before Labor Day. He finished five locks that were re-keying in under an hour parked discretely across the street and arrived in an hour. It can't get any better than that.
Regrettably, I never had the chance to use Cohen's Key Shop since they waited till they were already late for the appointment to phone to notify me that they were running late because of two emergency calls they'd received. The absence of concern for my time is deplorable although the representative was considerate. If they'd bothered to phone me if they knew they would be when they were late, I would have rescheduled together. The notion of taking another morning off work to await an unreliable company doesn't sit well with me personally. I guess I will be hunting for some other choices in yelp.
